Simon Cowell training son for Syco job

Simon Cowell is training his son up for a job on his record label.
The music mogul has already mapped out two-year-old Eric’s career and plans to give the youngster – who he has with partner Lauren Silverman, 38 – a role at Syco Music when he is old enough.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’ about the little one, he said: "He’s doing amazing! He’s like two and a half years old. He loves music, loves dancing. He’s going to follow me into what I do. I know that.
"I’m training him up now. He’s going to work for my record label."
Simon, 56, recently admitted he was concerned Eric "hated" him until he saw him on the TV and grew to like his father.
He explained: "I wasn’t good to begin with. I thought he was going to be like a puppy. Like you could throw things and he would retrieve them…
"After eight months I thought he hated me.
"Then one day he was watching me on TV and then he kind of got me, and he started talking to me and now we’re buddies."
The ‘X Factor’ and ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge admitted Eric has already become a "good critic" and has been watching numerous auditions to get him into practice for his future career.
Simon added: "He’s brilliant, he comes down to the auditions and really enjoys the acts. He’s very good to watch, funnily enough, because I can see when he’s bored and when he’s up dancing. He’s a good critic already. He’s unpaid, but he’s helping me!"
