Sarah Harding felt like an "amateur" on the set of 'Coronation Street'.
The former Girls Aloud singer has joined the ITV soap as Joni Preston for four episodes and has confessed she was nervous about filming alongside legends Barbara Knox (Rita Sullivan) and Eileen Derbyshire (Emily Bishop).
She said: "They are icons and they're pros as well and I came in thinking, 'Oh my goodness, I'm so going to fluff my lines, I'm such an amateur!' ... So yes, I was well rehearsed."
Sarah's fellow popstar Shayne Ward is also preparing to join the much-loved show, but she's yet to bump into him on set.
The 33-year-old star told ITV's 'Lorraine': "I haven't [seen him yet] no but I know Shayne from back in the day because we both auditioned on 'Popstars' before he did 'The X Factor'. I want to bump into him but I've just not seen him, this place is literally like going to a college! It's so big, there's so many people and it's a cog that just keeps on turning."
The blonde beauty's character is set to clash with her boyfriend's ex-wife Tracy Barlow, played by Kate Ford, when she arrives on the cobbles but Sarah insists she and the 38-year-old actress get on great in real life.
She added: "I've found that the people who play the nasty characters are actually the nicest people because myself and Kate get on really well and she's a lovely person and we just had a real giggle!"

Jessica Raine doesn't "get" what it means to be sexy.
The 33-year-old actress - who's best known for playing midwife Jenny Lee in the BBC One drama 'Call the Midwife' and stars alongside David Walliams in the Agatha Christie-inspired 'Partners in Crime' - has revealed she makes a conscious decision to avoid "sexy" roles because she doesn't understand the concept.
She explained: "Just running through all the scripts I've read recently, I don't like when a character is meant to be sexy, because I don't really know what that means.
"'She is sexy. Everybody wants to be this girl' - what is that? You're attractive or sexy as a by-product of something else. You can be manipulative and it's quite sexy or you can love life and that's what's sexy, but sexy as a thing; I don't really get that."
Jessica admitted she's tired of the cliched way in which women are portrayed on television and in cinema.
She told The Times newspaper: "When I watched 'Jurassic Park', Laura Dern was incredible. She was in shorts and a shirt. She had her hair pulled back and she was running around in trainers, and I was like, 'Oh God. And she was really clever; she was a scientist.
"In this one Bryce Dallas Howard is head of a corporation. She's incredibly powerful, but with that she's very cut-off and I think it's a little bit of a cliche. And I think every woman in it cried. I was like, 'These are scientists. Why is everyone crying?'"

Lauren Pope is "past caring" about her friendship with Jess Wright.
The 'Only Way Is Essex' star called off her romance with co-star Dan Edgar - who previously dated Jess - last week after her pal claimed it had made things awkward between them, but in last night's (22.07.15) season finale of the ITVBe show she was seen locking lips with Dan before claiming she's no longer bothered about Jess' opinion.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Lauren told 'TOWIE' producers: "I'm a lot happier now. What's done is done with Jess. Dan and I are going to carry on. If she's cool with it, she's cool with it. I don't know. I'm kind of past the point of caring."
The 32-year-old beauty's comments come after her co-star and former best pal Chloe Sims claimed she staged the break-up with Dan to make Jess look bad and boost her own profile.
Lauren added: "Dan and I don't need to prove anything to anyone. There are only a couple of people who have piped up about it - and they're people we don't really talk to so it's really interesting how they've been able to come up with that conclusion.
"Everyone has made this into such a dramatic big deal when it's really not."
Dan, 24, also jumped to the defence of his new flame and insisted they're serious about their relationship.
He said: "I think a few people were doubting if it was real between me and Lauren. We have been trying to explain ourselves to people but we shouldn't have to ... Now we're not going to explain ourselves anymore and we are going to see how it goes."

Peter Capaldi accidentally stumbled into a shower and got soaked while filming 'Doctor Who' at a power station.
The 57-year-old actor took a wrong turn when he wandered off to look for something to eat during filming of the upcoming sixth series and got soaked by a shower he believed was for people who had been contaminated by uranium.
Explaining that on his way back to the set following a break on a night shoot, he found a door, pushed it open and discovered a mystery room that was actually a shower which he thinks "is there in case you get uranium on you".
The 'Paddington' star - who took over as the titular Time Lord last year - returned to the set "soaking wet", according to his co-star Jenna-Louise Coleman, who added: "Everybody had hairdryers on him."
Meanwhile, Peter has also revealed that forthcoming episodes of the BBC sci-fi series will "follow the vein of old horror movies".
Speaking at the Apple Store in Berlin he also said that the Doctor will be "very bonded" to his assistant Clara Oswald (Jenna), but that he'd have to deal with a "deepening shadow" cast over him.
Peter added: "Even the Doctor knows that life is short and he is now trying to get on with it."
He also said the show will be different from last year but promised the changes will be "organic".

Gemma Collins is returning to 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!'.
Despite leaving after just 72 hours in the jungle on last year's series of the ITV reality show, the 'Only Way Is Essex' star - who claimed she'd caught malaria - is "desperate" to take part again this year and the producers are said to be "fascinated" by her.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Although Gemma's last stint in the jungle was a disaster, she made great TV. Bosses are fascinated to see if she can overcome her fears and stay for the duration.
"Talks are at an advanced stage but Gemma is up for it and is desperate to prove she can stick it out. If she comes through the Bushtucker Trials and wins over the public, Gemma, 34, could end up having a bright future at ITV."
Gemma's 2014 campmate Craig Charles is reportedly also going back in the jungle, as he had to leave after four days when his brother died last year.
However, the two may not be reuniting, as it was previously reported that Gemma wants to be on 'Celebrity Big Brother', having recently been banned from filming 'TOWIE'.
A source said: "She is looking at 'CBB' as a way back to telly as well as showing 'TOWIE' bosses just what they are missing. But it all comes down to money."

Paddy McGuinness' 'Coronation Street' character will clash with Tyrone Dobbs and Kirk Sutherland.
The 'Take Me Out' host is set to join the ITV soap as survival expert Dougie Ryan for six episodes when Tyrone (Alan Halsall) and Kirk (Andrew Whyment) go on a camping trip with their other halves but he's now revealed their characters will not see eye to eye.
He said: "Tyrone's trying to build a tent so Dougie takes over, Tyrone tries to build a fire and Dougie takes over that so what slowly happens is the girls start fancying Dougie and think he's fantastic, but the lads hate him.
"He's a really, really funny character.
"'Coronation Street' has always had a rich vein of comedy running through it."
The 41-year-old comedian admitted shooting the scenes reminded him of his days as a boy scout, but that he decided against seeking survival advice from the likes of Bear Grylls and Ray Mears for the role.
Paddy told Mirror TV: "I don't think they have a phone those lads. I think it's just a rock with a piece of string attached to it.
"I channelled my inner scout.
"The one thing I did research was lighting a fire with a piece of flint because I didn't want one of these survivalist people giving it, 'Dear Points of View, I was horrified to find you didn't strike the flint properly.'
"So I did a bit of research there."

Rita Ora's backing dancers have made it through to the boot camp stage on 'The X Factor'.
The 'Poison' hitmaker is said to have had no idea that twins Polly and Sophie Duniam - who have toured with her and appeared in her 'I Will Never Let You Down' music video - planned to audition for the ITV show.
However, when the wacky duo - known as My Bad Sister - took to the stage, she immediately recognised them, saying: "I know you."
Polly and Sophie, 28, received four yeses after impressing judges Rita, Nick Grimshaw, Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini with their rap and are now through to the boot camp stage of the competition.
Following their audition, Rita joked: "This means you can't go on tour with me now."
My Bad Sister are not the only contestants Rita recognised, however, as she has also been reunited with an old school friend.
Cory Spedding - who attended the Sylvia Young Theatre school in London with Rita, 24 - has revealed producers put her straight through to the live auditions after discovering the pair knew one another.
But the brunette beauty, who had also planned to audition for 'The Voice', failed to make it any further after Simon claimed the situation was "awkward", the Daily Star newspaper reports.

Caroline Flack and Olly Murs want to dance onto the 'X Factor' stage.
The 'Strictly Come Dancing' champion is hoping to draw on the skills she learned on the BBC One programme as she and the 'Wrapped Up' singer take over hosting duties on the ITV talent show.
A show insider told The Sun newspaper: "Caroline and Olly have great chemistry on camera because they are great mates backstage. They have been thinking about how they need a trademark move on the show and have been trying things out during auditions.
"Olly's a good dancer and with Caroline's professional training from her experience on 'Strictly' it looks like they may come up with something decent. They know they have big shoes to fill after taking over from Dermot [O'Leary] but they are determined to lighten things up this year and just let loose and have fun."
And it shouldn't be a problem for the pair if they plan on dancing the red-hot rumba or the tempting tango, as their boss Simon Cowell thinks they have sexual chemistry.
He said previously: "Olly and Caroline have great chemistry. I think he fancies her, or maybe the other way round, actually.
"Kidding aside, they love the show and they have amazing energy. It's going to be different and that's what we wanted."
