Alex Reid: Strictly Come Dancing would be interesting challenge

Alex Reid thinks appearing on 'Strictly Come Dancing' would be an "interesting challenge".
The retired cage fighter - who was married to Katie Price from February 2010 to January 2011 - admits he would definitely take part in a reality TV show again after being crowned winner of 'Celebrity Big Brother' in 2010.
Asked if he'd consider appearing on BBC One celebrity dance contest 'Strictly', he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Yeah that would be fun, I wouldn't say I'm over it [reality TV]. I realise I still have a media presence and it's not been great in the last years because of negativity but funnily I get 99 per cent love on the street."
The 39-year-old star - who has three-year-old daughter Dolly with ex-girlfriend Chantelle Houghton - also thinks the moves he learned while at drama school would help him in his bid to win the coveted glitterball trophy.
He added: "I think that would be an interesting challenge. I would be up for that actually. When I went to acting school I used to love the dancing, I found it a good form of escapism."
Meanwhile, Alex has recently launched a fitness retreat in Marbella, Spain in a bit to help people achieve their weight-loss goals through his own unique Roll & Flow exercise regime and juicing diet.

Danny Dyer trying to ‘stay out of trouble’

Danny Dyer is trying to "stay out of trouble".
The 'EastEnders' actor - who has admitted to cheating on his fiancee and childhood sweetheart Joanne Mas in the past - insists he is now focused on his work and looking after his children, 18-year-old Dani, eight-year-old Sunnie and 19-month-old Arty.
Asked if he still goes out partying, he said: "No, not any more. Running about after a 19 month old, that's our lives. I get home, have an hour with Art, put the kids to bed, learn my dialogue, have a little chat with my missus and boom! I get up and it starts again. Me and Jo need to find time soon to go away for the weekend, just on our Jack, away from the kids. I do like the odd night out but I can't easily go for a cheeky pint now so I'm just trying to stay out of trouble and bring up my kids."
The 37-year-old star has confessed he regrets the way he's behaved in the past but hopes his children have learnt from his mistakes.
He told OK! magazine: "Look, I've always had this self-destruct button. I've always gone at it without thinking and that's part of being a human being. I balance my life now with the good stuff and, for me, that means being with Jo and the children. It's when I'm not with them that the demons come out. The kids look up to me but they can also learn from my mistakes.
"I don't want to smother them or lecture them about anything. You have to go through life and experience the beautiful moments and the horrendous darker days. We don't live in a Disney world, and we're not a Disney Channel family."

Billi Mucklow names newborn son Arlo

Billi Mucklow has named her newborn son Arlo.
The former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star welcomed her first child with footballer fiance Andy Carroll earlier this week and has now revealed the moniker they've chosen for the adorable tot.
The reality TV star-turned yoga instructor posted an image on Instagram of her new baby laying fast asleep on the floor while the name Arlo is spelled out above him in blue and yellow flowers.
Captioning the photo, she wrote: Arlo Thomas Carroll #LittleAC (sic)."
The couple announced the birth of their first child together with a photograph of them both holding baby Arlo while still in hospital on Monday (15.06.15).
She wrote on the image sharing site: "Welcome To The World Our Beautiful Baby Boy @andytcarroll You Are My Rock Love My Boys More Than Anything Best Feeling In The World! #BabyCarroll #LittleAC (sic)."
Andy posted the same photo, adding: "Welcome To The World Little AC!! 9 Months of Cooking And What A Wonderful Job You Have Done @billimucklow (sic)."
Billi - who quit 'TOWIE' in 2013 - later uploaded a snap of Andy carrying Arlo in a car seat as they left the hospital following his birth.
She captioned it: "Home Time ... Big AC and Little AC @andytcarroll (sic)."

Jamie Laing: All of Made in Chelsea are sl*ts

Jamie Laing says he and his 'Made In Chelsea' co-stars are all "sl*ts".
The 26-year-old star thinks the reason his mates - including Spencer Matthews, Sam Thompson and Alexander Mytton - are "unfaithful" is because they went to all-boys boarding schools and are "making up for lost time".
He said: "We're all sl*ts. We kiss a lot, we kiss the whole time.
"I think it's because some of us went to all boys boarding school so we're making up for lost time."
However, he added that although they may have become known for their womanising ways, he believes the main reason the show is so successful is because they're all "generally nice people".
He told the Daily Star newspaper: "We're not a**eholes. Well, we are a bit but we're generally nice to people."
Jamie - who is currently in Los Angeles filming the E4 show's latest spin-off - has teased that there is "lots of naughtiness" happening out in America and even confessed to being "naked" on a swan.
He said: "Lots of naughtiness is going on. I got naked on a swan."
The blonde hunk also said he hopes the lads will bring some girls back from the US after his ex-girlfriend Louise Thompson brought her boyfriend Alik Alfus back to London after meeting him while filming the New York spin-off.
He added: "Hopefully some of us bring home some American chicks, that would be hilarious."

Chris Evans hints that The Stig has been axed from Top Gear

Chris Evans has hinted that The Stig has been axed from 'Top Gear'.
The BBC Radio 2 DJ was announced as the new host of the BBC Two motoring show earlier this week after Jeremy Clarkson was sacked for punching a producer in a row over a steak and he's now revealed that in addition to Jeremy's colleagues Richard Hammond and James May, the anonymous driver may not be making a return either.
Speaking on BBC One's 'The One Show' about the possibility of The Stig being replaced by another driver in disguise, he said: "A Stigette. A lady Stig or a Stigette. The Stig's offspring. Anything's up for grabs."
The news comes as the 49-year-old star revealed the BBC will be holding auditions to find his new co-hosts.
Evans also insisted that fans will be informed about any decisions as soon as they are made.
He said: "We're not going to drag things out so it becomes a soap opera. When we've decided something - if we sign someone today, a presenter or driver or anything - we will tell you, immediately."

Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom host Xtra Factor

Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom are the new hosts of 'The Xtra Factor'.
The Saturdays singer and the KISS FM DJ have today (18.06.15) been confirmed to co-host the ITV2 spin-off show, which will return to screens this autumn alongside 'The X Factor'.
The 26-year-old beauty - who has previously presented ITV's 'This Morning' alongside her husband Marvin Humes - is "excited" to start work on the talent show, which she has watched for "years".
Rochelle said: "I have watched 'The Xtra Factor' for years so I am beyond excited about joining such a brilliant team and getting to work with my old friend Melvin makes it even better. I also can't wait to meet the contestants and be a part of their 'X Factor' experience."
Melvin - who co-hosts The KISS FM breakfast show with Ricky Williams and Charlie Hughes - is more than qualified for the job having presented on 4Music, T4, Kiss TV, MTV and BBC Three.
Talking about his new job Melvin said: "I've always been a massive fan of the show and to get to present 'The Xtra Factor' is a dream for me. We are there to support the contestants and have fun - I'm really looking forward to it!"
Several executives have shared their praises of the presenting duo, with a CEO calling them the "dream duo".
Richard Holloway, acting CEO at FremantleMedia UK, said "Rochelle and Melvin are a dream duo and accomplished presenters. They will bring plenty of fun to the show."
While Nigel Hall, global head of television for Syco Entertainment, said: "I've loved getting to know Rochelle and Melvin. They are great friends, have great chemistry together and are both passionate 'X Factor' fans. A perfect combination to host 'The Xtra Factor'."
'The X Factor' and 'The Xtra Factor' will return this autumn on ITV and ITV2.

Pete Bennett makes shock return to Big Brother

Pete Bennett is to make a shock return to 'Big Brother'.
The reality TV star comes face to face with ex-girlfriend Nikki Grahame - who he enjoyed a romance with on the 2006 series of the show for which he was crowned winner - when he enters the house during a task in which the housemates are instructed to ignore any distractions.
Nikki, 33 - who rejoined the show last week - can hardly disguise her excitement as her former flame teases her in an attempt to make her acknowledge him and lose the task.
Dressed in a sequinned jacket with his hair styled in a purple mohawk, Pete applies some bright red lipstick before puckering up and smearing it onto Nikki's cheek.
Pete then accuses his ex-girlfriend of giving him the "[Nasty] Nick" treatment in an apparent reference to the 'EastEnders' character.
He says: "Basically, what I was going to say is, 'How are you doing? I'm back! Nice to see you, man! Yeah!' What, you're not going to say hello? Oh I see it, it's Nick, innit?
"Oh, you've found another man, have you? Oh that's nice, innit, eh?"
While Pete isn't expected to make a permanent return to the house, Nikki is to remain on the show for three weeks as part of the Time Warp twist in the current 'Timebomb' series alongside 2007 winner Brian Belo and 2014 winner Helen Wood.
Pete called time on his relationship with the loud-mouthed star shortly after they left the 'Big Brother' house before tying the knot with his childhood sweetheart.
However, he is now single again and has remained good friends with Nikki.
Meanwhile, the eccentric star - who suffers from Tourette's syndrome - recently confessed he'd been left homeless after spending all the money he won on the show.
He said at the time: "It all kid of went wrong, it didn't go to plan. I had all that money and I didn't know what to do with it.
"I put it on the wrong things. I was homeless after having so much money. It's easy come, easy go. The fame pushed me in a way I didn't want to go, I didn't like it."

Gerard Bulter to face Compare The Market ad

Gerard Butler is to be the new face of the Compare The Market adverts.
The 'Bounty Hunter' star has reportedly been "tapped" by bosses of the insurance company who think he is the perfect choice to appear alongside meerkats Aleksandr Orlov and Sergei in the infamous ads.
A source shared: "Gerard was tapped up by bosses. They thought he was perfect for the role. Despite being a Hollywood superstar, he doesn't take himself too seriously."
Gerard's war flick '300' has been chosen as the inspiration for the ad, which means he will most likely show off his impeccable torso as seen in the movie.
Filming is said to commence in the summer and the commercial will follow shortly after.
The insider told The Sun newspaper: "He's likely to film his part later this summer and the ads will be on screen soon after."
This would be the first time the actor has done anything for UK television.
The price comparison website will have paid a hefty price to have the Scottish-born actor - who's estimated net worth is $35 million - endorse their product.
He will follow in the footsteps of Arnold Schwarzenegger, who appeared alongside Aleksandr and Sergei in a comical advert earlier this year.

Chris Evans believes Jeremy Clarkson could’ve returned to Top Gear

Chris Evans believes Jeremy Clarkson could've returned to 'Top Gear' if James May and Richard Hammond had accepted new contracts.
The BBC Radio 2 DJ was announced as the new host of the BBC Two motoring show earlier this week but he's now claimed Jeremy - who was sacked after he punched a producer in a row over a steak - may have been allowed to return if his co-hosts had agreed to front the show without him for a while.
He said: "I would love to see James and Richard back doing it and who knows, maybe if they'd have come back for a year, maybe Jeremy would've come back after a year.
"I loved 'Top Gear' how it was, believe me, I'm the number one one who doesn't want it to change."
However, James May yesterday (17.06.15) insisted he'd never been offered a new contract.
Chris - who insisted he will "definitely" have a female co-host - also revealed he and the show's producers will be holding auditions to replace May and Hammond.
Speaking on 'The One Show' on BBC One, he shared: "I'm not going to name any names ... I haven't got a shortlist, I've got a very long list ... The way Richard and James were found was by auditioning and so what we're going to do is hold auditions.
"Not just for famous people, ex-famous people, up and coming famous people, in-between famous people but for people who are watching the show ... The thing that does matter is that you've got to have an appetite for cars and you've got to know something about cars."
Meanwhile, the 49-year-old presenter has hinted the new series of 'Top Gear' will hit TV screens next March.
Speaking on 'The Chris Evans Breakfast Show', he said: "This is BBC Radio 2 - not BBC Two - that's next March."
