Charlize Theron to present at MTV Movie Awards

Charlize Theron, Chris Hemsworth and Jessica Chastain will hand out prizes at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.
The trio of Hollywood stars are set to hand out the famous popcorn trophies at the star-studded event which marks the 25th anniversary of the awards show.
The ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ actress, ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ star, and ‘The Martian’ beauty will be joined by Zac Efron and Seth Rogen as presenters with more stars to be announced in the coming weeks.
The MTV Movie Awards will be hosted by ‘Central Intelligence’ co-stars Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Hart and will be held on April 10 at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, California.
‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ leads the way with 11 nominations.
Despite being omitted from most of the major categories at the Oscars and Golden Globes, the sci-fi blockbuster is in the running to take home a slew of top prizes including Movie of the Year.
In the category ‘The Force Awakens’ is up against ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’, ‘Creed’, ‘Deadpool’, ‘Jurassic World’ and ‘Straight Outta Compton’.
Notable nominations for the ‘Star Wars’ cast include Daisy Ridley being up Best Female Performance for her portrayal of Rey, John Boyega being up for Best Action Performance for his turn as Finn, Adam Driver competing for Best Villain for his portrayal of Kylo Ren and Lupita Nyong’o acknowledged in the Best Virtual Performance list for her interpretation of CGI character Maz Kanata.
John and Daisy will be up against one another in the Breakthrough Performance category along with Amy Schumer, Brie Larson, Dakota Johnson and O’Shea Jackson Junior.
