Thomas Skinner and Marianne Rawlins fired from The Apprentice

Thomas Skinner and Marianne Rawlins have become the latest candidates to be fired from ‘The Apprentice’.
The duo were dismissed by Lord Sugar in Wednesday’s (27.11.19) episode after failing a music task.
Pillow salesman Thomas, 28, had no complaints about his exit, claiming it was justified after losing all bar one of the tasks.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "I messed up the task, I lost eight out of nine tasks."
Thomas also has no hard feelings against project manager Lewis Ellis, despite the fact he led the team to defeat.
He said: "Lewis is a clever bloke and deserves the chance to go through in the process. I don’t lie, I think Lewis is great and I hope he goes all the way."
Thomas and Marianne frequently sparred during the process as they were often on the losing side, however the pair both enjoyed working together.
Thomas said: "Marianne was lovely. She’s a really nice girl and I really enjoyed spending time with her."
Marianne added: "Thomas is incredible. He really is a sound businessman and he’s got this infectious enthusiasm that just takes over. I absolutely loved working with him."
Meanwhile, Marianne, 36, admitted that she felt unlikely to be hired as Lord Sugar "couldn’t relate" to her.
She explained: "From the very beginning I could tell Lord Sugar couldn’t relate to me. Throughout the process, there were things he would misinterpret or wouldn’t understand. If you’re going to be in a partnership with someone you need to relate to them, so I had to go at some point."
Marianne soon realised that was destined not to become Lord Sugar’s business partner.
She said: "I came into this thinking I would find a business partner in Lord Sugar but I realised by about week four that this guy’s not going to like me."
Marianne also blasted former candidate Ryan-Mark Parsons, 19, who described her as "a waste of space".
She said: "I didn’t interact with Ryan-Mark until the Finland task. He felt that I had a vendetta against him, I do now after reading the headlines, he is a rude and inconsiderate person."
The businesswoman, who moved to Britain from the US in 2017, tipped Scarlett Allen-Horton to win the competition.
When asked who would win, she said: "Scarlett. She’s extremely professional and can adapt to a variety of situations. She’s also my favourite person in the house."
