The 24-year-old singer was at the celebrity hotspot the same night as Justin Bieber and was seen walking across a crossing Beatles style with the extremely tall hunk who sported a backwards snapback hat and casual jeans and t-shirt.
Tori, meanwhile, had a huge smile wiped across her face as she followed her potential new beau across the road.
