Liam Payne has mocked jibes about his weight.
The One Direction hunk claimed he was planning to gorge on calorific fast food before checking into "fat camp" following online barbs that he is "getting fat".
He tweeted: "Lol just seen on twitter people think I’m fat?now I’ve never been called that before nice, on my way to mcdonalds then I’m off to fat camp (sic)"
And referring to ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer Miley Cyrus’ famous butt-shaking ‘twerking’ dance moves, he then added: "Lol just seen on twitter people think I’m fat?now I’ve never been called that before nice, on my way to mcdonalds then I’m off to fat camp (sic)"
Earlier this year, Liam, 20, threatened to quit twitter because he was tired of being constantly scrutinised.
He tweeted: "Sick of all this bull il be back again when the freedom of speech law is back and people don’t believe to much into the bulls#!t they read (sic)”
The ‘Little Things’ hitmaker lashed out after receiving a barrage of criticism for revealing he is a fan of controversial TV show ‘Duck Dynasty’, which had been under fire after programme patriarch patriarch Phil Robertson was revealed to have used homophobic slurs.
