Vicky Pattison delays wedding for work

Vicky Pattison has delayed her wedding so she can put her work first.
The former ‘Geordie Shore’ star has a host of exciting career opportunities over the next 12 months and didn’t want to have to schedule her nuptials to John Noble at the most convenient time for her jobs, leaving them with little time to plan, so they agreed to delay their big day so it could have their sole focus.
Asked why they delayed the wedding, she said: "Honestly, it’s a wealth of reasons.
"This year is pretty brilliant work-wise. I’m a woman who’s spent the majority of her adult life in bad relationships or on my own, so it’s difficult for me to prioritise a man – no matter how brilliant he is.
"Subsequently, things fall by the wayside.
"Me and John got engaged in July and we had an engagement part in October and that was so I could finish filming ‘Beach Body SOS’. It’s not fair.
"The one thing John and I deserve is the most perfect wedding and I don’t want it to be, ‘Oh I’m working up until March and then I’ll plan the wedding from March to July. It’s not enough time.
"So we’ve made a conscious and unanimous decision to move it to July 2019."
While they haven’t started planning yet, Vicky admitted she wants her wedding to be less lavish and more intimate than her "stressful" engagement party.
She told heat magazine: "Regardless of how many celebs attend, they will be there because they are my friends.
"I want it to be romantic and intimate and a celebration of mine and John’s loving relationship.
"We had an ostentatious engagement party. It was so stressful – the organising of it and the night itself.
"It became a circus – 250 guests. I can’t cope with my wedding being like that.
"So we’re stripping it back and we’ve deliberately chosen a smaller venue. Anyone who acted up at the engagement – you’re not getting invites."
