James Arthur asks fans to run Twitter account

James Arthur blasts "HQ" for their handling of his Twitter account and offers a fan "the job".

The ‘Impossible’ singer has hit out at whoever is responsible for publicising his music on the microblogging site, insisting their tweets are "embarrassing" and suggesting his fans would be better suited to the role.

He wrote: "HQ please stop writing things like "we think you would #LOVE This and that" or "everybody #GETDOWN and buy this.." It’s embarrassing.

"Stick to promoting Paul Potts please. Thanks. #LOVE The job is now going to an actual fan. Who wants the HQ job? #LOVE (sic)"

The star also offered his followers the chance to design the cover for his upcoming "hip hop mixtape", which he will be releasing for free.

He tweeted: "Love you guys! Your support is phenomenal! The hip hop mixtape "All The Worlds A Stage" is now being mixed and will be available very soon!

"Announcements to come! Seeing as though I’m doing this for the fans and I’m not charging for it I would like you to design the front cover.

"I would like the front cover to be a drawing of the killer whale/ Orca from sea world who features in the documentary "Blackfish" TILIKUM.

"Ideally I’d like him to be attacking a crowd of people, lashing out after being exploited. Include my name and the title of the mixtape. You have a few days before a choose one of them 🙂 and I would like to meet the artist I choose. #LOVE #AllTheWorldsAStage (sic)"
