Lena Dunham wants to make Girls movie

Lena Dunham has admitted to "fantasising" about a 'Girls' movie.
The 28-year-old screenwriter revealed she would like to make a film out of HBO TV series, but doesn't want to see it happen for another decade.
Speaking on the set of the fifth season of the show, she said: "I have fantasies of us all coming back and making a movie when we're 40.
"I think we'd want to wait long enough for something to have really gone down."
Lena explained she wants to develop storylines and characters further before turning her attention to a movie.
She told Variety magazine: "I know we have our darker season and lighter seasons.
"[Season 5] definitely has some darkness. I just wrote an episode in a fever dream. I had a moment where I was like, 'Did I accidentally write a remake of 'Traffic'? What just happened?'"
While she is a way off turning 40, Dunham said she does have an image of how she sees the last episode.
She explained: "We spent a lot of time talking about where these girls will end up.
"We definitely have a distinct idea of where we want to see them. I even sometimes focus on this final image that I see, but between now and then, anything can happen."

Elizabeth Olsen says Scarlett Johansson is ‘the coolest chick’

Elizabeth Olsen thinks Scarlett Johansson is "the coolest chick".
The 26-year-old actress - who stars as Scarlet Witch in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' - has revealed she's a huge admirer of the Hollywood star, who appears in the role of Black Widow in the new movie.
She told BANG Showbiz: "It's the most talented group of people. I feel like a tag-along [in the movie].
"Surprisingly, Scarlett and I weren't on set that much together. But I am such a fan of Scarlett. She's really cool. She's the coolest chick."
In fact, Elizabeth said she would like to try her hand at Scarlett's role, which she thinks is the most desirable part in the film.
She admitted: "I would like to know what it feels like to be such a badass like Black Widow."
Elizabeth - who's the younger sister of actresses and fashion designers Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen - also revealed she thoroughly enjoyed reuniting with her 'Godzilla' co-star Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who she likened to a brother.
She explained: "He feels like a sibling to me. We're actually very comfortable.
"I thought working with the cast would be more overwhelming than it was. But everyone was so gracious and kind and collaborative."

Jeremy Renner: I don’t read comic books

Jeremy Renner doesn't read comic books.
The 44-year-old actor, who stars as Hawkeye in the Joss Whedon-directed 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron', has revealed that despite starring as one of the central characters in the Marvel universe, he doesn't know much about the origins of the characters.
Speaking at a press conference at the Corinthia Hotel in London yesterday (21.04.15), Jeremy was asked whether there were any comic book storylines he'd like to expand for his on-screen character, and he told BANG Showbiz: "I don't really read comics so I can't answer that part of it. I let writers who know what they're doing do that part of it, I try to do what I gotta do."
What's more, Jeremy addressed speculation he was unhappy with his character's role in the 2012 movie 'The Avengers', and revealed he spoke to the director and co-stars Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr. before returning for the follow up.
He shared: "I remember talking about, not the specifics of but the ideas of what happens to Hawkeye in this movie with Downey and Joss and Ruffalo.
"There were some very cool ideas and we were able to implement them in this film, which was very, very exciting."

Paul Bettany loves Marvel’s ‘big bag of cash’

Paul Bettany loves getting "a big bag of cash" for starring in Marvel films.
The 43-year-old actor, who plays J.A.R.V.I.S. and Vision in 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron', makes his first on-screen appearance in a Marvel film in the new movie and has revealed it was a "double-edged sword".
Speaking at a press conference at the Corinthia Hotel in London yesterday (21.04.15), Paul told BANG Showbiz: "It was lovely to finally be on set with a bunch of people that I'd been supposedly working with for ten years but never actually met.
"It's a double-edged sword. Initially, my job was turning up at the end of the movie with the superhero power of if anything was still unclear I could clarify it by just talking and they would give me a big bag of cash! I couldn't imagine that the contract would ever be better than that."
Paul said that despite 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' boasting a star-studded cast - which includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner - he found everyone to be very friendly .
He said: "It was a dream, honestly. Everyone was so welcoming, a bunch of really lovely, happy, well-paid actors."

Joss Whedon plans ‘eternal rest’

Joss Whedon is planning an "eternal rest".
The 50-year-old director - who helmed 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' - recently announced plans to walk away from the Marvel universe, but has confessed he won't go "too far" from the franchise.
Speaking at a press conference at the Corinthia Hotel in London yesterday (21.04.15), Joss was asked whether he sees himself returning to the Marvel universe one day, to which he replied: "I don't think I'll ever get too far away from it because I love it so much. After my long rest I plan a longer rest, possibly an eternal rest. I have no immediate plans, which is the best thing I've ever said."
What's more, Joss joked that Kevin Feige - the president of Marvel Studios - holds the key to the franchise.
He told BANG Showbiz: "The thing I love about comics is the thing I love about what Kevin Fiege is doing with the Marvel universe, which is that he approaches every movie as a completely new idea, as a movie of some particular genre that happens to have superheroes in it.
"He's not interested in creating a formula; he's interested in creating a universe. So as long as he can stay alive - which is I think, probably a few months more - I think it has legs."

Ewan McGregor to star in Beauty and the Beast

Ewan McGregor will be starring in 'Beauty and the Beast' opposite Sir Ian McKellen, Emma Watson and Emma Thompson. The 44-year-old actor has been announced as the latest casting for Disney's live-action film, and will be playing Lumiere, the butler-tu...

Scarlett Johansson thinks Chris Hemsworth is sexier

Scarlett Johansson thinks Chris Hemsworth is sexier than her on the big screen.
The 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' actress - who plays the Black Widow in the franchise - claims her character can't compete with her Australian co-star, who plays Thor, when it comes to looks and brains.
Asked what it's like playing the smartest and sexiest superhero in the film, the 30-year-old star told BANG Showbiz at a press conference ahead of the film's European premiere at the Vue Cinema in the Westfield, London last night (21.04.15): "Really!? Have you seen Chris Hemsworth!?"
But Scarlett appreciates that the Black Widow is "a very slippery fish" and wouldn't hesitate to star in her own Marvel movie.
She said: "I think one the qualities that I love and I'm interested in is that she's able to do something for herself and maybe have a relationship with somebody [Bruce Banner], and open up in that way. There's this kind of greater calling that's pulling her and she really selflessly chooses that. She's a very slippery fish, for her job. But, when you get her, Natasha is in herself, which is kind of cool. And be her sexy self. And yeah, a Black Widow movie, that would be cool. I'm always happy to put the black suit on."

Ethan Hawke rules out Boyhood sequel

Ethan Hawke has ruled out there being a sequel to 'Boyhood'.
The 44-year-old actor has dashed hopes surrounding the rumour that director Richard Linklater may make a second movie and insists he has not been part of any alleged discussions.
The director admitted back in February to a Sundance audience that "the 20s are pretty formative", sparking speculation a follow-up film could potentially be in the pipeline.
Ethan, however, told Collider.com: "I feel that 'Boyhood' was so unique and the reason why it works is because it actually does have a beginning, middle and end.
"All of us Americans understand the grid of 1st through 12th grade. And it's the one time in our life when we're all on the same grid, and then high school ends and we're shotgun blast into our lives."
Ethan played father, Mason Sr. in the 2014 film which focuses on how his son Mason Jr. grows up in Texas with divorced parents between the ages of six to 18.
Filming on the unique movie began in 2002 and was only completed 11 years later in 2013.
'Good Kill' star Ethan added: "I think Rick is open to anything, so he's kind of misleading you to say that. He'd think about doing anything."

Carey Mulligan inspired by Meryl Streep

Carey Mulligan finds Meryl Streep "incredibly inspiring".
The 29-year-old actress stars with the 65-year-old screen legend in new movie 'Suffragette' and thinks the older star is a "heroine" to most women in their profession and uses her power in the right way.
She said: "Meryl Street is probably most actresses' heroine but then she is incredibly inspiring.
"She's using her power in the industry in a really positive way. She's wanted to make a film about women's rights for a long time."
Carey thinks it is disappointing that it has taken until now for the story of the women's suffrage movement to make it to the big screen.
She said: "The mere fact that it's taken 100 years for this story to be told is hugely revealing.
"This is the story of equal rights in Britain and it took years of struggle and women being tortured, abused and persecuted, and it's never been put on screen.
"It's such a reflection of our film industry that that story hasn't been told yet."
But the actress claims it comes as no surprise as the film industry is "massively sexist" and has few good female-focused stories.
She added in an interview with Time Out magazine: "In terms of the amount of interesting roles there are for women it's obviously massively sexist.
"There's a lack of material for women. A lack of great stories for women."
'Suffragette' is released in the UK on September 11 and internationally on October 23.
