Bonnie Langford's daughter thinks she's "sort of cool" now she's joined 'EastEnders'.
The 50-year-old actress is joining the BBC One soap as Kush's mother Carmel and has revealed her own daughter Bianca, 14, is impressed with her new status as a soap star.
Bonnie said: "I think it's sort of cool. Well it depends, I'm probably not cool at all am I because it's cool being in the show and knowing all of the other people, although she was impressed with seeing little Ant & Dec the other night [at the British Soap Awards] who were dancing on the floor until about one o'clock in the morning."
Bonnie confessed, however, that some of the younger soap actors weren't as happy to meet her as she was them.
She told ITV's 'This Morning': "I went up to the little girl in Emmerdale, and I actually said to her - she was very young, she was five or something - and I said, 'Oh I started when I was six', and she said, 'No I was five', and I went, 'Ooh sorry love, I'm a bit old then."
The former 'Doctor Who' actress is also looking forward to shooting more scenes with her former pantomime co-star Adam Woodyatt, who plays Ian Beale.
She added: "I've only done one scene with Adam so far and it's just fascinating."

Katie Hopkins has hit out at single mums from new documentary 'Blinging Up Baby' for not having jobs.
The 'Celebrity Big Brother' star attacked the mothers on the Channel 5 documentary - who spend a fortune on expensive and over the top clothing for their young kids - and has also mocked a six-year-old girl from the show, labeling her "obstinate" and "spoiled".
Katie's first twitter post read: "These #BlingingUpBaby mums are bonks. They all need one thing. A job. Correction. Two things; a job and a hobby.(sic)"
Followed by another crushing tweet, which read: "All the #BlingingUpBaby mums have two things in common. A love of crystals and a missing husband.(sic)"
But she wouldn't stop at trashing the women, she then turned on the young girl, with the post that read: "What Frankie lacks in looks she makes up for in being obstinate and spoiled. Dream child.(sic)"
Digging her heels even deeper Katie said the only reason they like to spend all their money on making their kids up was because they were unable to please their dads.
She posted: "The kids don't have a dad. So I am going to make up for it with a tutu and false nails. That's the spirit ladies #BlingingUpBaby(sic)."
'Celebrity Big Brother' star Luisa Zissman also tweeted about the documentary and appeared to be on Katie's side.
She tweeted: "Ah #BlingingUpBaby on @channel5_tv compulsive viewing......(sic)"
Followed by a post which read: "This is why we have a generation of girls who aspire to be with footballers & dnt mind being treated like doormats!! #BlingingUpBaby. (sic)"

Simon Cowell says Louis Walsh and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini are "like Tom and Jerry".
The 55-year-old music mogul has compared the pair to the cartoon cat and mouse after confessing he wishes Louis and Cheryl would get into more arguments on the judging panel of 'The X Factor' instead of slamming one another on Twitter.
He said: "There was always going to be a clash, they're like Tom and Jerry these two. I wish they'd fight more on the show actually. Why do it on Twitter?"
The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge spoke out after Louis blasted the 'Crazy Stupid Love' singer for being "lazy" and "irrelevant" in a magazine interview, prompting Cheryl to bite back claiming the music manager has "some kind of obsession" with her.
Simon also appeared to confirm reports Louis will not be returning to the judging panel for the upcoming series while Cheryl will by suggesting that they ask Louis to come and sit in the audience just to wind the brunette beauty up.
He added to ITV's 'Good Morning Britain': "What we should do, is just invite Louis down every week just to argue with Cheryl!"

Gary 'Gaz' Beadle's girlfriend is "taking no notice" of Charlotte Crosby's claims she was still sleeping with him when they got together.
Lillie Lexie Gregg has taken to Twitter to insist she's not worried about the 'Geordie Shore' star cheating on her after his co-star Charlotte claimed he was still having sex with her behind her back when they first became a couple.
Lillie wrote: "Gary and I are very happy and I trust him implicitly.
"We travel everywhere together and are virtually joined at the hip.
"I'm very happy and excited for our future.
"I'm always prepared for these kinds of stories with Gary's history and his on screen storylines.
"However, I'm taking no notice."
Charlotte - who has been on and off with Gary, 27, since the MTV reality show first began in 2011 - also insisted the womaniser will get "bored" of Lillie and being in a relationship.
She said previously: "He'll get really bored and he'll hate that so then he might finish with her, then string her along. He's a good actor, like making people believe he ever cared for me."

Ferne McCann has landed her first film role.
The 'Only Way is Essex' star has been vocal about her desire to become an actress in the past, and is now reported to have secured her first movie role during a visit to the Cannes Film Festival in the south of France.
A source revealed: "Ferne can't believe her luck. She was flown out for a lucrative meeting at the plush La Tonnelle restaurant.
"She's always dreamed of being an actress, so she's really excited."
Having already agreed to take the part, the 24-year-old beauty - who was spotted partying at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes on Monday (18.05.15) - is now close to officially signing the contract and has hired a media lawyer to look at the deal's fine print.
New Media Law director Ian Penman told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "We are currently negotiating something for Ferne in Cannes."
The exciting news is sure to lift the spirits of Ferne - who joined the ITVBe show in 2013 - after she split from her long-term boyfriend Charlie Sims back in March after he told her to choose between him or the reality show.
A source said at the time: "Unfortunately Charlie has given Ferne an ultimatum - it's him or the show. This came as a huge shock to Ferne who is really upset that he would put her in such a position.
"She loves being part of TOWIE and is an important character who is great for the show. She's very successful off the back of it.

Beverley Callard knew her "work sister" Anne Kirkbride was never coming back to 'Coronation Street' after the soap legend was signed off as sick.
After 42 years on the ITV soap, Anne had stopped working months before she passed away aged 60 from breast cancer in January this year but the majority of the 'Corrie' cast thought she would be back playing Deirdre Barlow.
However, Anne's "best friend" Beverley - who plays Liz McDonald on the soap - was one of the few people aware of how sick she really was.
The 58-year-old actress said: "I knew she wasn't coming back to work but for a lot of people it was a huge shock. I can remember seeing it in the papers myself and thinking, 'No, that's not true'."
Beverley - who has been in and out of 'Corrie' for 25 years - went on to reveal that just walking past the smoking shelter on set reminds her of Anne, and she hasn't been back to the village in Spain where they both own homes since she died.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, she said: "Everyone said Anne Kirkbride and I were work sisters -- we were best friends, and even had homes in the same village in Spain. I've not been there since she died. I'm not ready for that yet, without Annie being there.
"There's still huge sadness over her death. Every single time I walk past the smoking shelter on set, or places I associate with her, I think of her. She gave me so many laughs, and I think of her fondly."

Chloe Goodman thinks Vicky Pattison needs to go to rehab.
The 21-year-old beauty has spoken out after it was reported the 'Geordie Shore' star was left unconscious after a bust up in Marbella to claim her 'Ex on the Beach' co-star needs to seek professional help for her anger issues.
Chloe said: "Vicky's temper is horrendous. Even sober, she'll sometimes lash out if she doesn't get her way. And, obviously, drink makes things even worse.
"She was on bail for her attack on a girl in a nightclub when we filmed 'Ex on the Beach' but that didn't calm her rages. She could be terrifying. Her ex Ricci [Guarnaccio] came on the show and I remember her warning people off speaking to him. I didn't take kindly to that so we argued lots.
"Our rows got so fiery, I sometimes even worried that Vicky might confront me in the middle of the night."
The 'Celebrity Big Brother' star claims she's worried Vicky, 27, is sending out the wrong message to her young fans and thinks she should attend therapy before it's too late.
She added to Closer magazine: "She seems to need professional help. I'd advise her to go to rehab to sort out her temper or she'll destroy her career. She's trying to move away from her 'Geordie Shore' image and be taken seriously as a TV star but that won't happen if she keeps lashing out at people.
"She has lots of young fans who look up to her and the danger is they'll hear about her being aggressive and think that's an OK way to act. It's not.
"Vicky needs to grow up and get her temper under control. She can't get away with this behaviour any more."

Simon Cowell is "seriously" considering having Nick Grimshaw as a judge on 'The X Factor'.
The 55-year-old music mogul is said to be keen to get the host of BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show on board for the upcoming series of the ITV singing competition, according to his fellow judge and close pal Louis Walsh.
Louis said: "I think Simon's got Grimmy in mind, definitely. It's something he's talked about seriously - he's thinking three boys and Cheryl [Fernandez-Versini] on the panel."
Although Simon has yet to announce the official judging panel for the revamped 2015 series, Louis insists he'll be sticking with four judges as he wants to keep the four categories.
He explained: "Simon wants it to work - he's brilliant, he's a perfectionist. Viewers want arguments between the judges, they want passionate people. Even this is all just a game - every year, who is gonna get the job and who isn't? Either way, he hasn't called me up and told me I'm fired! I've had 11 years and maybe I won't come back, but there's a difference between that and being sacked. And who says I want to come back?"
Meanwhile, the music manager admits he's excited to see how former 'Xtra Factor' presenters Caroline Flack and Olly Murs get on after replacing Dermot O'Leary as the hosts of the main show.
He added to heat magazine: "I think Olly and Caroline are going to be good and I think people will like them. It's new energy. I think you have to shake things up and make things different rather than the same thing every week. It gets boring - the show needs more fun, that's what was lacking last year. There wasn't excitement, which is why BGT ['Britain's Got Talent'] does so well. Simon loves that show."

Declan Donnelly is "worried" about his stag do as he has no clue about what's going to happen.
Dec's best man is his TV presenting partner Ant McPartlin and is therefore in charge of organising his pre-wedding party, but so far Dec has no idea what he and his other friends have install for him.
During an appearance on Metro Radio, Dec said: "There's been meetings about it which I've not been invited to ... there's been an away trip to sort out the stag. I'm still not quite sure what's going on. Whenever we're out having drinks and I go to the toilet and I come back ... they all fall silent. So yeah, I'm a little bit worried about it if I'm honest!"
Dec, 29, will marry TV manager Ali Astall in August. He popped the question to the blonde beauty on an Australian beach at sunset before travelling to film 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' with Ant.
Although the stag party is causing Dec to fret, the best man's speech might be less scary as Dec is putting a time limit on it.
He joked: "It's a very tightly packed scheduled day ... so he's only got a minute-and-a-half ... I'm putting a time limit on it."
Ant and Dec took over the breakfast show on Newcastle's Metro Radio in order to raise money for Cash for Kids and The Sunshine Fund as part of the charity's 'Superhero Day' on Monday (18.05.15).
The fundraising drive for the charity - which sees all monies raised stay in the local community within which it was raised - earned £546,000 so far.
