A man has been sentenced to six months in jail for stealing a piece of the car in which Paul Walker died.
Anthony Janow, 26, from California, admitted to stealing a roof panel from the Porsche Carrera GT in which the 'Fast and the Furious' actor died on November 30 last year, aged 40.
Janow has been handed a six-month jail sentence, as well as three years of formal probation by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Lloyd Nash.
In August, he entered a no contest plea to felony grand theft and misdemeanor counts of destroying evidence, in addition to obstructing a police officer.
Jameson Brooks Witty, his 19-year-old co-defendant, was also sentenced to six months in county jail and three years formal probation on August 14 for his part in the incident.
Shortly after the theft occurred, Witty took to Twitter to post a picture of the red roof panel taken from the car wreckage.
He boasted: "Piece of Paul Walker's car, took it off a tow truck at a stop light."
Paul and his friend Roger Rodas both died after the latter lost control of the Porsche Carrera GT in Santa Clarita, California, causing him to hit a pole and a tree and for the car to burst into flames.
Christian Bale advised Ben Affleck to ensure he can go to the bathroom alone in his batsuit.
The 40-year-old actor found it "ridiculously unheroic" to need assistance getting in and out of the tight rubber suit he donned to play the Caped Crusader in three movies, so has advised his successor - who portrays the iconic character in the upcoming 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' - to check he can relieve himself easily.
Explaining the advice he has given Ben, Christian said: "The first one was, 'Be able to take a p**s by yourself.'
"I found it to be ridiculously unheroic between takes when I said, 'Excuse me, I need to pee, could somebody undo me please?' "
And the 'Dark Knight' star also told Ben to insist his mask wasn't too heavy or uncomfortable.
He added to The New York Daily News newspaper's Confidenti@l column: "I took three people 20 minutes with tools in order to take that cowl off [my] head."
Though Christian isn't upset someone new is playing Batman, he admits he is surprised a new movie is being made so soon after his last outing as the masked vigilante, which came in 2012's 'The Dark Knight Rises'.
He said: "The baton has been passed, that's the nature of Batman.
"Of course, it was passed a lot quicker than I expected, but I completely understand."
Bob Geldof has urged fans to take part in the Band Aid Challenge.
The Boomtown Rats frontman is hoping to raise more money for Ebola relief with a social media effort similar to the Ice Bucket Challenge - which saw web users pour freezing water over themselves before nominating three people to do the same to raise awareness of ALS - that involves singing a key line from the re-written Band Aid 30 version of 'Do They Know It's Christmas Time?'.
Fans are asked to download the WholeWorldBand app and, using its inbuilt camera and microphone, sing Bono's like "Tonight we're reaching out and touching you" and then nominate three people to do likewise and posting the videos on social media.
Bob said: "I've got a bunch of celebs lined up who are going to do it. We need to keep up momentum. I want us to raise about £5 million but we need people to understand that we've only got three weeks to make a difference."
The app can automatically create a video mix featuring the Band Aid 30 artists plus up to five other people singing along.
Each new mix can be shared on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter and for every singer participating, £1.40 will be collected for the Band Aid 30 appeal .
Felicity Jones says 'The Theory of Everything' is a "unique love story".
The 31-year-old actress plays Jane, the wife of the theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking (Eddie Redmayne) in the biopic, and said the film portrays the couple's special bond.
She told BANG Showbiz: "It's an incredibly unique love story and Stephen and Jane are both such phenomenal people and when you meet them, they're so witty. You know, there's nothing that you can say that can compete."
The movie - which received its premiere in London on Tuesday (09.12.14) - follows the couple's 30-year marriage before their divorce in 1995, and is inspired by Jane's memoir 'Travelling to Infinity: My Life with Stephen', which detailed her relationship with the star, his success in physics, and his diagnosis of motor neurone disease.
Despite the couple splitting up, Felicity explained their relationship worked for so long because of their intellect and excellent sense of humour which helped them overcome their issues for many years.
She added: "They're really sharp, sharp people, so we wanted to bring that humour that they both have into the film."
Other stars in the film include Tom Prior, Sophie Perry and Finlay Wright-Stephens, who play their three children Robert, Lucy and Timothy as youngsters.
Jeff Daniels is being eyed for a role in the new Steve Jobs biopic.
The 59-year-old actor is being lined up to play the part of John Sculley, the CEO of Apple from 1983 to 1993, who met with scriptwriter Aaron Sorkin when he was researching the much-a...

Madonna has turned down the chance to perform on 'The X Factor' final.
The 56-year-old singer has reportedly refused to appear on the ITV singing competition despite the pleas of head judge Simon Cowell.
A source revealed: "There are very few people in the music world who Simon can't appeal to. He has made no secret of the fact that he is desperate to get Madonna on board but she just won't do it.
"The 'X Factor' final is one of the biggest shows on the planet and a great platform for anyone who wants to sell records. It is a big blow to the final."
For the last episode of the reality show, it is thought the remaining contestants - Fleur East, Ben Haenow and Andrea Faustini - will be joined by the boyband One Direction, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith, although there are rumours that Simon is hoping to secure an extra act to amp up the star factor.
The source told The Sun newspaper: "They have already got some absolutely brilliant names in One Direction, Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran. They are three of the biggest stars of the moment but none of them has that real wow factor and One Direction are already so closely associated with The X Factor.
"A huge American star such as Beyonce, Christina Aguilera or Rihanna makes people's jaws drop to the floor."
Maria Shriver refused to attend a party after learning Miley Cyrus was also invited.
The estranged wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger had planned to attend Art Basel Miami with her brother Anthony Shriver, but cancelled upon hearing the 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker - the pop star girlfriend of Maria's 21-year-old son Patrick Schwarzenegger - was scheduled to attend.
An insider said: "Maria was going to go to Art Basel to spend some time with Anthony, but when she heard Miley was going to be there with Patrick, she cancelled."
Miley, 22, was a last-minute booking for the party staged by Tommy Hilfiger and Jeffrey Deitch at the Raleigh.
However, she became the talk of the event after stripping down on stage to silver pasties, and dancing with a topless woman, as well as a man dressed as a penis.
The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker was also seen smoking marijuana on stage, which triggered an argument between Miley and Patrick.
A source told the New York Post's Page Six column: "Patrick is anti-drugs, but Miley doesn't give a f**k. She smoked marijuana onstage, and God knows what else she was on for the rest of the weekend.
"She and Patrick were heard fighting about it. There's no way Patrick can be linked to drug use; his family is American royalty."
It has previously been claimed Maria doesn't approve of Patrick and Miley's relationship.
Maria became concerned after seeing photos of Miley on a bucking bronco shaped like a manhood at her 22nd birthday party last month.
A source explained: "The birthday party with all the penis pictures disgusted her. That was the worst thing Miley could have done.
"Maria is very, very worried about the influence Miley's having on Patrick. She fully believes that you become who you surround yourself with and she's always been so happy with the friends Patrick chooses, she never saw this coming."
Katie Price is worried about her baby daughter's health.
The former glamour model has always had concerns about her kids' development because eldest son Harvey, 12, has a number of problems - including autism, ADHD and partial blindness - but four-month-old Bunny is having extra checks because she is a "bit vacant" and not doing as much as other babies her age.
Katie - who also has kids Junior, nine, and Princess, seven, from her marriage to Peter Andre and 16-month-old Jett with Kieran - told Britain's OK! magazine: "I was a bit worried about her. I'm a bit paranoid with all of them because of Harvey.
"The health visitors are keeping an eye on her but because she was premature she seems to be a bit slow.
"Other babies her age are doing a lot more than her. I feel she's a bit vacant but she was premature.
"They're going to see what she's like in six more weeks then assess it. I'm hoping she'll naturally catch up."
Despite his wife's fears, Kieran is confident there is nothing to worry about.
He said: "I think she's just had a slow start and it will sort itself out. She's actually getting better and is sleeping through the night now."
George Clooney is going to see a pantomime.
The 'Monuments Men' star is said to have purchased tickets for him and his new wife Amal to go see his pal Jerry Hall star in 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' at the Richmond Theatre in London.
A source revealed: "George has always wanted to see a panto and this was the obvious one to go to as he's friends with Jerry."
However, Amal - who is a British-Lebanese human rights lawyer - has had to teach her American husband what to expect from the festive show.
The source continued: "Amal has been trying to explain the ins and outs of pantomimes to George, who is fascinated by all the cross dressing and bawdy humour that goes on."
The 53-year-old actor will likely learn some more British Christmas traditions this month as he and Amal will spend the winter at their new home in Sonning-on-Thames, where 36-year-old Amal plans to cook turkey and all the trimmings.
The source added to the Daily Star newspaper: "Amal will be introducing him to the delights of crackers, mince pies, mulled wine and the Queen's speech.
"George is very excited about having a traditional British Christmas."
The silver fox may not be as impressed by his wife's choice of gift, however, as it's reported she's planning on buying him "a pair of slippers".
