In the snap, both Michael and Luisana are seen beaming for the camera, while little Elias curls up to his mother.
Lingerie model Luisana previously revealed that during this pregnancy, she has been craving fried eggs and peanut butter sandwiches, and wakes up at all hours of the night desperate to satisfy her cravings.
She shared with HELLO! magazine: "Unlike with Noah, I'm craving things like hamburgers, hot dogs, fried eggs, sweets. I try to eat healthily, but then I wake up at three in the morning wanting a peanut butter sandwich."
Luisana also revealed her love for black pudding has returned with her second pregnancy.
Asked if Michael makes the sandwiches for her, she said: "Yes. He's great. I also want to eat black pudding all the time. I felt that way giving birth, I couldn't stand it."

Megan McKenna voted off ‘Celebrity Big Brother’

Megan McKenna was evicted from 'Celebrity Big Brother' on Friday night (22.01.16).
She was seen admitting, "I knew I was going, I had a feeling" after host Emma Willis told her she had lost her place in the house, while Stephanie Davis looked stunned that she had survived another eviction.
After saying goodbye to her fellow housemates, with Tiffany Pollard putting on a particularly dramatic display as she bid Megan farewell, the realuty television star was accompanied by Scotty T and Jeremy McConnell as she made her way up the stairs to the exit door.
Megan looked sensational for the evening in a plunging black gown with sky-high heels. She teamed her look with big backcombed hair and pale pink lipgloss.
During her time in the house, Megan was involved in several of the most controversial episodes, including the now infamous fight night where she had to be removed from the Diary Room by security.
She was also blasted on Twitter after calling Tiffany a "ghetto ****", with many people accusing her of being racist.
Watching footage of the evening back, Megan was seen with her hand over her mouth.
She said: "Do you know what? I know that I do flip off but I feel like I flip for the right reasons. The main reason I went so mad was because nobody let me talk, so I got to that level in about two seconds.
"My problem is that I don't think before I speak. The vodka probably didn't help. I was near enough paraletic but I can't help it - that's how I felt inside and it just all came out when I was drunk."
Asked about the comment against Tiffany, Megan said: "I didn't even realise - I would never say anything..."
She also embarked on a romance with 'Geordie Shore' star Scotty, with the pair getting up close and personal with cheeky smooches in recent days.
Megan said of the relationship: "Well for a start I hope he wins because he deserves it and he's an amazing boy.
"We're just going to have fun - we're both single. When he comes out we have said we will go for dinner. It's obvious I really like him. We are going to party, we're going to have a good summer - you never know!"
Following Megan's eviction, the housemates were told they were all up for eviction but would be given the chance to save themselves in Big Brother's 'Forgotten Theatre'. Big Brother told them that they would playing for immunity, and anyone not immune by the end of the weekend will be up for eviction.

Catherine Tate loves men who drive

Catherine Tate is more likely to date a man if he can drive.
The comedian-and-actress admitted driving is "beyond" her and joked that if a guy has a car, he'll have "an awfully big chance" of dating her.
Speaking about her hatred of driving on an upcoming episode of 'The Jonathan Ross Show', she said: "I find it difficult driving, I mean really it's beyond me ... For men who drive, they've got an awfully big chance with me ... I mean I find it incredibly incompetent ... they've already got a chance."
Elsewhere on the show, Catherine challenged chat show host Jonathan to a twerking competition.
And she's so good at it that her 'The Office' co-star John Krasinski joked: "Miley Cyrus, look out!"
Catherine also spoke about her experience of living in Los Angeles while filming 'The Office', admitting it was "a hard sell" to begin with.
She added: "I was a bit shell shocked wasn't I? I didn't like it when I first went because LA - now, I have to say, I love LA and I go back an awful lot, I absolutely love it, but ... it's quite a hard sell when you first get there the city because it doesn't yield its secrets easily ... What I realised is you have to armour up with the sincerity with the whining, baseless sincerity."
Catherine Tate is on 'The Jonathan Ross Show' on Saturday (23.01.16) at 9.15pm on ITV.

Aljaž Škorjanec: I’m not quitting Strictly Come Dancing

Aljaž Škorjanec has no plans to quit 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The professional dancer - who performed on the BBC One series with 'Call the Midwife' star Helen George last series - doesn't see himself "doing anything else" but the show and insists he will have to be booted off rather than quit.
He said: "I love doing the show, I love being a part of it, so I don't see myself doing anything else in the near future.
"So as long as [the producers] want to see me on screen, I will be on screen. And if not ... I will be on the radio."
And whilst him and Helen failed to triumph during the televised competition, he is looking forward to heading out for the 'Strictly Come Dancing Live!' tour in the hopes they will secure the win because the trophy is much bigger than the Glitterball trophy given to the winner of the show.
He added to the Daily Express newspaper: "People don't know that if you win the tour, which is whoever wins the most dates, it's bigger than the trophy you get on TV."
Meanwhile, with Ola Jordan, Kristina Rihanoff and Aliona Vilani quitting the show, bosses are keen to recruit some sexy female dancers ahead of the new series.
Of Gleb Savchenko's wife Elena Samodanova, a source said: "Elena would be perfect on the show and Gleb really missed her last year. Losing three such popular dancers will be a real blow unless we move quickly to sign up the best, most creative and captivating dancers."

Angie Bowie slams Celebrity Big Brother producers for ‘harvesting for sorrow’

Angie Bowie wasn't paid her full fee for 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
The 66-year-old model and actress left the house earlier than expected on medical grounds and admits she felt as though producers were "harvesting for sorrow" throughout the series.
She said: "You don't get paid your fee when you go for medical reasons; there's a clause where you would get a per day rate. I really wasn't that worried about it one way or the other."
Of her time in the house, she added: "You unscramble the reality that they are data harvesting for sorrow and chaos. I did not expect anything. It did not occur to me that they would not lighten it up with good stuff.
"I kind of assumed the older ones amongst us would be the light relief, while they did all their bossing around with the showmance possibilities [of everyone else]."
And when David Bowie, her ex-husband, passed away during her time in the house, she was informed of the news off camera and admits it "did not sink immediately".
When asked if she thought the news was some sick joke, she told ITV's Loose Women: "It did not sink in immediately. I must be honest, I didn't think they would sink that low.
"I looked at my agent and thought, 'No, he would not be party to this.'"

Georgia May Foote and Giovanni Pernice to move in together

Georgia May Foote and Giovanni Pernice are planning to move in together.
The 24-year-old actress has confirmed she and her 'Strictly Come Dancing' professional partner, whom she's been dating for a month, are keen to take their relationship to the next level by getting a flat together in London later this year.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, she said: "I'm going to move to London because I'm just at that age now."
Asked if she and Giovanni will live together in the capital, they both replied straight away with: "Yes."
However, until they find their perfect abode, Georgia - who currently lives in Manchester - will get to spend a lot of time with the hunky Italian as they are taking part in 'Strictly Come Dancing Live!' following the series finale last month.
She explained: "It's so nice to be able to spend this time together. We had such an amazing experience on 'Strictly' it's nice to be able to go on tour together now and experience this together now. It's the full journey it's been amazing."
The former 'Coronation Street' actress developed a strong bond with Giovanni after she was paired up with him for the BBC One Ballroom and Latin show last year.
However, the chemistry between the duo reportedly led to Georgia splitting from her boyfriend Sean Ward in December.

Casualty’s Derek Thompson kicked out of NTAs following drunken scuffle

'Casualty's Derek Thompson was reportedly kicked out of the National Television Awards on Wednesday (20.01.16).
The 67-year-old actor, who is known for playing senior nurse Charlie Fairhead in the medical drama, was allegedly escorted out of the venue at London's O2 arena after he was involved in a drunken scuffle with security at the after-party.
An onlooker explained: "Derek was completely legless. It looked like he'd been drinking all night.
"There was a small group of other guests watching his behaviour and everyone was shocked because he was acting so differently to his character.
"The security staff were incredibly annoyed with the situation, but it was obvious Derek just didn't want the party to end."
Derek's co-star Charles Dale, who portrays lovable Mackenzie 'Big Mac' Chalker, attempted to step in and pull the drunken star away from the heated situation out of fear the police would be called and he'd end up in a cell for the night.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Charlie was trying to help because he could see Derek was in a real state and it could have escalated to police being called."
Meanwhile, 'Casualty', which has been on screen since 1986, was nominated for best drama at the glamorous event but missed out on the golden trophy to 'Downton Abbey'.

Eamonn Holmes placed on sex ban

Eamonn Holmes has been placed on a sex ban.
The 'This Morning' presenter, 56, is set to undergo a double hip replacement next month and has been told by doctors that he and his wife Ruth Langsford, who he married in 2010 following 13 years together, must refrain from too much "hanky panky" in order to speed up the recovery process.
Explaining too much sex is the reason he's having to undergo the operation in the first place, Eamonn told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I'm facing a two week double hip operation, she wore them out, she's got to help wear them in."
Ruth, 55, clearly being the concerned spouse, added: "The doctor says no hanky panky and no strong exercise."
Meanwhile, Eamonn, who is set to spend 10 weeks off air in order to recover, is looking forward to the operation because it'll stop the pain he's been battling with on and off for years.
He said: "I just want to get it done now because I'm in a lot of pain. I can't stand for long periods of time. It's not great."
However, the broadcaster, whose pain is caused by a degenerative hereditary condition, initially put off the operation because he didn't want to be seen as "old."
He said previously: "I've been putting it off for years but it's got to the stage where I can't delay it any longer. It's very painful and does stop me doing certain things."
