Swizz Beatz thinks his children give him "purpose".
The 36-year-old rapper - who is expecting his second child with Alicia Keys - has admitted that he loves to "give back" to his kids.
He said: "I am very excited about having another child.
"I now have a bigger purpose in life, I love giving back to my children."
Swizz - who has 4-year-old Daoud with the 'Girl on Fire' hitmaker as well as Prince Nasir, 14, Kasseem Jr., 7, and Nicole, 6, from previous relationships - has revealed that his kids have "changed" who he is as a person.
He said: "When you grow up, you really don't comprehend a lot of things about life ...
"My baby and all of my kids are life itself. They have changed me and are angels to the world."
Meanwhile, the 'Money in the Bank' hitmaker praised his "beautiful" wife, explaining what an amazing mother she is.
He told PEOPLE.com: "Alicia is an amazing one-on-one mom, and I have spent the last few months making her as comfortable as possible during her pregnancy.
"I have never met a human being like her. She is gifted, beautiful and wonderful. Having children together has greatly enriched our marriage. We are both thrilled about the new baby. It's a blessing."

Nicole Kidman’s ‘really hard’ year

Nicole Kidman has opened up about her "really hard" year.
The 'Paddington' star - whose father, Dr Antony Kidman, died suddenly of a heart attack in August - admitted that the "massive tragedy" had a big effect on her.
She said: "Personally [it's been] really really really hard. My family underwent a massive tragedy. So not my favourite year.
"But I try not to be ungrateful - I'm grateful to be alive."
The 47-year-old actress also revealed she would be spending more time at home in Sydney, Australia with her family.
She shared to the Australian version of The Guardian newspaper: "We've gone through a really tough time this year as a family.
"It's so nice to be able to take care of each other."
Previously, Nicole revealed that she saw lots of similarities between her late father and her husband, Keith Urban.
She recently said: "I lost my father, which is a devastating thing for my family and myself right now.
"Keith and my dad - good men. Choosing to protect his family and take care of himself, but take care of his daughters, and walk the walk, if that makes sense, not just talk the talk ...
"I'm lucky to have a rock of a husband and a strong faith. I have both those things."

Halle Berry orders forensic test

Halle Berry reportedly ordered for her daughter's hair to be forensically tested.
The 'Extant' actress - who is in the middle of a bitter divorce from Gabriel Aubry - has accused her former partner of bleaching their child's hair.
According to gossip website TMZ, Halle had strands of hair from 6-year-old Nahla's hairbrush sent off to Microtrace, a forensic consulting laboratory.
Papers submitted to the court by the 48-year-old actress reportedly state that the company concluded that the hair had "extensive damage ... [which is] likely the cumulative effect of repeated exposure to numerous gentle bleaching treatments".
Gabriel denied that he was straightening and lightening her hair using chemicals and defended the lighter colour, insisting it was just from spending time in the sun.
The judge is believed to have ruled that neither of Nahla's parents were allowed to change her hair.
Meanwhile, a recent report alleges that Halle wants to have her child support payments cut by 80 per cent.
A court previously ordered her to pay $16,000 a month, a figure which she wants reducing to just $3,000, because she claims Gabriel is just living entirely off the money he receives from her.
Documents submitted to the court by Halle state that the model is "perfectly capable" of getting a job and that the reduced payments will still make sure Nahla can live comfortably, if supplemented by his own wages.

Karrueche Tran feeling ‘awful’

Karrueche Tran thinks Chris Brown is "immature".
The 26-year-old model - who recently split from the 'Loyal' hitmaker - was branded a cheater by her on/off boyfriend, who accused her of dating Drake whilst Chris was in jail.
A source said: "Karrueche's not a cheater, a heartbreaker or a liar.
"She thinks Chris is being really immature and trying to make her feel awful and basically destroy her character by saying she hooked up with Drake."
The insider also explained that there is no truth to Chris' claims or he wouldn't have acted so friendly with the 'Hold On, We're Going Home' hitmaker.
The source continued to HollywoodLife.com: "If he really thought that, he wouldn't have done the ESPYs with him, he wouldn't have done interviews praising him, and he certainly wouldn't have been with Kae when he was released from prison.
"He's on one right now and Karrueche's glad she doesn't have to be in his face right now as he has yet another one of his out of nowhere tantrums."
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old singer recently apologised to his ex for "airing out" their personal life on social media.
He wrote: "Being young and dumb is one of my strong suits and emotional at best. I love hard and react impulsively when I'm hurt at times. I don't think social media is a place to air out or hash out personal problems and a n***a feel hella WACK for doing it.
"So I AM APOLOGIZING I live in a glass house and the same s**t that makes me great also is my curse. Everybody know I love that girl. I don't care how my image my look to the public because I'm still gonna be the best at what I do. I just want baby girl to know I apologize!(sic)".

Kris Jenner fears ’empty nest’

Kris Jenner is dreading the day all her children leave home.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - who has 34-year-old Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian, 30, Kourtney Kardashian, 35 and 27-year-old Rob Kardashian with her ex-husband Robert Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, 19, and Kylie Jenner with her former partner Bruce Jenner - is not looking forward to when her youngest, Kylie, moves out for good.
Trying to contain her emotions, she said: "One day, I know that I'll look around and they'll all be gone. It's so fast."
Kris also admitted that it'll be "weird" for her once the 17-year-old television personality leaves the house.
The 59-year-old businesswoman and manager said: "[Kylie] keeps reminding me daily that she's 17 and there's only a few months left until she's 18.
"I ignore her because that's going to be weird and hard."
Meanwhile, Kris revealed that because all of her adult daughters have bought houses this year, it has made hers feel like an "empty nest".
She told 'Oprah: Where Are They Now': "Khloé bought a house this year, and Kourtney bought a house this year, and Kendall bought a house this year, and Kim bought a new house this year. I do feel a little bit like it's an empty nest."

Trash trawler Lorde

Lorde loves to "trawl" through her neighbours' rubbish.
The 18-year-old singer is a fan of a recycling initiative in her native New Zealand which sees residents clear out their unwanted clothes and furniture and leave them outside until they are collected and taken to a landfill, and she admits some of her favourite possessions were picked up off the streets.
She said: "I'm boring because my favourite thing to do is trawl the inorganics. Do you have inorganics here?
"It stays on the street for a few days and then it's collected and put into a landfill somewhere. But people drive around and go through other people's household rubbish. And, honestly, I've gotten amazing furniture, shoes, hats, jackets."
However, the 'Royals' hitmaker admits it is "embarrassing" to still go through the unwanted items now she is famous because she always gets recognised.
She said: "I did this three weeks ago! Recognised every single time. So embarrassing!"
Despite her global success, the singer - whose real name is Ella Yellich-O'Connor - insists she has no idea how much money she has.
She told Stella magazine: "Do I feel rich now? Um. I don't really know how much money I have. I just let my dad deal with it."

John Legend hires food vans for protesters

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen hired food vans to feed demonstrators and the homeless in New York yesterday (07.12.14).
The 'All of Me' hitmaker and his model wife were reportedly behind the rental of several food trucks which turned up in New York City and gave out hundreds of meals to those who are protesting over the police killings of Eric Garner and Michael Brown, as well as the homeless.
News aggregator Bipartisan Report posted a picture of two of the vans on Twitter and added the caption: "BREAKING: #johnlegend pays for a food truck in Lincoln sq to feed #EricGarner supporters before the #NYC protest. (sic)"
Activism organisation Operation Help or Hush also alerted people to news of the trucks, which included one serving gourmet macaroni cheese and another offering tacos.
A post on its Twitter account read: "3-6pm. FREE food trucks by Trader Joe's Union Sq. @ophelporhush #FergusontoNYC #NYC2Ferguson (sic)"
The message was later retweeted by Chrissy, 29, although she and John, 35, are yet to accept responsibility for the free food trucks.
Following the generosity, several people took to the social networking site to thank the couple - who tied the knot last year - for their kindness.
One wrote: "I can now publicly THANK @chrissyteigen & johnlegend 4 GENEROUSLY funding today's @ophelporhush 'family dinner' #FergusontoNYC #NYC2Ferguson (sic)"
Another posted: "@akacharleswade @chrissyteigen @ophelporhush that is *amazing* of them! Good to see humanity coming together! (sic)"

Judi Dench’s boyfriend shock

Dame Judi Dench didn't think "for a second" she would ever get in another relationship after her husband died.
The 'Skyfall' actress is currently dating David Mills after losing Michael Williams to lung cancer in 2001, but admits she "wasn't prepared" to have another romance in her life.
Judi - who was married to Michael for 30 years - said: "I wasn't even prepared to be ready for it ... It was very gradual and grown up. We got together, in a way, through the animals. It's just wonderful."
The 79-year-old actress - who turns 80 tomorrow (09.12.14) - also revealed the couple do not live together because of their busy schedules.
She explained: "We are much too independent. And he is very busy. He has a business to run.
"But he is so lovely, with a great sense of humour. Now it's absolutely wonderful because there's somebody who makes me laugh. Isn't it lovely?"
Judi joked that David "stalked" her before they started dating and revealed he was keen for the pair to work together shortly after Michael died by opening a badger enclosure, but she declined his offer because it was too soon after her late husband's death.
She added to The Times magazine: "Although I was filming, I just wasn't in good enough shape to do something like that."

Dolly Parton: I’m glad I didn’t have kids

Dolly Parton is "glad" she didn't have children.
The 68-year-old singer has revealed she and her husband Carl Dean - who she has been married to since 1966 - once considered having a kid and even picked out the name Carla if they had a daughter but the couple are now pleased they didn't bother having any offspring.
She said: "My husband and I, when we first got married, we thought about if we had kids, 'What would they look like? Would they be tall because he's tall? Or would they be little squats like me?' If we'd had a girl, she was gonna be called Carla...
"Anyway, we talked about it, and we dreamed it, but it wasn't meant to be. Now that we're older? We're glad."
The 'Jolene' hitmaker insists if she did have kids then she would have given everything up for them, so she may not have had the fame and career she does now.
Speaking to The Guardian magazine, she added: "I would have been a great mother, I think. I would probably have given up everything else. Because I would've felt guilty about that, if I'd have left them [to work, to tour].
"Everything would have changed. I probably wouldn't have been a star."
What's more, the '9 to 5' hitmaker's manager Danny Nozell admitted the singer is like a mother to him.
Speaking about her, Danny - who met the 68-year-old singer in the early 2000s - said: "She's like my mom. She scolds me when I need it. I'm 47, single, no kids, but y'know, I wake up every morning and love what I do.
"It's a 24-7 job. No pun intended, but 9 to 5 is an easy day.
"Hey, she didn't need me to make money. She was financially set.
"What she needed me for was to remarket her to the younger generation."

Duchess of Cornwall to dine with Meals on Wheels

Britain's Duchess of Cornwall will enjoy a Christmas dinner with the staff who organise Meals on Wheels.
The 67-year-old royal will visit the Jubliee Centre in St Albans, Hertfordshire on Wednesday (10.12.14) where she will be meeting with the team behind the company who provide hot dinners for the elderly and disabled.
The staff at the company will be busy enjoying with traditional roast dinner when the royal pops in, but she will undoubtedly be offered a mince pie or a slice of turkey.
The Duchess is the patron of Emmaus UK - a charity which supports homeless people - and an honorary member of the National Association of Care Catering (NACC), an organisation which works together with day care centres and residential homes to provide catering.
During her visit, the Duchess will participate in workshops, as well as meeting with volunteers, companions and staff.
Duchess Camilla has already started preparing for her own Christmas meal following a trip to Fortnum & Mason.
According to the Daily Express newspaper, the royal indulged in a spot of retail therapy as she walked around the posh department store armed with a bag emblazoned with the phrase "swag".
Camilla had been invited to the London store to open special pop-up shop in support of the charity Fine Cell Work. The charity trains prisoners in needlework and pays them up to £500 a year for the cushions, bags, tea cosies, quits and Christmas decorations they produce.

Phil Collins cancels first live show in four years

Phil Collins cancelled his first solo performance in four years.
The 63-year-old singer-songwriter had been scheduled to perform at the Fillmore in Miami on Saturday (06.12.14) at a fundraising gala for his Little Dreams Foundation, but pulled out of the concert due to a mystery illness.
Writing on Facebook, the organisers said: "We were just as disappointed as everyone else that [Phil's] voice did not return in time to sing and he could only make an appearance,"
Although the singer was only due to perform a handful of tracks, he appeared on stage to explain he was suffering from a neurological condition which meant he would not be singing, especially as the sound checks had not gone well.
He told audiences: "Trust me, you wouldn't enjoy it [if I sang]."
Despite refusing to belt out hits such as 'Easy Lover' and 'In The Air Tonight', the Genesis star's 13-year-old son, Nick, performed as part of a band, with other musical showcases coming from Richard Marx, Laura Pausini and Gigi D'Alessio.
The musician has not taken to the stage as a solo artist since a series of shows in 2010 to promote his covers album 'Going Back', aside from a small appearance at his children's school. However, in September the music icon told fans not to expect him to perform live, when he said he is "not ready to return to the full concert stage at this time."

Sam Smith proud he isn’t ‘mental’

Sam Smith feels proud he hasn't "gone mental."
The 22-year-old musician released his debut album 'In The Lonely Hour' earlier this year - which was already become the biggest-selling debut album in the US in 2014 - but is more impressed he has managed to stay grounded than by the record's success.
He explained: "The thing I'm most proud of at the moment - and people might get angry with me for saying this - is the fact that I actually haven't gone mental. I've been able to keep myself completely the same person I was two years ago. If not, I'm actually a little more aware than I was before."
The 'Stay With Me' hitmaker - who has been nominated for six Grammy awards including Album of the Year and Best New Artist - said he has been too busy with his hectic schedule to stop and think about what he has achieved.
He continued: "If I sit back and start thinking about those figures, it's not going to help in my mission to stay grounded and attempt to stay a little bit normal - even though I'm completely not normal anymore!"
The chart topper went on to say he doesn't think he'll ever feel confident writing such honest music, because many of his fellow musicians do not write songs about themselves.
Talking to Digital Spy about his honesty on the album, he said: "I'll never be comfortable with it. It's going to be an ongoing battle. Even at the American Music Awards the other week, I was mixing with celebrities and people who... there's a made-up reality, if you know what I mean, in the pop world.
"By the way, it's something that I love. I love watching crazy performances that don't require a lot of singing and there's more glitter and stuff like that. But it's sometimes a little bit daunting being the only person who's just standing there and singing and not twerking. I find being honest, in the way that I am, challenging every day."
