Kara Tointon is reportedly dating TV host Matt Johnson.
The 31-year-old actress, who's best known for playing Dawn Swann in BBC soap 'EastEnders', split from her 'Strictly Come Dancing' partner Artem Chigvintsev last year and has since been spotted looking "very loved-up" with the 'This Morning' presenter.
One eyewitness saw the pair last week at a pub in West London and told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "They looked very close, touching each other, and Matt put his arm around her at one point.
"They held hands as they walked. They looked very loved-up."
In recent times, Kara has starred alongside her sister Hannah in the popular ITV series 'Mr Selfridge' and has revealed the instrumental role her sibling has played in her career.
She shared: "It was with acting that I found my comfort zone. At first, it was heartbreaking if I went to an audition and I didn't get a part, but I got used to rejection and I just hoped that if I was right for a role I would get it - I was only 22 when I got the part in 'EastEnders'.
"But the difference between me and Hannah is she's far more direct; she knows what she will and won't do, whereas I fluster a bit. She has her own vision and she won't falter from it. She's actually taught me to be more like that too, and it's quite empowering."

Lewis Bloor says the cast of 'The Only Way Is Essex' are all worried about James 'Arg' Argent.
The 25-year-old star of the ITVBe show has confessed he and his co-stars are worried Arg, 27, could fall back in to old habits after his girlfriend Lydia Bright revealed he'd been out drinking following his stint in rehab in December last week.
Lewis said: "She was very angry at the time and she came and spoke to me about it.I said, 'Arg needs support from everyone. It's not your burden to carry solely on your own'. It's a big worry for us all, but as a friendship group we need to be dilligent and make sure he's OK."
Lewis claimed, however, that he thinks Arg's relapse was just a one off as they've been busy working out together ever since.
He explained: "He promised us it was just one night out. He's been with me in the gym every day this week, and if he was drinking he certainly wouldn't be able to do the workouts I'm putting him through."
And the Essex lad is hoping to see his close pals - who celebrated their seven year anniversary earlier this month - tie the knot soon.
Lewis continued: "Hopefully we're going to see something interesting happening in the next six months. I had a heart-to-heart with Lydia and she said, 'I think it's time for us to take it to the next level'."
Asked if he sees marriage on the cards, he added to Star magazine: "Without a shadow of a doubt. The word love gets thrown around a lot, but that's what those two share. I can't wait for the wedding!"

Stephanie Davis' 'Hollyoaks' contract was terminated because she arrived on set "unfit to work".
The 22-year-old actress, who starred as Sinead O'Connor in the Channel 4 soap, left the show earlier this week after bosses decided she was incapable of performing her scenes.
A spokesperson for the actress explained: "Stephanie's contract was terminated following warnings for lateness, attendance and after a final incident in which she turned up to set unfit to work because of alcohol consumption."
Stephanie had been warned about her bad behaviour by show bosses and the latest incident was seen as the final straw.
An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Stephanie was on her final warning and show bosses decided enough was enough.
"She was in trouble for excessive partying and boozing and bosses took a one-more-strike-and-you're-out policy.
"Turning up for work drunk is unacceptable in any workplace so bosses were forced to take action. The atmosphere on set is sombre as the cast are sad she has gone and concerned about her."
Stephanie only signed a new contract with the show in April and at the time, she said she was delighted to have extended her association with 'Hollyoaks'.
She said: "I've just signed a new contract and I'm really happy. I've been in the show since I was 16 and I'm 22 now. I've kind of grown up here, which has been mental."

Nick Grimshaw mistakenly called Cheryl Fernandez-Versini by her former name of Cheryl Cole during 'X Factor' auditions.
The 30-year-old radio host - who's been added to the 'X Factor' line up this year - accidentally called the brunette beauty by the name she used during her marriage to soccer star Ashley Cole as he asked about her vote.
Following Nick's blunder, Cheryl snapped: "It's Cheryl or Chezza!"
Meanwhile, fellow judge Rita Ora responded: "I'm backing away!"
Simon Cowell, on the other hand, simply said: "Awkward, awkward."
Earlier this week, Cheryl's former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh compared Nick Grimshaw to Marmite, saying she can understand why he divides opinion.
She said: "He's a bit like Marmite - people love him or hate him. Maybe they're not giving him a chance because they haven't seen him on TV much. I think he'll be a good judge.
"I've met him a few times and worked with him over the years. I really like him and find him warm, easy to get on with, funny and witty. Hopefully, that's what we'll see of him and the public will fall in love with him."
Meanwhile, Kimberley also backed the decision to add Rita Ora to this year's judging panel.
She said: "Obviously we know what to expect with Rita because we've seen her on 'The Voice'. I think it's great that she and Cheryl are different characters but they get along well. And I'm excited about Nick because it's a different angle - coming from radio and bringing a non-performer's perspective is a totally new thing."

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini wants to mix up the 'X Factor' categories.
The 32-year-old star - who is a judge on the ITV singing competition alongside Rita Ora, Nick Grimshaw and Simon Cowell - has revealed she'd like to mentor one act from each category rather than look after the Boys, Girls, Overs or Groups exclusively.
She told BBC's Newsbeat: "I think it's far more exciting, not just for us as judges but also for the viewers at home. You're never going to have a runaway category, because they're always like, 'Well, the girls are obviously the best'.
"They might be like, 'Ooh, Rita's got the best boy, but Simon's got the best girl, and Nick's got the best group, but Cheryl's got the best over."
And Cheryl might get what she's wished for as show boss Simon has promised that the format is undergoing a revamp.
One change that has already been announced is that the Judges' Houses stage of the competition will see contestants learn their fate on live TV.
'The X Factor' returns to ITV later this year.

Solomon Akhtar is taking 'Big Brother' contestant Jade Lynch on a date tomorrow (18.07.15).
The 22-year-old former 'Apprentice' finalist has revealed he's taking the 24-year-old Irish beauty - who kissed 'Big Brother' legend Brian Belo in the house - out for drinks after the two began messaging each other on Twitter.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Solomon said: "Me and that Jade from 'Big Brother' have been tweeting each other, and we're going on a date tomorrow...She'll kill me for saying that! OK, it's not a date, we're just going for drinks.
"I've got a thing for the Irish accent at the moment, so I'm looking forward to it!"
The entrepreneur is currently filming 'Desi Rascals', having joined the cast for the second series - along with Jasmin Walia and Ross Worswick - and confessed he's looking forward to "going on lots of dates" on the show.
Solomon said: "I'm looking forward to hanging out with some beautiful girls on the show, and just having fun, going on lots of dates."
Solomon added he's excited to show the "baby tiger" side of his personality on the Sky show, which is based around British Asians living in west London, as he wasn't able to get his entire "fun" side across on 'The Apprentice'.
He said: "I think, on 'The Apprentice', people have already seen I can have a lot of fun, even when it's to do with business.
"I describe myself as a baby tiger, because I've got a fierce side, but am always looking to have a bit of frivolity too."
Desi Rascals airs on Sky 1 at 8pm every Wednesday from July 22.

Amanda Holden threw water over Stephen Mulhern on her last day presenting 'This Morning'.
The 44-year-old host - who's been fronting the ITV show alongside Phillip Schofield in the absence of regular host Holly Willoughby - recreated the drama of their on-screen spat on 'Britain's Got Talent' in May, when Stephen said Amanda looked like 74-year-old socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein.
Asked if he was returning to do more 'Britain's Got More Talent', Stephen replied: "Of course I'm coming back, it's the tenth year next year."
Then, as she threw the water in Stephen's direction, Amanda said: "It wasn't because of this, was it? It's my last day!"
A shocked Stephen turned to Phillip and said: "Did you know she was going to do that?"
Amanda quickly said: "I didn't know until just then!"
However, Stephen took the soaking with good humour and explained that the original incident was triggered by a conversation between himself and 'Britain's Got Talent' hosts Ant and Dec.
Recalling the incident in May, Stephen said: "Amanda is our longest serving judge ... and we came up with this idea. The team said 'do it, do it'. Ant said 'Don't do it' and Dec went 'Do it!' So we did it ...[and Amanda threw water over me]."
By the end of the show, however, Amanda was in a much more sombre mood, telling viewers: "I'm swallowing a lot and looking away from Phillip so I don't cry."
Holly - who is currently on maternity leave - also called in to thank the blonde beauty for covering for her.
She said: "Hi Phil, hi Amanda and hi to you all watching at home. I just want to say that I'm very, very much looking forward to being back in September - I can't believe it's been a year already. Amanda, thank you so much for all your hard work, you've been absolutely brilliant, but now it is time to give me back my silver fox!"
Eamonn Holmes and his 'Loose Women' anchor wife Ruth Langsford are set to take over the reigns of the show next week until Phil and Holly return in September.

Jamelia has signed up for 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!'
The 34-year-old singer - whose full name is Jamelia Niela Davis - is reportedly set to become the seventh 'Loose Women' panellist to appear on the ITV reality show which sees celebrities camp out in the Australian jungle for a month
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Jamelia is such a great character and won't be afraid to get stuck in. With the 'Loose Women' lot behind her she could be a contender for Queen of the Jungle."
The 'Superstar' hitmaker already took part in Bear Grylls' reality show 'Mission Survive' earlier this year, which saw her trek across the wilderness of South America along with model Vogue Williams and actor cousins Laurence and Emilia Fox.
However, she was the second contestant to be sent home from the expedition, which saw the celebs drink their own urine and eat the legs of a tarantula - a task similar to the Bushtucker trials of 'I'm A Celeb'.
Other names that have been linked to the next series include 'Made In Chelsea' star Spencer Matthews, former footballer Paul Gascoigne and former 'X Factor' judge Louis Walsh.
'I'm A Celebrity' 2015 begins on ITV in November.
