Kimberley Walsh "burst into tears" at her first ultrasound scan.
The former Girls Aloud singer and long-term boyfriend Justin Scott are expecting their first child together and the 32-year-old beauty was overcome with emotion at her 12-week check because she is already convinced the baby looks like her.
She said: "I burst into tears at my first scan. It was the profile that got me: I think it looks like me,
"I was overcome with emotion, I don't know where it came from.
"I saw the baby wriggling away and burst into tears, crazily so. It suddenly felt real and it mustn't have done until that point."
Kimberley and Justin, 31, are not planning to find out the gender of their unborn tot as they would rather have an "amazing surprise" when he or she is born.
Speaking to the new issue of Britain's OK! magazine, Kimberley said: "We won't find out the sex - it's one of those amazing surprises in life that you can't buy.
"I really want Justin to tell me. You need to be looking, as I'm going to be desperate to know."
The 'Promise' singer also revealed her best friend and former bandmate Cheryl Cole wept when she told her the happy news.
She said: "Cheryl burst into tears of joy when I told her I was pregnant."

They 23-year-old actress was planning on joining a host of A-List stars at Vanity Fair's bash on Sunset Boulevard on March 3, but dozed off instead of changing her outfit when she returned to her hotel so she decided she couldn't be bothered to go out, instead choosing to indulge in pizza and relax.
She explained: "I had plans because the Vanity Fair party is very exciting and everyone goes. I got back to my hotel room to change, took the dress off, got into someone's coat and ended up falling asleep in the coat. Someone woke me up like 'D'ya want to get changed to go to the party now', I was like 'I kinda just want to stay here.' So I just ate pizza and fell asleep."
Emma - who was catapulted to the spotlight in the 'Harry Potter' films as Hermione Granger - presented the Best Visual Effects Award to the 'Gravity' team alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt at the Academy Awards, and although she was initially excited, after releasing how many people would be watching the show her nerves began to creep in.
Speaking on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', she said: "[It was my] first time at the Oscars, it was very exciting. I thought the show was amazing. I was doing fine actually, I wasn't that nervous at all. Joseph was holding my arm before we were meant to go out and I was like 'You know what, I feel so grateful to be here and this is amazing, I actually feel really calm.' He was like 'Yeah, this is fine and this a great experience and only like a few billion people will be watching us in two minutes.' I was fine [gasps] and was fine, and now I feel so un-fine, so thanks Joseph for that."

The couple welcomed their son into the world last month and they're beginning to adapt to parenthood and having a young tot around the house.
A source told E! News: "It's a happy time. They're settling into their new life."

The 40-year-old actor suffered the painful injury while shooting the 'Entourage' movie last week while playing football with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, who has a cameo role in the film.
Kevin tripped on a sprinkler while trying to make the play, resulting in co-star Jerry Ferrara falling on his leg.
The actor - who reprises his role of Eric 'E' Murphy in the movie - immediately iced the injury and went back to work on his next scene shortly afterwards, Deadline reports and filming wasn't interrupted at all.

Peter Andre has been drinking coffee to get through "sleepless nights" with his new baby.
The 'Mysterious Girl' hitmaker and fiancée Emily MacDonagh are doing their best to establish a routine for 11-week-old Amelia, and think their persistence is paying off as she is able to sleep for longer, though the singer is still relying on caffeine to get him through the day as he isn't as rested as he would like to be.
Speaking in his weekly column written for New! magazine, he said: "My coffee machine is getting me through the sleepless nights with Amelia. She's actually getting a lot better and some nights she sleeps for up to six hours. I think that's because we haven't been going out a lot and we're focusing on our routine."
