Jeremy Clarkson's face will be blurred and his name bleeped out when he returns to the BBC.
The former 'Top Gear' presenter features in the new series of comedy 'W1A', a fictional story which satirises life at the BBC, next month and writer John Morton has revealed he decided it would be best to pixelate his face and bleep out his name after he was sacked from the motoring show last month for attacking a producer.
John said: "We weren't asked to make changes by the BBC. We just thought it would be a smart thing to quietly acknowledge we are aware of what's happened."
The comedy sees an intern asked to view four years worth of 'Top Gear' episodes and count how many times the controversial presenter says "t**ser" and John admits he thought it would be funny to subtly mention Clarkson's sacking in the show.
He added to Radio Times magazine: "I wrote this episode back in July or August last year. The only thing we did when editing was to add one voiceover and bleep Clarkson, but not Jeremy, ridiculously, and clumsily pixellate his face. We hopefully made a couple of little jokes out of it.
"The Clarkson thing is quite a minor strand. It was written six or seven months ago and all we did was a little tweak to acknowledge things that happened in the real world."
A line is also added to the program, when narrator, David Tennant says: "Since the making of this documentary, certain events have happened as a result of which for technical reasons means we are unable to mention certain individuals by name".

Alfie Allen was stalked on the set of 'Close to the Enemy'.
The 'Game of Thrones' star and his co-stars Angela Bassett and Jim Sturgess are reportedly being terrorised by a troubled man on the Liverpool set of their new BBC World War Two drama.
The crazed fan is said to have lunged at Oscar-nominated actress Angela over the weekend, resulting in him being escorted off of the premises.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "The man has been causing problems for the whole cast, but particularly Alfie, Jim and Angela, who didn't know what was happening as the man just jumped on her and started screaming and shouting in her face.
"It was so scary that she was left shaken for the rest of the day."
Meanwhile, Alfie - who is the younger brother of the singer Lily Allen - reprises his role as Theon Greyjoy in the fifth season of 'GoT', which premiered its first episode last night (13.04.15).
He recently revealed that while filming the second season of the hit HBO drama, the writers decided to play a prank on him after he quizzed them on whether his character was going to feature in the next instalment.
He explained: "I was asking whether or not I was going to be alive for the third series and the writers gave me a fake script, which said I was stabbed in the heart."

Christopher Eccleston quit 'Doctor Who' because show bosses wanted him to drop his northern accent.
The 51-year-old actor, who was born in the northern city of Salford, near Manchester, starred as the Time Lord for one series in 2005 and has revealed his broad northern accent was the reason he walked away from the popular sci-fi show.
He reflected: "I wanted to move him away from RP [received pronunciation] for the first time because we shouldn't make a correlation between intellect and accent, although that still needs addressing.
"I hope I'll be remembered as one of the Doctors. I have no ill feeling towards the character or the series."
What's more, Christopher - who recently starred in the psychological thriller 'Fortitude' - also claimed it'd be tough for working-class stars to establish their careers in the current climate.
He told Radio Times: "I'm one of those actors they set up for a class rant.
"I still feel insecure, like a lot of my working-class contemporaries. I had a sense acting wasn't for me because I'm not educated.
"I was a skinny, awkward-looking b****r with an accent, as I still am. British society has always been based on inequality, particularly culturally.
"I've lived with it, but it's much more pronounced now, and it would be difficult for someone like me to come through. You can't blame Eddie Redmayne, Benedict Cumberbatch and others taking their opportunities but it will lead to a milky, anodyne culture. To an extent that's already happened."

Kellie Bright wears "chicken fillets" to help her out "in the breast department" on 'EastEnders'.
The 38-year-old actress, who plays Queen Vic landlady Linda Carter, has revealed her most embarrassing moment since joining the soap in December 2013 was when her silicone breast enhancer fell out of her bra during filming.
She said: "I have a bit of help in the breast department to play Linda and there was a scene where one of my chicken fillets fell out of my bra.
"I just had to pick it up and carry on going. Afterwards I was crying with laughter."
Kellie's co-star Danny Dyer, who plays her on-screen husband Mick Carter, confessed that while it was hilarious, he though she was a "trouper" for finishing the scene.
He told Radio Times magazine: "There was a moment when she was running after the Carters' car and her chicken fillet dropped out and she just carried on with the scene - what a trouper."
Meanwhile, Kellie claims Danny's most cringe-worthy scene was when Mick had to overcome his fear of swimming.
She explained: "It has to be when he wore his swimming hat, trunk and goggles. It was the scene where had to swim in the swimming pool.
"He had his little tummy and his man boobs out, his 'hair Lils', as he calls them.
"And Matt Di Angelo [Dean Wicks] was in the same scene looking all buff and shaved. I'll go with that but Danny doesn't really get embarrassed."

Charlie Brooks was once told she looked like a "f***ing dog".
The former 'EastEnders' star claims a random woman once told her not to be offended but that she looked like her character Janine Butcher, not realising she was the actress who played her on the BBC One soap for over two decades.
Asked what the strangest thing anyone's ever said to her is, Charlie shared: "So, a woman once said to me, 'Don't take offence to this because she is a f***ing dog, but you look a little like that Janine off 'EastEnders''."
Although Charlie, 33, is best known for playing the heartless "bitch" Janine, the former 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!' champion insists she's nothing like her in real life and wishes she could tell her younger self to "be braver".
The blonde beauty also confessed she's "terrified" of live theatre despite having appeared in a live episode of 'EastEnders'
She told Gay Times magazine: "You have to stand up in front of people on stage.
"It's thrilling and I adore it. But that first night is probably the worst. I'd rather be run over by a bus."
Charlie is on the road playing venues across the UK as a part of the 'Beautiful Thing' tour.

Holly Hagan doesn't think she would've ever got on to 'Geordie Shore' if she hadn't acted as "disgusting" as she did in the first series.
The 22-year-old star - who has gone from a size 16 to size 8 in four years - has admitted that she "cringes" when she looks back on series one of the MTV show, having flashed her boobs and cheated on her boyfriend on the first episode of the show alone, however she also believes that she would never have been chosen to appear on the programme if she hadn't behaved in the way she did.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I completely cringe [when I look back at series one of Geordie Shore]. It's awful. I look back on it and think I can't believe I was ever that person. It's disgusting, but I probably wouldn't have ever got in the show if I wasn't like that! Everything happens for a reason, but I'm a completely different person now. I'm glad I was that person though, so I can now be the person I am today."
While the reality TV star is seen dating fellow 'Geordie Shore' cast member Kyle Christie on the show at the moment, she revealed that her series one antics have started to become a problem for her when she meets new people, and she's worried that she won't ever shake off her "promiscuous" appearance.
Holly said: "It's just got to a point now, where I'm always going to have that stigma against me, I'm always going to have that title of being the way that I was, and being promiscuous. I'm never going to shake that off, and it's only now that it's becoming a problem. If I do meet someone, that is always their first perception of me, and I'm probably going to have that for the rest of my life now."
Holly Hagan's 12 Week Body Bible is available to buy for £14.99 from www.HollysBodyBible.com.

Amanda Holden says parents shouldn't bring their children to the 'Britain's Got Talent' auditions if they "can't take criticism".
The 44-year-old blonde is part of the judging panel on the talent show along with Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams and she loves to see talented kids come on the programme.
However, she's adamant it is not the responsibility of her or any of the other judges to protect the children who try out from criticism.
When asked if their should be an age limit for kids going on 'BGT', she said: "No, it's down to the parents. If your child can't take criticism or is going to be nervous in front of a lot of people, please don't bring them to our show."
Amanda - who has daughters Alexa and Hollie with her husband Chris Hughes - does admit though she sometimes feels guilty when a youngster has been axed from the audition stage.
She added to OK! magazine: "I do sometimes think about the kids. I'm obviously very aware as somebody that has auditioned and had their heart broken several times on stag, but I think I let people down very well. Normally they come back the next year and they're fine. I don't tend to think about the adults."
'This Morning' host Amanda is more than happy being behind the buzzers casting her eye over the acts, but if she was going to audition she would rely on her gymnastics past for her act.
She said: "I can do the splits. I used to do gymnastics for years so I still do back-flips. I did them just recently on holiday and my daughter Lexi was impressed."

Kym Marsh is "thinking about" having Botox ahead of her wedding to Dan Hooper next year.
The 'Coronation Street' star is making enquiries into getting the wrinkle-smoothing injections before she gets married, but she and her 32-year-old fiancé - who doesn't think she needs the treatment - haven't set a date yet.
In an interview with the new issue of OK! magazine, Kym said: "I keep looking at my face thinking, shall I have some Botox? I'm a bit nervous about having anything done, but I've got a few weeks off now so I'm going to make some enquiries - I'm thinking about just a tiny amount in my forehead. Have you seen the faces I pull in 'Corrie'? I frown all the time so I'd still need to be able to move it!"
While the couple don't have a date set yet for their upcoming nuptials, the 38-year-old actress has chosen her 10 bridesmaids, and revealed that one of them will be her 17-year-old daughter Emilie, as well as her fellow 'Corrie' cast member Brooke Vincent - who plays Sophie Webster - who she asked when they were on holiday in New York at the same time.
Kym said: "(Brooke) was dead pleased, she's like a little sister to me. I adore her, she's just the sweetest girl. Dead nice with an absolute heart of gold. She'd do anything for you ... I've got some close male friends too, like Antony Cotton (who plays Sean in 'Corrie'), who'll be involved."
The former Hear'Say member - who has previously been married to Jack Ryder and Jamie Lomas - says her first year with Dan has gone so quickly and she couldn't be happier or more in love.
Kym - who three children, David, 19, Emilie and four-year-old Polly, from previous relationships - said: "The year has flown by and I feel like I've known Dan forever. Everything is easy with us. Things have just fallen into place. We're really comfy with each other and I'm lucky to be with my best friend."

Sean Ward says the "end is in sight" for his 'Coronation Street' character Callum Logan.
The 26-year-old actor admits the bad boy has a natural "lifespan" like all good soap villains but even if his time in Weatherfield is coming to an end his story is set to get "a lot more intense" first.
In an appearance on 'This Morning', Sean said: "I obviously know, as a villain, there's some sort of a lifespan for him. So I know there might be an end in sight for Callum, but either way I think it's going to get a hell of a lot more intense way before that happens."
Callum's departure will be hastened by the return to the 'Corrie' cobbles of Paula Lane - who portrays David's wife Kylie Platt.
Discussing Callum's future, he added: "Paula is coming back - I think she's back on at the beginning of the summer."
Sean was brought in as the drug-dealing biological father to David Platt's adopted son, Max, in October, and has been most recently seen trying to get custody of his son, while also trying to bed David's sister Sarah-Louise Platt, and in a double episode of 'Coronation Street' tonight (13.04.15), viewers will see the two kiss for the first time.
Speaking about the smooch, Sean said: "Sarah Lou matches him in the fact that she's quite feisty and she's on the naughty side herself. But it is just to get back at David as well."
