Rob Kazinsky thinks Reese Witherspoon is an "utter dream" to work with.
The 'Hot Pursuit' actor discussed what it's like working with leading ladies and revealed above all, his co-star in the film, Reese, 39, is 'endlessly talented'.
He said: "Well, I'll say this: You have expectations. I've got to work with some really great people over the years. I've had a very esteemed CV, and more often than not, it's very rare to meet icons that even come close to meeting expectations, let alone exceed them."
Although he has worked with a variety of women, the 31-year-old film star admitted working with the 'Legally Blonde' actress was one of his best experiences he's had due to her exceptional talent.
He gushed: "And Reese, she was just. .. I mean, she was just an utter dream. She was kind, she was open, she was welcoming. She was professional. She was endlessly talented. I mean, take after take after take of brilliance. And it was kind of - not just inspiring, but in a sense of this is what you aspire to be, that good. And for her to be that good and that kind, that's huge."
However, the actor couldn't help but joke he was doing a favour for "struggling actresses" by working with them.
Speaking to Spinoff Online, the 'Hobbit' star joked: "Yeah, I mean, you know, it's nice to do favors for struggling actresses sometimes, just to throw them a bone. You know, help them get a job. It's, you know, nice of me."

Carey Mulligan is "excited" to start looking older.
The 29-year-old actress has insisted she's relieved her face is maturing, as it means she'll no longer play teenage characters, like she has done in so many films, due to her "baby face".
Carey said: "I spent a lot of my early 20s playing teenagers because of my baby face. My agent has started saying, 'You've been offered this part, she's 19, you're too old', and I'm like, 'I'm too old? Brilliant! I've never been too old'. All the great parts come now, I think, so I'm excited."
The 'Drive' star - who is married to Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons -went on to say that the reason she's bored of playing teenagers is because she finds "dark characters" a lot of "fun" to play, having grown up with a "charmed life" in reality.
Speaking to the Mirror, Carey said: "I like dark characters, and it's fun to do things that are difficult, because I'm very happy and have had a very lovely, charmed life, lovely parents, lovely family and lovely education.
"It's very easy to play things that you know - it's when you have to play things that you don't really understand that it gets fun."

George Clooney "wanted to strangle" Britt Robertson.
The 54-year-old actor worked with the 25-year-old star on his new film 'Tomorrowland: A World Beyond' and said he felt like more of a child than her because "she's so talented".
Speaking at the film's European premiere at the Odeon cinema in London's Leicester Square, he told BANG Showbiz: "As you can imagine, I didn't care for the children ... Britt is an old pro, she's been doing this for a long time and she's incredibly talented and she's going to have a long and bright future ... I just wanted to strangle her she's so talented.
"They were all great. I was the kid and they were the adults."
The 'Gravity' star also revealed at the event he had been trying to work with the director Brad Bird for several years before the role finally came about, but was originally insulted by the part he had given him in the movie because he plays a "bitter has-been".
He said: "I wanted to work with Brad. We've been trying to work together for many years. He hasn't made a bad film. He's done 'Iron Gate' and 'The Incredibles'.
"He called me up and said, 'I have written a new part for you'. And then I read the description and it said a 55-year-old bitter has-been. I thought, 'You wrote that for me!?' But I read it and I thought this would be a good project to work on."

Elizabeth Banks claims 'Pitch Perfect 3' will be made if "fans embrace" the current sequel.
The second musical comedy movie, 'Pitch Perfect 2', topped box offices in the US and UK over the weekend, but the film's director admitted they are still unsure whether a third movie will be made.
She said: "I will say, it would be disingenuous to say that no one's talking about a Pitch Perfect 3; the possibility of it.
"We are really focused on getting as many butts in seats for this one. If fans embrace it, we are going to seriously think about what the continuing journey would look like, but we don't know what that is yet."
The second movie sees stars such as Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson reprise their roles as singing students in The Barden Bellas a capella group, and despite the positive reaction from audiences, Elizabeth, 41, confessed they haven't thought of what could happen in a third film.
She told Collider.com: "I guess I really love the story of legacy in this one, I knew I wanted the riff-off to look pretty much exactly what the riff-off looks like in this movie and I knew what the finale looked like, so I had some connection points into the story that really jazzed me up, and I don't know what the story of the third one is yet. So I can't say... but I'm excited to delve in and figure it out."

Simon Cowell will produce a biopic of the Beatles' late manager Brian Epstein.
The 55-year-old music mogul has signed up to work on the film, titled 'The Fifth Beatle', having always been "fascinated" by the entrepreneur who died of an overdose at the age of 32 in 1967.
He said: "I have always been fascinated by Brian Epstein - and his story.
"He played a huge role in the Beatles' incredible success - and, I believe, remains the most talented manager ever. Yet his story has never been fully told. Also, like everyone across the world, I have so much respect for the Beatles and their music. So to be given the chance to be involved in this project was one I just could not pass up."
The movie will be based on a graphic novel of the same name by Vivek J. Tiwary, telling Brian's story from the moment he discovered the band at Liverpool's Cavern Club in 1961, to his success at turning the quartet into one of the most famous bands of all time.
According to Variety, Simon will serve alongside Vivek as a producer, with the team already securing permission to use the band's music in the film.
Vivek said: "The mission of 'The Fifth Beatle' has always been to sing the unsung story of Brian Epstein - the brilliant and inspiring visionary behind the Beatles - so I am thrilled to expand his legacy into film."
The film's title is inspired by a comment from band member Sir Paul McCartney, who previously said: "If anyone was the 'fifth Beatle', it was Brian."

Talking to BANG Showbiz at the premiere of 'Tomorrowland' at the Odeon Cinema in Leicester Square, she said: "He's somebody to look up to because he's so caring and just a really fun guy to work with. He's very intelligent and knows so much about the world. I just had so much fun and learnt so much from him.
"He's always so caring. He got me a nice gift, a really nice bracelet that was ... it had like a really cute little diamond in the middle. It was very nice. I was like, 'Wow, this is so pretty, thank you!'"
The 'Dark Shadows' star revealed the pair got on so well on set they even shared playful pranks and were always messing around.
She explained: "He played many pranks. He joked about me having to go to school, but in a funny way. We'd do this thing whereby he'd throw a slow motion punch at me and I'd fake react and then he just carries on."
But despite the fancy gift and spending time with Clooney at the film's premieres, the young starlet is yet to make it into his phone book.
She added: "Since filming wrapped I've seen him quite a lot with all of the promoting, the premieres. Unfortunately, I don't have his number - I regret that part!"

Woody Allen delivered a morbid speech on the meaning of life at Cannes Film Festival.
The 79-year-old film-maker was introducing his latest comedy 'Irrational Man' at the event in the south of France when he began speaking about how we are all in "a bad" position.
He said: "No matter how much the philosophers talk to you or the priests or the psychiatrists, the bottom line ... is life has its own agenda and it runs right over you while you're prattling.
"We're all going to wind up in a very bad position some day. The same position, but a bad one."
And the director continued with the pessimistic theme by saying everybody's life is "meaningless" as everything anyone ever does "is going to vanish" when the world ends.
He added: "Because in the end it has no meaning. We live in a random universe and you're living a meaningless life, and everything you create in your life or do is going to vanish, and the Earth will vanish and the sun will burn out and the universe will be gone."
The strange speech comes after the director was left feeling awkward when he received a 20-minute standing ovation at the festival on Friday (15.05.15).
A source said: "Woody didn't know what to do. He wanted to get out of the theatre, but they wouldn't stop applauding. He didn't know how to shut it down."

Salma Hayek has blasted Hollywood for its sexism.
The 48-year-old actress has said that the film industry "doesn't care" about women, and revealed that she has sometimes signed up for films with witty scripts, and then arrived on set only to find that the female roles have been "dumbed down", because the male actors don't like to be outshone.
Salma said: "I've had movies where the director really wanted me, but the dude didn't approve and I've got pipped out. In scripts, a lot of the time there is a part that's good, that then starts dumbing down. If you get on set and start to make it better, they don't like it."
The 'Everly' star went on to talk about women getting paid less in the movie industry than men, insisting that the adult film industry is the only place where women get paid more.
Salma told The Sunday Telegraph newspaper: "There's only one thing that inspires the people and the power in the industry, and that's money. They have to understand how powerful we are economically. We have the power to show them we can save this film industry. It's simple, plain ignorance. They think the only value we bring to a movie is as an object.
"The only kind of film where women make more money than men is porno. It's not funny."
