Amanda Bynes’ parents get conservatorship

Amanda Bynes' parents have obtained another conservatorship.
The troubled 'Easy' A actress' affairs will again be looked after by her mother and father Lynn and Rick Bynes after they went to court and told the judge their daughter has been spending "alarming amounts" of money on gifts of jewellery for strangers.
The worried couple detailed how Amanda has been blowing her savings, explaining her net worth is currently $5,747,703.36, of which $2.8 million is in property. They also said her only income is from rental property, and she made $144,768 last year.
In their legal documents, which have been obtained by TMZ, Amanda's parents say she is a "substantial risk" to herself and others, explaining her recent erratic behaviour, including shoplifting and an arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) last month.
News of the conservatorship come after doctors treating the 'She's the Man' star, who was committed to a psychiatric treatment facility in Pasadena, California 17 days ago, secretly convinced a judge on Monday (27.10.14) to extend her involuntary hold for another 30 days because the 28-year-old actress is still "very ill" and unable to take care of herself.
Amanda spent five months in a treatment facility in July 2013 when she was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold.
She was released in December and appeared to be getting her life back on track until a conservatorship giving her mother control of her affairs came to an end last month.

Taylor Swift always wants to cry

Taylor Swift is "always" close to tears.
The 24-year-old singer - who was just 17 when she released her first album - admits sometimes it can be hard to deal with the pressures of finding success so young.
She said: "I'm always, like, one half step away from crying, at any point."
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker finds the best way to deal with her success is to spend time with her friends.
And one new pal she has made is 'Girls' creator Lena Dunham, who she has quickly become "best friends" with after initially thinking the actress was mocking her.
She explained in an interview with talk show host David Letterman: "I Googled her and I saw her quoting my lyrics and I thought, she has to be doing that ironically, she has to be making fun of me...I have this big loser complex from school.
"Then we met in person...and we've been best friends ever since."
Taylor has previously dated the likes of Harry Styles and Jake Gyllenhaal and admitted she is happy to be single and not "shopping" for a new boyfriend because she hasn't been with any "lousy" men in some time.
She said: "I haven't had any lousy boyfriends in the last year and a half.
"I'm just not looking around for them, at them, I'm not shopping."

Katie Price’s pigs Jane and Chrissy to be bridesmaids

Katie Price's pigs Jane and Chrissy will be bridesmaids when she and cheating husband Kieran Hayler renew their marriage vows.
The 36-year-old star was left devastated earlier this year after finding out the former stripper had slept with her pals Jane Pountney - who was maid of honour at her weddings to Kieran and Alex Reid - and Chrissy Thomas, but she has wreaked revenge of some sort on her former friends by giving her swines their monikers.
Speaking about the pair of porkers in her drift - which also includes another piggy, Percy - she said: "They will be the bridesmaids when me and Kieran renew our vows."
Katie is known to be a big fan of animals and has amassed a collection of 176 in total, including 80 chickens, two baby pygmy goats, five horses and four dogs called Kevin, Derek, Trevor and Vera.
Following his cheating antics, Kieran has now quit stripping and plastering and become a farmer and the couple, who sell hens' eggs to shops in west Sussex, are planning to go into business by turning their farm into a mini-zoo for children to visit.
Katie added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "We want to set up the farm as a little zoo for kids. He's got a poultry licence now but eventually we want to host children's parties there, too.
"We'll be a self-sufficient farm. We're looking for a name, we've come up with things like Hayler's Cocks.
"But Kieran said, 'No, Kate, they're eggs.' So we haven't found one yet.
"We sell different eggs, quail, turkey.
"Kieran does all the farming. He has nothing to do with plastering or stripping anymore."
Katie previously threatened to divorce Kieran after finding out about his infidelity, but the former model underwent a dramatic U-turn by sticking by him as he had therapy for sex addiction, and the pair are now set to renew their vows before the year is out.
The couple have two children together, two-month-old daughter Bunny, and son Jett, 14 months, and Katie has also son Harvey, 12, from her past relationship with Dwight Yorke and son Junior, nine, and daughter Princess, seven, from her marriage to Peter Andre.

Cara Delevingne linked to role in Suicide Squad

Cara Delevingne is being lined up to play Harley Quinn in 'Suicide Squad'.
The British actress-model has become the latest big name star to be linked with a part in the eagerly-awaited DC film, which is set for release in 2016.
Harley Quinn - the on-screen character Cara has been linked to by Latino Review - appears in the Batman stories as the unrequited lover of the Joker.
The character has featured in recent stories of the 'Suicide Squad', a government-run group who are tasked with various black ops missions.
Cara, 22, furthered the rumours by posting a picture of herself on Instagram dressed as Harley Quinn earlier this month.
Other superstars linked to a role in the much-anticipated film include Will Smith, Tom Hardy, Margot Robbie and Jesse Eisenberg as the iconic character of Lex Luther.
The movie was confirmed by Warner Bros. earlier this month, when the company announced its schedule up to 2020.
Cara has also been linked to a part in 'Pirates of the Caribbean 5', while she recently starred alongside Kate Beckinsale and Daniel Brühl in 'The Face of an Angel', which is based on the real-life story of Amanda Knox.

Scarlett Johansson to have ‘very big’ part in Avengers: Age of Ultron

Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow will play a "very big" part in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'.
The 29-year-old actress is to reprise her role as the Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff in the upcoming superhero sequel and Marvel's Kevin Feige has revealed she will be integral to the plot.
Explaining that the Black Widow will not be getting her own stand-alone film, Feige said: "Black Widow couldn't be more important as an Avenger, but, like Hulk, the Avengers films will be the films where they play a primary role.
"Her part in Avengers: Age of Ultron' is very, very big and further develops her character. The plans we have for her through the rest of the Avengers saga are very big and she is a linchpin, in fact, to those films."
The producer and president of Marvel films insisted that while Black Widow could be the subject of a solo film in the future, they're focusing on her place in the 'Avengers' films for the foreseeable future.
He added: "So instead of taking her out there or doing a prequel which we haven't done yet, we're continuing the forward momentum of the continuity of the Cinematic Universe, of which Widow is a key part."
'Age of Ultron' is the follow up to 2012 film 'The Avengers' and will also see the return of characters including Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Captain America (Chris Evans) when it's released in April next year.
Meanwhile, Marvel has also announced they are planning a further two-part 'Avengers' story titled 'Infinity War', which will be released in 2018 and 2019.

The Prodigy: Album is anti-DJ

The Prodigy have promised their new album will be an antidote to "DJ b******s".
The 'Out of Space' hitmakers will release their as-yet untitled sixth LP in the coming months and band member Liam Howlett has proclaimed the record is full of "pure violent energy".
He told Q magazine: "Dance music across all types has become formula-based.
"It's 'Here's your drum fill, here's your build.' All that DJ b******s and tutorials on YouTube s**t. This album is totally organic. Pure violent energy."
While the album doesn't have a title yet, Liam confirmed to the publication that songs on the record include 'Beyond The Death Ray', 'Nasty Nasty', 'Get Your Fight On', 'Wall Of Death' and 'Rottweiler'.
As previously announced, the band's collaboration with Sleaford Mods, 'Ibiza', will also feature on the record.
Earlier this year, Liam promised the album will be more "violent-sounding" than the group's previous offerings.
He said: "It's more violent-sounding; it feels wilder. It's not so much old-school. It's neither guitar-based not synth-based; it's kind of a mixture.
"It doesn't feel so radio-friendly to me; it feels like its got a lot of edge."
The album is expected to be released later this year.

Brian Johnson supports dementia charity

AC/DC's Brian Johnson has given his support to a dementia charity.
The 'Back in Black' hitmaker - whose bandmate Malcolm Young was recently diagnosed with the disease - contacted the Sporting Memories Network in Yorkshire, North England, "out of the blue" to engage with their work.
The charity uses sporting tales to engage older people, in particular men, who suffer from depression and dementia by involving them in groups that improve their physical and mental wellbeing and Brian shared a number of tales about his upbringing in Gateshead, including a story about being unable to afford to attend Newcastle United soccer matches so walking miles with his father to watch Gateshead instead.
He recalled: "I never forget me Dad would take us to the place where Hughie Gallacher threw himself in front of a train. 'He was the greatest footballer that ever lived, son.'
"He was very reverential about that. Hughie played in the Newcastle side that won the title in 1927 and he was God-like to my father. But Gateshead was the place we went to because it was cheap. I got it for a ha'penny."
The small charity, which focuses on treatment of the disease, was thrilled to get the boost from Brian because some of its work is in jeopardy due to a lack of funding.
Director Tony Jameson-Allen told the Northern Echo newspaper: "It's an absolutely amazing boost for a charity run by two people to receive a phone call from the singer of a group that has sold more than 200 million records worldwide.
"The cost of dementia nationally is estimated at being £26bn a year and that figure will double by 2030, so I'm urging healthcare commissioners to give cost-effective Sporting Memories a real crack at making this work."

Jimmy Page: I will play live next year

Jimmy Page "seriously intends" to be playing live in 2015.
The former Led Zeppelin guitarist has confirmed rumours he is going to perform next year and says he is looking forward to getting back on stage after spending months re-mastering his former band's albums for special edition releases.
Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine, he said: "I seriously intend to be seen playing, to have a document of what I'm doing. I've been doing a lot of stuff, archiving everything on my behalf, on Led Zeppelin's behalf. That needed to be done. I enjoy playing live. I like sending people surprises as well."
However, Page is not revealing any details of the set list he intends to play because he wants fans to be surprised at the concerts.
He explained: "I've got a game plan. I'm not going to tell anybody anything. I don't want to give people ideas, where they end up going later, 'Oh, I thought he was going to do this.' I prefer to just get people by the jugular - when I'm ready."
The 70-year-old musician has admitted in the past he'd like to reform Led Zeppelin again but singer Robert Plant doesn't want to do any more reunion shows, instead choosing to concentrate on his solo career.
Page is tired of answering questions about the possibility the rock group could play again, admitting: "It's painful, isn't it?"
Speaking about his public sparring with Plant, 66, about their former band, he added: "It's all right for sound bites. But I can't be bothered any more. I'm not interested in all that silliness. I don't think it's fun."

Prince Harry tells runner ‘Have a beer’

Britain's Prince Harry told a former Royal Marine to "have a well-deserved beer" after he completed a charity run yesterday (28.10.14).
The 30-year-old royal hailed 27-year-old Ben McBean - who lost his left arm and right leg in a landmine explosion in Afghanistan in 2008 - a "hero" after he made a surprise appearance to greet his former colleague as he crossed the finish line of his 31-mile trek at Tower Bridge in London.
Ben - whose route created the shape of a giant poppy on the city's map - said: "I'm still in shock. I didn't expect to see Harry.
"He said 'well done' and that I'd raised lots of awareness for a good cause.
"He told me to go have a bath and a well-deserved beer.
"It was just like picking up where we left off."
Ben found running with his prosthetic limbs painful but says it was a "rewarding" experience.
He added: "I found it very difficult to get from A to B.
"The run was both physically and emotionally exhausting, but so rewarding."
The former commander undertook the gruelling run to raise money for Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal.

James Argent suspended from TOWIE

James 'Arg' Argent has been suspended from 'The Only Way is Essex'.
The 26-year-old reality star was reprimanded by producers for his constant partying and poor time keeping, but after continuing to turn up late, he was suspended indefinitely last Thursday (23.10.14) and warned he could be axed permanently if he doesn't change his ways.
A spokesperson confirmed Arg - who sparked a police incident in August when he failed to arrive at Gatwick airport for a work-related flight - will not appear in this week's show.
Friends are hoping the punishment will be a stark wake-up call for the star.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "He's been living in the fast lane for the past four years and the airport incident was worrying.
"He needs to get back on track otherwise he'll be out of a job."
Following the airport incident, Arg claimed he went to the wrong airport by mistake, had no battery on his mobile phone and he had fallen asleep in a nearby hotel.
He said: "I woke up and went on Twitter. All I saw was, 'Pray for Arg'. I thought, 'Why are they praying for me?' It's embarrassing."

Jim Carrey won’t wed again

Jim Carrey doesn't want to marry again.
The 'Dumb and Dumber To' actor - who was previously wed to Lauren Holly for a year and Melissa Womer for eight years - insists he won't "voluntarily" tie the knot again, even if he meets the perfect woman.
Asked by Howard Stern if he would consider marriage for a third time, he said: "I just don't see it as necessary at this point. Is it really sacred? I don't know."
Then asked what he would do if the right woman came along, he added: "I can't say that I know how I would feel if I meet somebody that knocks my head off.
"I can't make hard fast rules about the future but I wouldn't voluntarily go that way."
The 52-year-old star - who dated Jenny McCarthy for five years until 2010 - is wary of getting romantically involved with anyone else in the spotlight again because the relationship overshadows his career.
He explained: "If you hook up with someone who is famous, you become a sellable commodity and that's the most important thing in those magazines.
"It's not what you're doing in the movie. It's who you are with, what are you doing, are you breaking up?"
