French Montana won't sign a prenuptial agreement if he marries Khloe Kardashian.
It took the 30-year-old rap star two years and $2 million to finalise his divorce with ex-wife Nadeen Kharpouch - whom he married in 2007 - and he's insistent that he won't sign a prenup in the event he marries his on-off girlfriend.
He said: "I just settled a divorce and gave somebody money."
And then, speaking to gossip website TMZ, he said there would be "no prenups" were he and Khloe, 30, to tie the knot.
This comes shortly after it was reported Kris Jenner wants Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian to have a double wedding.
The 59-year-old manager is said to think Kourtney should marry Scott Disick and Khloé should marry French during the same ceremony for an E! reality special.
A source said: "Kris pitched the idea to Ryan Seacrest [who produces 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'] and E! - of course they were over the moon with the idea."
According to the report, Kris thinks the footage will be a big hit with fans of their reality TV series and bring in even more money than her other daughter Kim Kardashian West's nuptials to Kanye West, which were only partially televised.
The insider explained to Life & Style magazine: "Kris has guaranteed everyone a big payout. She had everything planned before her daughters even agreed to it.
"This will be bigger than Kim and Kanye's wedding - and the ratings will be record-breaking."

Angelina Jolie says it would mean a "great deal" to her if her new movie 'Unbroken' won her an Oscar.
The Hollywood star is very proud of the film she has directed, which is about the life of World War II hero Louis 'Louie' Zamperini, a former American Olympic track star who survives a plane crash in the Pacific, and after being discovered floating on a raft after 47 days is made a prisoner of war by Japan and spends two-and-a-half years being tortured whilst incarcerated.
Angelina admits it meant a lot to her to be able to bring Zamperini's story to the big screen and therefore she would cherish any Oscar win even more than her first Academy Award 14 years ago for 'Girl, Interrupted'.
Speaking at the UK premiere of the film at the Odeon Leicester Square in London on Tuesday night (25.11.14), she said: "I love directing and most of all I felt very responsible to this story and this man's life."
When asked what Oscar success would mean, she replied: "It would mean a great deal to me, for sure."
The 39-year-old actress watched the film with her husband Brad Pitt and some of their six children - Maddox, 13, Pax, 10, Zahara, nine, Shiloh, eight, and six-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - and insists the message of forgiveness in the story was an important one for her kids to receive.
She said: "This man's life is about forgiveness and unity. My own children have watched it and they walked out of it and thought he was a hero."
British actor Jack O'Connell portrays Zamperini, while Domhnall Gleeson, Garrett Hedlund and Jai Courtney also appear.

Lorde was once mistaken for Taylor Swift's manager.
The 18-year-old singer, who is pals with the 'Blank Space' hitmaker, has recalled her first meeting with the 24-year-old star was an eventful one in which she had an encounter in which a man who handed her a business card thinking she could arrange for Taylor to perform at an event.
The teen sensation explained: "We were at this grimy party, and this was one of my first [industry events]. This was before the Grammys, and I was like, 'Oh there are all of these people everywhere! There's this person! Oh it's insane,' and I found her [Taylor] and clung to her.
"A lot of people come up to Taylor just to talk about stuff and she's lovely, she's great, and there was this guy, and he wanted her to play at some event he was having. So he talked to us for about 10 minutes and she was obviously lovely about it, but we got to the end of the conversation and he said, 'So I'll leave my card, is this your manager?' And he pointed at me, and no beat passed and she was like, 'Yep'.
"And all of a sudden I was Taylor Swift's manager, this tiny, gothy, hunched person. And I performed on that stage about half an hour later."
The 'Yellow Flicker Beat' singer also revealed how her friendship with the award-winning musician blossomed from a floral gift.
Speaking on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon', she added: "She sent me some flowers which was so nice. She just sent them to my house and just said, 'Congratulations on everything,' and I was like, 'God, I need to know more!' "

Elizabeth Hurley's pet pig has given birth to six piglets.
The 49-year-old actress - who lives on a farm near Cirencester, south west England - has been left overjoyed after her porker Penelope gave birth to a large litter of hogs yesterday (25.11.14), and she couldn't wait to take to her Twitter account to post a picture of her latest animals.
She captioned the image: "Proud Penelope."
Earlier in the week, Elizabeth informed her 463,000 followers that her Gloucester Old Spot pig was in labour and she was eager to find out just how many piglets the sizeable swine would produce.
She wrote: "Penelope, a fine specimen of a Gloucester Old Spot, is in labour. Two piglets so far.
The 'Austin Powers' actress purchased the heft hog in September and following her piggy purchase she took to the social networking site to introduce the porker to her supporters.
She wrote: "Here's one of my new babies.... Meet Penelope. (sic)"
But the substantial sow is just one of a number of animals Elizabeth has on her farm, with her brood also including two alpacas and a parrot called Ping Pong.
She recently tweeted: "Hurley menagerie count: 5 dogs, 2 cats, 13 chickens, 2 alpacas, 1parrot and 2 pigs. Jealous? Or quaking at the thought.... (sic)"
Despite clearly having a penchant for pet pigs, it hasn't stopped Elizabeth from gorging on pork from time to time.
In late August, she tweeted: "Divine walk with dogs and kids. Roast pork in aga. All good."

Tom Hanks' son Chet has been "struggling" with a cocaine addiction.
The 24-year-old - whose real name is Chester - took to his Instagram account to reveal he is now sober from the Class A drug and alcohol following a 50-day stint in rehab, and he thanked his family, friends and fans for their support in helping him "rise above the disease" after an eight-year battle.
In the caption of a video post, he wrote: "I've been struggling with substance abuse since I was 16 years old. Finally at the age of 24 I decided to get some help. With 50 days of sobriety under my belt, I can honestly say I'm the happiest I've ever been. I'm thankful for my family and everybody that cares about me, including my fans. I've been blessed with the programs of AA and NA which allow me to rise above this disease. I'm learning to accept my faults and be ok with being human. If anybody that sees this struggles with addiction, feel free to reach out. Thank you all for the love and support! GOD IS REAL!!! (sic)"
Chet - whose father is Tom's second and current wife, US actress Rita Wilson - also spoke about his struggle in the Instagram video, in which he insisted he doesn't care what anyone thinks about him following the revelation.
In the clip, he says: "A tabloid is about to run a piece on me being in rehab for cocaine addiction. It's true and I'm currently 50 days clean and sober from everything-including alcohol.
"I don't give a f**k what people think."
Chet - who goes by the moniker Chet Haze while recording music - is aiming to bounce back from his issues by releasing a rap record, 'Shadow of the Spotlight', early next year.
He previously dropped rap song 'White and Purple (Northwestern Remix)' in January 2011, and tried his hand at acting when he played a student in 2008 movie 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull'.

Britain's Prince Charles surprised staff at a medal-making business with his knowledge of the techniques they use.
The 66-year-old royal met workers at Thomas Fattorini - which was founded in 1827 and in Birmingham, Central England, yesterday (25.11.14) and impressed employees in the workshop by his interest and enthusiasm.
One silversmith apprentice, Adam Ford, said:"I was making the OBE and MBE medals and Prince Charles was asking me all about them.
"He told me he'd never seen one being made before and found it fascinating."
And veteran employee Richard Haynes added to the Birmingham Mail newspaper: "He was very knowledgable and knew more than me about what I was doing.
"I make the KBE and DBE medals that he said he'd be handing out next summer."
Earlier in the day, Charles and his wife Duchess Camilla began their visit at Birmingham City University's school of jewellery before going their separate ways.
While Camilla met with gemmology and silversmith students and visited a class at Elmhurst School of Dance, Charles had a private meeting with the Jewellery Quarter Development Trust about his Prince's Foundation for Building Community before visiting Thomas Fattorini.

Danny O'Donoghue thinks social media is like a "toilet".
The Script frontman knows he can't please everyone all of the time, and says sites like Twitter encourage people to express "every little bit" of their thoughts and opinions.
He said: "Social media is terrible. It's like a toilet where people have gone in to write every little bit of something about you. No matter what we do as a band, no matter what anybody does as a band, even if you're Coldplay, U2 or even down as far as us you're always open. We appeal to millions of people but in doing that we also don't appeal to another few million people. So you're going to divide opinion.
You're not going to please everyone and they're the ones who seem to be on Twitter and YouTube."
The 'Man Who Can't Be Moved' singer has learned the best way to be happy is not to worry about what other people think and to shrug off criticism.
He told The Hits Radio: "It seems the bad news stays with you longer than good news in a way. The only way that you're going to really become happy in life is by stop trying to make everybody happy because you never will"
Danny was talking to The Hits Radio for their 'State of Mind' campaign with charity YoungMinds, to help raise awareness for mental health issues suffered by today's youth. Listen to the show on 30 November at 10pm.

Kurt Cobain's daughter will executive produce a new documentary about the late rocker.
The HBO film, 'Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck' is the first to be fully authorised and made with the co-operation of the family of the Nirvana frontman - who committed suicide in 1994 - including 22-year-old Frances Bean, his child with wife Courtney Love.
Director Brett Morgen and his team began working on the project eight years ago and were given access to the 'All Apologies' star's entire personal and family archives, meaning the documentary will boast performance footage along with unheard songs and never-before-seen home movies, recordings, artwork, photography, journals, demos and songbooks.
Brett said in a statement: "Once I stepped into Kurt's archive, I discovered over 200 hours of unreleased music and audio, a vast array of art projects (oil paintings, sculptures), countless hours of never-before-seen home movies, and over 4,000 pages of writings that together help paint an intimate portrait of an artist who rarely revealed himself to the media."
The documentary doesn't yet have a definite release date but will come out through HBO Documentary Films and Universal Pictures some time next year.
The filmmaker has previously said the project would feature "a mix of animation and live action."

The 20-year-old singer - who has become known for belting out power ballads on this year's series of the ITV singing competition - is hoping to bring something "quite different" to the stage when he performs on the live show this Saturday (29.11.14).
Andrea - who is set to sing a rendition of Mariah Carey's hit 'Hero' and one other track - told 'Loose Women' presenters Coleen Nolan, Gloria Hunniford, Linda Lusardi and Jane Moore on their show this morning(26.11.14): "This week I have two songs. The one they chose is Hero by Mariah Carey. The other one is quite different from anything I've done before. It's a surprise."
One person Andrea is hoping to impress with his upcoming performance is show judge Simon Cowell, who has become more critical of the Italian-born singer in recent weeks.
Andrea is determined to prove the 55-year-old music mogul wrong and is taking his harsh words on board to help improve his performance.
He said: "He's having some doubts. I want to enjoy myself so much and I don't want to think about anything and I want to sing my heart out. I do hope that Simon will change his mind.
"Obviously it's not good but it's fine because I have to learn everything about this job and improve myself."
Meanwhile, Andrea - who recently confessed he has only ever been kissed by a dolphin while on holiday in Mexico - was treated to a peck on the cheek by Coleen Nolan, who said: "That's evidence."
Linda Lusardi took the joke one step further, planting a kiss on the singer's lips.
She said: "I am going to do better than that"
Their co-host Gloria added: "In all those journalist interviews from here on in [when] they ask you if you've ever been kissed, you can say from two loose women!"
