Britney Spears caught everyone unaware when in 2003 she arrived at MTV’s Video Music Awards in a virginal white short dress.
The ruse didn’t last for long though, as the 34-year-old singer took to the stage with Madonna and Christina Aguilera to perform Madonna’s hit ‘Like a Virgin’and Madonna turned to Britney for a prolonged smooch causing a sensation.
Following the performance Britney told CNN: ‘I didn’t know it was going to be that long and everything. … I’ve never kissed a woman before.’
