AC/DC, Drake and Jack White to headline Coachella


AC/DC, Drake and Jack White will headline Coachella 2015.

The annual music festival will see the ‘Highway to Hell’ hitmakers take to the iconic stage on the first night of the three-day event, with FKA twigs and Azealia Banks also set to appear.

Elsewhere, Odd Future member Tyler the Creator will perform, with 40-year-old singer-songwriter Ryan Adams, French DJ David Guetta and ‘How to Be a Heartbreaker’ singer Marina and the Diamonds also appearing.

Florence and the Machine will be one of the acts closing the Sunday evening, playing hits from her 2009 album ‘Lungs’ and 2011’s ‘Ceremonials’ as well as tracks from her as-yet untitled third album which is expected to be released this year.

Following the success of last year’s festival, the Californian occasion – which is held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, in the Colorado Desert – will once again take place across two weekends, with the same line-up returning for shows on the weekend of April 10-12, as well as April 17-19.

Other highlights on the recently revealed eclectic line-up include Ariana Grande collaborator The Weeknd, ‘Take Me To Church’ singer Hozier and 2014 newcomer George Ezra.
