Jennifer Lopez says Ben Affleck was the first guy who broke her heart.
The 'Booty' hitmaker, who got divorced twice before she started dating the 'Gone Girl' actor in 2002, was completely devastated when they ended their engagement in 2004 even though she married her third husband, Marc Anthony, six months later.
In an upcoming interview with Maria Shriver that will air on the 'Today' show on Monday (03.11.14), the 45-year-old beauty admits she moved on from the 'Argo' actor very quickly with one of her "best friends" and didn't give herself time to "heal."
Discussing their split, she said: "It was probably my first big heartbreak, and to have one of my best friends who I'd known for years, who I actually love and did have chemistry with, come into my life and say, 'I'm here'...What you need to know is, nobody can save you or heal you. Only you can do that for you."
The 'True Love' author, who split from Marc in 2011 and dancer Casper Smart earlier this year, is still adjusting to being single.
She said: "It's still a work in progress for me. It's how you feel as a child, you know, being a middle child and kind of being invisible sometimes, or, you know, trying to get the attention."
She added: "I'm open to love, but right now, I think it's better to just be on my own for a minute and learn more about myself."

Alicia Keys' son is "so ready" to be a big brother.
The 33-year-old singer and husband Swizz Beatz are set to welcome their second child into the world on New Year's Eve (31.12.14) and says their four-year-old Egypt is very excited about their impending arrival.
She said: "[He's] so ready. Are you kidding? He's not going to be the baby anymore. He's ready!"
Swizz added: "He's already preparing. He has like a little doll where he's like, 'Am I supposed to be doing this? Am I supposed to be doing that?' He's so ready. It's a blessing."
Meanwhile, the 'Girl on Fire' hitmaker is feeling very energetic despite being less than two months away from her due date.
She told E! News: "I feel really good. My husband was just saying, he was like, 'Baby, I really need you to like get some rest,'" because I'm just invigorated. I'm just moved. I started something called the We Are Here movement, which supports Keep a Child Alive and 12 other organisations as well. And it's really about how I realised we can't solve the world's issues in isolation, we have to do it in a holistic view. So I'm just motivated. I can't help it!"

Scott Disick admits his anxiety makes him "literally want to jump out of my skin."
The 31-year-old reality TV star - whose longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian is set to give birth to their third child in December - started taking medication to help him sleep "three or four hours a night" following the tragic deaths of his mother, Bonnie, last October and father Jeffrey less than three months later in early January.
The entrepreneur, who was hospitalised for alcohol poisoning earlier this year, opens up about his private struggles in an upcoming episode of 'Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons,' saying: "I think my anxiety, especially coming to New York, then my parents not being around anymore and her being pregnant, everything feels like it's coming down on me. I literally want to jump out of my skin, it's that bad."
After taking an anxiety pill, he adds: "I take it at night just to sleep."
Scott hints that Kourtney, 35, with whom he already has son Mason, four, and daughter Penelope, two, doesn't understand what he is going through, saying: "Some people don't get it."
He also acknowledges partying is one of the few things that helps him relax, adding: "Obviously I'd go to the city every night if I could."
But Kourtney's sister Khloé, 30, admits that she is "a little worried" about him, saying: "I know Scott has always had sleeping problems and always took sleeping pills. I understand that he is trying to cope and I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do. I don't want to be too judgemental because I don't want him to not come to me and do something in secrecy, but it is concerning me and I am getting a little worried."

Avril Lavigne feels "a bit lost" amid rumours her marriage to Chad Kroeger is on the rocks.
The 'Here's to Never Growing Up' singer, who recently celebrated her 30th birthday without her husband, reportedly thinks her "life is in limbo," but her friends are encouraging her to try to work things out with the Nickelback frontman, who she married in July 2013.
A source close to the Canadian star, who was previously married to Deryck Whibley, told E! News: "Things still aren't good. But Avril's friends are encouraging her to try and work it out. They don't like Chad, but she's already been through one painful divorce and they don't want to see her going through another unless there's no other option. Also, she and Chad haven't been married that long so her friends want her to make sure she's given it every chance before pulling the plug."
The insider added: "[She's] a bit lost right now. Her career isn't in the best place and she's trying to figure out what she wants for her future. She's trying to write music and she paints, but her life is in limbo."
Chad, 39, was photographed without his wedding ring during a night out at Hollywood hotspot Bar Marmont this week, but Avril, who has been "fighting a lot" with him in recent months, isn't ready to file for divorce, as she is desperate to have children.
The source said: "Motherhood is something she really wants for herself. So this thing with Chad, it's going to go one of two ways. Either they're going to get rid of each other or there's a shot they might try to have a baby to save the marriage. My bet is they end up splitting."

Demi Lovato says working out has boosted her confidence.
The 22-year-old singer, who sought treatment for a number of issues, including an eating disorder, in rehab in late 2010, is planning to wear a "sexier" Halloween costume to show off her new muscles.
The 'Heart Attack' hitmaker told PEOPLE.com: "I'm kind of getting some confidence with all the hard work I've put in, so I might go a little sexier this year. But not like, 'Mean Girls' slutty!"
The star, who is in a long-term relationship with former 'That 70s Show' star Wilmer Valderrama, usually prefers to wear scary costumes.
She said: "Last year, I wore a really long dress that was actually from my 'Let It Go' music video. I ripped it up, and I stained it with (fake) blood. I was a zombie! To me, that's more fun than having to worry about what you look like all night."
She added: "You only get to use fake blood once a year!"
Demi recently revealed how she met Wilmer, 34, for the first time four years ago.
She told And Pop: "I went to his house for a PSA [Public Service Announcement] shoot for Voto Latino in 2010. I was like, 'Oh my god. This guy is so attractive.' We started talking."
She added: "He is very good looking. He is my absolute best friend in the whole world, who I happen to be attracted to."

Usher's son doesn't think he's a great singer.
The 'She Came To Give It To You' hitmaker admits his youngest child, Nayvid, five, is very critical of his performances.
The 36-year-old star said: "He doesn't care about what I do as much. ... He's like, 'I'm the star. Who are you? You sing?'
"He told me the other day, he says, 'You're not a great singer.'"
But his eldest son, Usher Jr., six, has always been a huge fan and is already showing signs of following in his footsteps.
He said: "When seeing me perform on tour in the past ... and most of the time it's past his bedtime, but he's just sitting there studying every move, every second, like laser focus. And then I'll see him off by himself doing the moves."
Usher split from the boys' mother, Tameka Foster, in 2009 after two years of marriage and secured primary custody of them following a bitter court battle, but recently insisted he had no regrets about walking down the aisle.
He said: "Most people probably think I regret it because I ended up getting divorced, but it helped me learn that sometimes I think I know more than I actually do."

Jennifer Lawrence spent two hours at Chris Martin's house on Thursday night (30.10.14).
The 'Hunger Games' star, who recently split from the Coldplay frontman after four months of dating, reportedly visited his mansion in Malibu, California to collect the last her belongings.
It is not known if Chris was home at the time, but the 'Magic' hitmaker attended Kate Hudson's Halloween party shortly after the Oscar winner was photographed leaving his house in her black Cadillac.
A source told E! News that the 37-year-old British rocker spent the evening chatting with two women, including former '90210' star Sara Foster, who was wearing a figure-hugging leotard.

A source recently revealed that the 24-year-old actress broke up with Chris because she thought he was "a little too close" to his estranged wife, Gwyneth Paltrow, whom he split from in March after 10 years of marriage.
The insider said: "She broke it off with Chris. She was tired of the spotlight on their relationship and she also thought that Chris and Gwyneth were a little too close for comfort. It was an odd situation for her.
"It was kind of serious but also not really in a sense. It was really just [Jennifer] having fun and living in the moment, enjoying time with someone she likes, but [Chris and Gwyneth's] close relationship got to her in the end and she felt like it wasn't worth it."

Amanda Bynes wants to contest her conservatorship.
The 28-year-old actress, who was released from a psychiatric treatment facility in Pasadena, California on Thursday (30.10.14) after being involuntarily committed on October 10, is planning to appear before a judge in Los Angeles today (31.10.14) in a bid to regain control of her life after her mother, Lynn, was given legal control to make decisions on her behalf earlier this week.
The 'Easy A' star slammed her mother and father, Rick Bynes, in a rant on Twitter this morning, and added: "I am going to court with my lawyer today to fight my mother and father over control of my personal life and control of my finances
"People need to hear the truth about who I really am - I need to show the judge that not only do I not need ANY help making decisions about my future"
Amanda, who allegedly dropped out of her fashion design course at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Orange County recently, also wants to move back to New York City.
She tweeted: "I was planning on transferring to NYU, and I was never homeless, I was living in the nicest hotels until I found the right apt (sic)."
A source previously said the 'What I Like About You' star feels betrayed by her parents after they secretly arranged for her to be hospitalised again after she was accused of shoplifting and arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) last month.
The star also spent five months in a treatment facility in July 2013 when she was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold for the first time.
She was released in December and appeared to be getting her life back on track until her previous conservatorship came to an end.

French Montana says Khloé Kardashian will be his "baby forever."
The 'Don't Panic' hitmaker, who split from the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' beauty last month after six months of dating, admits he still has feelings for her and and hinted they may have already rekindled their "special relationship."
The 29-year-old star told UsMagazine.com: "You never know, we might be together. We might not. It's a great thing to keep it in the air.
"Our relationship - you break up you make up, you break up you make up. We went through that a couple times. You never know."
He added: "She's my baby forever. She's good. She's the best. There's no bad blood with her. I love how she is. She inspires me as a person. I'm sure I inspire her in many different ways. We just have that special relationship. Right now we're in a special zone... She's a beautiful person. I don't think a lot of people know how beautiful she is."
The 30-year-old reality TV star, who filed for divorce from Lamar Odom in December, also recently insisted she doesn't mind that French will feature regularly on her upcoming reality TV series, 'Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons,' which was filmed over the summer.
She said: "It doesn't bother me at all. I think it's cute.
"I love memories...and I still talk to him. There's no bad blood or anything."

Robert Downey Jr. has given Susan Downey permission to "scratch" his face during labour.
The 'Iron Man 3' star gushed about his "pretty" pregnant wife, who "literally is about to pop," while accepting the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film at the BAFTA Los Angeles Jaguar Britannia Awards in the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday night (30.10.14).
During his speech, the 49-year-old actor proudly urged his wife to stand up so everyone could see her baby bump and said: "How is she so darn pretty and functional and mood stable."
The heartthrob, who already has son Exton, two, with Susan, also poked fun at how tough her pregnancy has been on him, according to E! News.
He joked: "This pregnancy has been extraordinarily tough for me - self prescribed mandatory bed rest. There's some benefit, at least my milk is finally coming in."
He added: "Mrs. Downey, if any day now you're in the throws of birthing and you need to yell at me, scratch me, scratch my face or blame me, that's fine because, yes, I did that to you."
The couple are set to welcome a baby girl into the world next month.

Lily Aldridge will wear her mother's old Playboy costume for Halloween.
The 28-year-old model - who is married to Kings of Leon singer Caleb Followill - found her mum Laura Lyons' raunchy Playboy Bunny flight attendant costume recently and is looking forward to donning it for the first time during the spooky celebration this evening (31.10.14).
She said: "I'm wearing it for Halloween, it's so amazing, so 70s, so cool."
Lily was a teenager when she discovered a copy of Playboy in her father Alan Aldridge's art studio and when she went to tell her mother, 60, she was even more shocked to learn her parent was one of the famous Playmates featured in the adult publication.
However, the Victoria's Secret beauty thought it was "cool" and couldn't wait to tell her friends.
She added to GQ magazine: "I actually started freaking out, so I ran upstairs to tell my mom he was reading Playboy. She didn't break the news at first, just said, 'Well, actually, I'm in Playboy' but said it was because she was at a party.
"Then after a few hours of interrogation, I got her to tell me the truth. But I thought it was the coolest! I went to school and told all my friends."

Rochelle Humes is embarrassed by her daughter's obsession with a doll of her husband, Marvin Humes.
The 25-year-old singer has admitted she found it "cringey" when she was recently photographed holding a doll of her husband, former JLS member Marvin, but revealed the figurine is a precious play-thing for their one-year-old daughter, Alaia-Mai.
She said: "It's actually my daughter's favourite toy in the world, which already embarrasses me enough as it is.
"She is going through my bag saying, 'Mummy? Want daddy!' She knows it's him."
Rochelle - who is a member of hit girl group The Saturdays - also explained how their daughter instantly recognised the doll of her 29-year-old daddy in a toy store.
She explained: "She saw it in Toys R Us and screamed 'Daddy!' It was the weirdest thing. At the minute she keeps biting his head though."

"So when he bought her that I was like, 'You're so naughty! She better not get a taste of this high-life business.'
