Josh Duhamel is happy that Fergie has temporarily relocated to Austin with him.
The 41-year-old actor and his wife, who have six-month-old son Axl, hate being apart from each other so the Black Eyed Peas star recently decided to accompany him to Texas for a few months while he is shooting his upcoming film, ‘Lost in the Sun,’ there.
The heartthrob told E! News: "She’s here with me now. She’s staying with me. We’ve got a house and the whole thing. We’re one happy family in Austin, Texas."
The couple, who usually live in Los Angeles, initially had a strict rule about not being apart for more than two weeks but Josh now admits: "I can’t stay away from my boy for that long or her."
The ‘Safe Haven’ star is hoping to have more children "at some point" in the near future and believes his dog helped him to prepare for fatherhood.
He said: "It was interesting for me because when I first got mine, I was terrified for that reason – the responsibility of taking care of it. I have to make sure this thing is fed and taken out to go poop and pee all the time. It was not only easier than I thought it was gonna be, but it did also in some weird way prepare me to be a father."
