Victoria Justice was the belle of the ball at New York’s amfAR Inspiration Gala, where she swept up the red carpet in a glamorous gown. As well as the sleeveless dress featuring a reserved neckline, the star carried a small black clutch and added a splash of colour with some rouge lipstick.
