Robert Goodwin was shocked by his The Apprentice sacking

Robert Goodwin thought he'd got "away with it" before his shock firing on 'The Apprentice' last night (15.10.14).
The 25-year-old marketing manager has admitted that despite going against Lord Alan Sugar's wishes by not putting himself forward as project manager on the wearable technology task, he thought he'd managed to avoid a sacking until he was sent home before anyone had even been back to the boardroom to discuss the failure of the group.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I thought it was a little bit unfair to be honest because I wasn't able to justify myself properly.
"Yeah, there was a little bit of me that thought, ooh, he's actually going to send me back to the house straight away because he said, 'Everyone's going to pick on you, so I'm going to make it easy for you'.
"And I thought, ooh brilliant I've got away with it, I'm going to go back to the house now, but no, 'You're gone'. So it was a bit of a shock but, you know, that's Lord Sugar for you - he doesn't take any bulls**t."
Meanwhile, project manager Scott McCulloch - who was also sent home by Lord Sugar last night (15.10.14) after an intense session in the boardroom - claims he still can't get his head around the business mogul's comments in the first episode.
Referring to the task in which he failed to sell enough hot dogs to beat the profit of the girls team, Scott said: "What I didn't understand was the fact that I was out making money and there were people in the other sub-team that actually hadn't made a single penny yet.
"I was kind of branded as the worst sales person so I didn't understand at all and still don't to this day."

Lauren Pope won’t get back with Lewis Bloor

Lauren Pope would never get back together with Lewis Bloor.
'The Only Way Is Essex' stars split up during the recent Ibiza special after it was revealed he'd been cheating on her and she's insisted there is no going back after he made cruel jibes about her age.
Quizzed on whether she would take Lewis back, she said: "God, no. I tried to end it before we got to Ibiza."
The blonde beauty also revealed that while she would have preferred to end their relationship back home in Essex away from the cameras, Lewis dragged it out for more screen-time.
When asked if it had been the producers' idea to save the break-up drama for the show, she added: "He did, actually, no them. Sad, isn't it?"
Meanwhile, Lauren has been back in touch with her ex-boyfriend and former co-star Kirk Norcross, but claims they're not romantically involved, at the moment.
She told new! magazine: "I think everyone has that one person [that they'll always have feelings for]. Not many people realise but we've been on and off for probably the past four years ... We're just really friendly at the moment. He's been a very good friend to me with all the crap that's gone on."

Abbey Clancy teams up with Sadie Frost for short film

Abbey Clancy has collaborated with Sadie Frost for a new TV advertisement.
The 28-year-old model has teamed up with the 49-year-old fashion designer for a new short film in which the blonde stunner is seen playing the guitar, sparking rumours she could be set for a career change.
The brand new advert, called The Vauxhalls, showcases the latest addition to car manufacturer Vauxhall's chic ADAM range, the ADAM ROCKS AIR, and shows Abbey strumming away while scantily-clad.
It begins with the star appearing on screen in just her underwear but she later dons a custom-made ADAM necklace and a sparkly jacket and begins playing the musical instrument as she and the fictional band get ready for a gig.
Abbey and Sadie, who produces the short film, are not the only stars attached to the Vauxhall clip as rock duo The Kills - made up of Kate Moss' husband Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart - provide the soundtrack in the shape of their song 'Heart Is a Beating Drum'.
The advert also marks the directional debut of James Brown, who was loaned one of the first ADAM ROCKS AIR cars - priced at £14,695 - to feature in the film ahead of its recent September release.
Mark Adams, Vice President of Design at Vauxhall Motors, said: "The Vauxhalls explores why rock and roll was so influential.
"As car designers we work within the Vauxhall Motors design philosophy but still maintain a significant amount of creative freedom, so it's imperative for us to engage and understand past, present and future trends.
"Projects such as these help us mould our development for ADAM. It's good to see the ADAM ROCKS AIR on the road, driving through the streets of London with Abbey at the wheel."

KIN rejected X Factor

Dance/pop group KIN rejected an approach from 'The X Factor' producers to star on the show.
The urban act have revealed bosses of the talent show wanted them to be one of the bands on this year's series, but they turned down the offer to show people they can become successful without needing a leg up from "massive corporations".
Lead singer Emmie Jay exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "They asked us to come in and meet the producers and they thought that we would be good for their competition, they were looking for that kind of thing but it's not for us.
"We know a lot of people who have done 'The X Factor', and it's worked for them. Some it hasn't but for most it has and we kind of felt that we have come so far on our own and we want to continue to see how far we can go on our own.
"It could completely flop for us, going alone, hopefully not but we kind of wanted to show people you don't need these massive corporations to make it. Eventually we really want to tell everyone how we did it and how to network, which is what we did."
Emmie admitted another reason the group - who have been dubbed the new Black Eyed Peas - were put off by 'The X Factor' is because they wouldn't be able to release a record for a year if they failed on the programme.
She added: "I think for us it's trying to tell other artists as well that you don't have to necessarily do a reality TV show to make your mark on the industry. It's a lot harder, I'm not going to lie, but then it's hard if you get kicked out of a massive reality TV show.
"It's a big blow and then you can't release anything for a year.
"We have a friend that's in 'The X Factor' now, her name is Fleur [East], but for us we just want to try and not go through 'The X Factor' route.
"We had a bit more say as well, and could choose who we are because we have had enough people in the industry tell us who we should be."
KIN's debut single 'Home Sweet Home' is out now.

Donny Osmond wants to be X Factor judge

Donny Osmond wants to be a judge on 'The X Factor'.
The American singer and actor - who appeared as a guest judge on 'Strictly Come Dancing' last week - has revealed he'd love to give his opinion to wannabe singers on the BBC One celebrity dance contests' rival show.
Quizzed by Jamelia on ITV's 'Loose Women' on whether he would consider taking on the job, he said: "Place the call baby!"
Jamelia responded, saying: "My reason for asking that is that you are genuinely talented and clearly you love music and I think that's really important that we have that on these shows."
The former teen heartthrob went on to claim that his experience of the music industry and the hard work he put into his career would make him the perfect choice.
He added: "I would love to do that. I am waiting for the call as well. I don't want to sound like I am patting myself on the back but I've really gone up the ranks and climbed the ladder the hard way.
"There were a lot of opportunities for me to do the shocking thing like you are saying and I picked the hard way around - get out there with your music, get out there and sing the song.
"There's a lot of great artists that I love - Ed Sheeran, I love Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith - I think Sam Smith is a very talented guy."
However, Donny insists he won't beg 'X Factor' boss Simon Cowell for a job, despite being interested in the role of a judge.
He added: "I would not stoop that low to beg."

Jay James got into music with drunken bet

Jay James only developed an interest in music because of a "drunken bet".
The 'X Factor' contestant - who only went to his first gig six years ago - bought his first guitar during a drinking session with his Navy pals and was stunned at the attention it got him from girls.
He explained: "I said to one of the guys that if he came to the gym with me I'd do something in return - and at that moment we walked past a music shop so I said I'd learn the guitar.
"So I bought it for £35 and christened it 'Lemar the guitar'.
"We took it out with us for the rest of the day on the lash and it was amazing, the girls were flocking over.
"Unfortunately, they kept asking me to play it so I had to break a string as an excuse not to give a demonstration.
"Then I woke up hungover the next morning and Lemar was on the floor and that's where it stayed because I really had no intention of learning guitar, it was just a drunken laugh."
Jay then returned to the instrument after falling into depression after suffering a knee injury and seeing his best friend drafted to Iraq.
He explained to The Sun newspaper: "I wasn't able to do my job while I was injured and with no focus, I found it hard.
"In the military, you're trained to suppress your emotions, so it was hard, especially with my mate being away in a dangerous situation.
"I knew I needed a new focus so I got my guitar restrung, bought a computer so I could go online and taught myself to play chords. I never even did karaoke before so I wasn't a singer but I began humming along to keep time and eventually singing and thought, 'Oh actually, I'm alright at this.' And that motivated me."

Amanda Holden’s ‘naughty’ This Morning role

Amanda Holden's friends think 'This Morning' has become "a lot naughtier" since she started co-hosting the show.
The 43-year-old star has been filling in for regular co-presenter Holly Willoughby - who is on maternity leave - and joked her pals have noticed a change in the content since she joined the programme, on which she had to interview Edward Smith, who has had sex with more than 700 cars, live on yesterday's (14.10.14) show.
Speaking at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter in Watford, south east England, for the launch of the first, new permanent feature devoted to the Dark Arts last night (14.10.14), she exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Some of my friends have said to me they think the content is a lot naughtier since I've been on the show. But I don't book the guests!"
Amanda and her 'This Morning' co-presenter Phillip Schofield managed to keep their composure during the bizarre segment, during which she said to Edward: "So, you lost your virginity to a Volkswagen Beetle?"
Phillip also sparked a comical reaction from several Twitter users when he asked the car lover what he would do if his beloved Beetle was ever "rear-ended".
Amanda explained last night: "I never know if the camera is on me or not when we do those segments so I was trying to keep a straight face. It was tough when Philip said "rear-ended" though.
"But afterwards we all said we thought Edward was quite endearing."
Amanda had another bizarre encounter last night when she literally came face-to-face with a 12ft reticulated python, which was studied by the 'Harry Potter' Visual Effects Department as a basis for some of Voldemort's snake Nagini's movements.
The blonde beauty put on a brave face as the serpent slithered around her head while she posed for pictures on the magical set of the film franchise.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter - unveiled the first, new permanent feature devoted to the Dark Arts, which is open now.
The new permanent Dark Arts section will be launched with a two-week event highlighting the Dark Arts from Friday (17.10.14) to November 3 and all extra activities are included in the ticket price. www.wbstudiotour.co.uk

Danny Dyer wants late night EastEnders

Danny Dyer wants to make late night 'EastEnders' specials.
The 37-year-old actor - who is famous for playing foul-mouthed hard men in films such as 'The Football Factory' - stars as Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter in the BBC One soap and has confessed he wishes his character could swear.
He said: "I'd love to push the boundaries. The show would be perfect if they'd let us do some swearing."
However, despite hoping for more gritty scenes, Danny admits he's not sure if viewers could handle it if he stripped off for the cameras.
He added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I'd frighten people, the size of me."
'EastEnders' previously tried out the idea of a younger teenage-focused spin-off titled 'EastEnders: E20', which aired online between 2010 and 2011.
Introducing a late night edition of the soap would see them following in the footsteps of Channel 4's 'Hollyoaks', which has a week of 'Hollyoaks Later' episodes annually to allow for more sexual content, edgier storylines and stronger language.
Meanwhile, Danny could be set to use some of his previous acting skills when his character Mick discovers his wife Linda (Kellie Bright) has been raped by his brother Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) - who he believes at the time is his nephew.
'EastEnders' boss Dominic Treadwell-Collins told the Daily Star newspaper: "Mick has a temper. He will find out, there's no doubt about that.
"This is going to be the start of what is going to be a very epic story for the Carters."
