Jennifer Garner filed for a divorce to Ben Affleck last year after 10 years of marriage.
The ’13 Going on 30′ actress married the ‘Gone Girl’ star in June 2005 in a private ceremony after being spotted on a date one year earlier.
However, the brunette beauty – who has daughters Violet, 10, Seraphina Rose, seven, and four-year-old son Samuel with Ben – decided to call time on her relationship, although they have agreed on continuing to co-parent their brood.
Speaking previously to PEOPLE, they said: "[We have a ] commitment to co-parenting our children."
