‘The O.C’ cast were "miserable" during filming.
Cam Gigandet – who played Kevin Volchek on the hit Fox drama – has revealed that his co-stars Mischa Barton, Adam Brody, Rachel Bilson and Ben McKenzie were difficult to work with and even forgot their lines on purpose.
The 31-year-old told Elle magazine: "Those kids were f***ing miserable. They would not remember their lines on purpose. They were young. That said, I don’t talk to anyone I’ve ever worked with."
The ‘Reckless’ actor admitted he learnt a lot from his time on the show but came away with no fond memories of his co-stars.
He said: "I learned a lot. But the things that I remember now – none of them are good."
Cam even alleged that Ben, 35 – who played tearaway teenager Ryan Atwood on the series from 2003 to 2007 – bullied him on set, although the pair have since made up.
He explained: "Actually Ben McKenzie was kind of mean to me. I hadn’t done anything at that point and he was a little bit of an a**.
"But I love him. I think he’s a great actor."
