Jessica Chastain celebrated her birthday with karaoke and ping pong.
The ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ actress turns 37 today (24.03.14) and marked the occasion over the weekend with friends including her ‘Crimson Peak’ co-star Tom Hiddleston.
Sharing a selection of pictures on her Facebook page from the evening, she wrote: "Hello lovelies, My friends have traveled to Toronto to begin the Birthday festivities.
"There was a delicious dinner at Brassaii, ping pong matches, crazy dancing, and karaoke.
"The past few years has been so wonderful and full of work that I sometimes feel like I live on a film set."
The ‘Interstellar’ star loved catching up with her loved ones, and said the weekend gave her a "reminder" of the important things in life.
She added: "It was great to spend time with my nearest and dearest. It’s a reminder of what’s important in life."
Though Jessica spends a lot of her time working, she doesn’t mind being busy and recently spoke of how "lucky" she felt after completing work on ‘A Most Violent Year’.
She said: "Working with talent like JC Chandor and Oscar Isaac are the reason I love my job. I’m a very lucky girl."
