Tamara Ecclestone to do Strictly Come Dancing?

Tamara Ecclestone has reportedly been asked to compete on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The 34-year-old heiress is said to be considering signing up for the BBC One ballroom and Latin contest now that her five-year-old daughter Sophia – whom she has with husband Jay Rutland – is "older".
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: "Tamara has been on producers’ lists before, but she wasn’t in a position to do it.
"Now her daughter is older she feels it’s something she would love to do.
"She looks great and is from a fascinating background.
"She would undoubtedly be the richest person they’ve ever had on the show by a country mile."
If Tamara – who is the daughter of former chief executive of the Formula One Group, Bernie Ecclestone and Croatian model Slavica Eccleston – does sign up for the celebrity dance show, she could be joining the likes of DJ Chris Evans, comedian Alan Carr and Welsh newsreader Huw Edwards, who have been approached by the BBC for this year’s series.
Virgin Radio breakfast host Chris confirmed he has a place in the 2019 line-up, whilst Alan said he was asked to do ‘Strictly’ but he has a "busy year" ahead, so he isn’t sure whether he can commit to the rigorous rehearsals.
Whilst Huw admitted he would love to take part, but wants to "gauge public opinion" before agreeing to the gig.
Happy Mondays star Bez was also reported to have joined the show.
The ‘Step On’ hitmaker’s bandmate Shaun Ryder previously revealed he’d turned down the programme due to his swearing habit, but the 54-year-old maraca-shaker, who is known for his wild dancing moves, may be set to make his debut in the ballroom, after he admitted he could "go all the way" in the competition.
Speaking previously of his potential, Bez said: "I reckon I could go all the way. Dancing has made me famous and entertaining people is what I do best.
"I’ve lost count of the number of blokes who’ve come up over the years and said, ‘Thanks for making it OK for indie guys to get on the dance floor’."
