Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian furious over confetti ‘attack’

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian want to press criminal charges against a man who showered them with confetti.
The reality TV stars were furious when they were accosted last month by Richie the Barber, who spotted them while riding his unicycle in Los Angeles, and immediately filed a police report.
Sources told TMZ police "privately scoffed" at the complaint and did nothing to pursue the "frivolous" battery allegation, but a few days ago the sisters followed up their initial report and want to pursue criminal charges.
Speaking about the incident, tattooed Richie said: "I was cutting hair and all of a sudden I saw them across the street so I figured I'd give some love, happiness and share some joy in their lives, so I threw confetti at them.
"They seemed OK, they went in the car and drove away then the bodyguard came out to me, they called the cops and said it was battery, a hate crime, stuff like that. The cops came to talk to me, filed a report."
Police are said to have spoken to the barber and asked if he was trying to "harm" the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' stars with the confetti.
Richie insisted he wasn't and only threw the shredded paper to "congratulate them on their success."
And he didn't seem to worried about facing any police action.
Asked if he was concerned about the sisters' legal action, he simply said: "It's cool man."

Oscar Pistorius to undergo psychological tests

Oscar Pistorius will begin psychological testing next week.
The Paralympian will undergo daily assessments at Weskoppies psychiatric hospital in Pretoria, South Africa. as an outpatient for a month from Monday (26.05.14) to establish his mental state when he killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp last February, the judge presiding over his murder trial ruled today (20.05.14).
The decision from Judge Thokozile Masipa comes after a defence witness, forensic psychiatrist Merryl Vorster, said the athlete - who insists he shot the model in the mistaken belief she was an intruder - suffered from Generalised Anxiety Disorder (Gad).
The judge said four appointed psychiatrists would "inquire into whether the accused by reason of mental illness or mental defect was at the time of the commission of the offence criminally responsible for the offence as charged" and the team would decide whether he is "capable of appreciating the wrongfulness of his act".
The prosecution had pushed for the testing after hearing evidence from the witness that Pistorius was a "danger to society" but the move was opposed by the defence.
If Pistorius is found to suffer from a mental illness, he cannot be held criminally responsible for murdering Reeva and would be found not guilty by reason of "mental illness or intellectual disability"

Ashton Kutcher broke pregnancy news to Demi Moore

Demi Moore was "one of the first" people Ashton Kutcher told he was going to be a father.
The 36-year-old hunk - who split from the 51-year-old screen beauty in 2011 after six years of marriage amid rumours he had cheated on her - wanted to soften the blow that his new fiancee Mila Kunis is carrying his child by telling her personally before it became public knowledge.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "Demi was one of the first people Ashton called when he found out Mila was expecting his first child.
"While that might seem shocking to many given their bitter break up, it's just Ashton's style to inform Demi before the news broke. He was fully aware of how much Mila's news would affect Demi and wanted to be the one to tell her personally."
Ashton is reportedly trying to "salvage a close friendship" with Demi - who has daughters Rumer, 25, Scout, 22, and Tallulah, 20, from her marriage to Bruce Willis - but insiders are unsure how open the 'Ghost' actress is to staying amicable because she was hurt so badly by the 'Two and a Half Men' star.
The source added: "He's still in denial of how much hurt he's caused Demi and friends are convinced he'd do anything to salvage a close friendship with Demi despite that."

Rob Kardashian: I’m fat

Rob Kardashian knows he is "fat".
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star - who was pictured at LAX airport on Sunday (18.05.14), the first time he has been seen in public for several weeks - laughed off reports he has been to rehab or "fat camp" to address his weight problems, and insists he will do something about his size when he feels ready to.
He tweeted: "so i found out i was trending for being fat... thank you all it really made my day 🙂
"and to the blogs saying i went to fat camp or rehab LOL then why am i still fat u fools?? y'all must have run out of real news.
"first, i don't believe in rehab or therapy or anything of that sort and second I'm a grown man and will work on myself when i choose
"I'm aware that I'm fat that def aint a surprise to me lol and my only therapy will be in the gym anyways had to say somethingggggggggg (sic)"
Rob was recently warned by doctors he risked an early death if he didn't tackle his weight problem after undergoing medical testing.
In scenes which aired on 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' recently, the doctor advised Rob was at risk of developing diabetes and eventual organ failure, prompting his mother Kris Jenner to give her 26-year-old son a stark warning.
She told him "Your liver is shutting down.
"This is life-threatening at this point. You can only sustain this level of being unhealthy for so long."
The shocking news came weeks after the sock designer admitted to his older sister Khloe Kardashian that his weight gain has made him depressed.
He recently said: "I've never felt so down depressed in my life. I'm trying to be in the fashion industry and I'm not going to be taken seriously when I'm fifty pounds overweight. It's embarrassing to the family."

Jane Lynch felt ‘diseased’

Jane Lynch felt like she had a "disease" when she realised she was gay.
The 'Glee' actress lived a life of "secrecy" growing up in Chicago and confessed her sexuality in her journal - which she promptly threw away so no one would find out.
Speaking in new web series 'It Got Better' - which features LGBT celebrities talking abut accepting their sexuality - she said: "It was almost like I had a disease I had been diagnosed. I had a journal and ... I remember I wrote, 'I am gay. No one can ever know this.' And I went four blocks away and threw it out in somebody else's garbage.
"It led to a life of secrecy that I had to unravel."
Jane was terrified she would be "ostracised" if she revealed her sexuality to others.
She said: "For me, to be ostracised would have been the worst thing.
"To be thought of as different and not accepted was a fate worse than death."
The 53-year-old actress says she always felt different to her female classmates but didn't realise she was a lesbian until she was 14.
She said: "I identified more with boy things. I enjoyed dressing like a boy. The boys stopped wanting to play with me when I got to be about 10 and I had to fight to play baseball."

Charlize Theron hit ‘rock bottom’

Charlize Theron reached "rock bottom" in her early 30s.
The 38-year-old actress - whose mother killed her father in self-defense when she was 15 years old - "didn't know" she needed therapy, but has found having regular sessions incredibly useful.
She said: "I didn't know that I needed therapy. I was walking through life just kind of thinking everything was fine - you go and you work and there's this catharsis that happens when you are an actor, and that's healthy, right?
"[In my early 30s, I was] kind of at rock bottom. I called a friend and said, 'Will you give me the number of your therapist?' And I started seeing an incredible woman who is always just a phone call away."
The 'Million Ways to Die in the West' star adopted her two-year-old son Jackson in March 2012, and says taking on the care of a child is something she has always wanted to do, even when her then-boyfriend Stuart Townsend - who she split with in 2010 after almost nine years together - didn't agree with her idea of what a "family" is.
Charlize's mother recently showed her a letter which she wrote when she was eight years old that read: "What I want for Christmas this year is for you to take me to the orphanage so that we can adopt a brother or a sister."
Speaking about the note, the actress - who is now dating Sean Penn - told the new issue of Vogue magazine: "I don't know where that came from.
"Maybe it was just an awareness of the fact that at that time, orphanages were everywhere in South Africa. But even in my relationship with Stuart, that was something I was very clear about. We had very different ideas of what a family looked like. There's no judgment; that was not the reason why we broke up, but when we did, adopting was not a last resort for me - it was almost like a first resort. And it's the only thing in my life that's surpassed how great I thought it would be."

Angelina Jolie had play time on set

Angelina Jolie says making 'Maleficent' was like "sharing play time" with her children.
The 38-year-old actress - who raises kids Maddox, 12, Pax, 10, Zahara, nine, Shiloh, seven, and twins Knox and Vivienne, five, with fiance Brad Pitt - "didn't realise" how many of her past movies were unsuitable for family viewing until she started work on the reimagining of the 'Sleeping Beauty' story.
She told MailOnline: "I didn't realise how many films I made that my kids can't see until I did this!
"Now I realise which ones but yes it's been so much fun to have something like this coming out where the kids are so excited and can come see it and they loved to be on set and they played in the fairy mound and they loved meeting Elle [Fanning] and Prince Charming and hanging out.
"So it was like just sharing this play time, which is of course what I do for a living but when it comes down to this level and this world, you can really share it with your kids and it was the greatest."
Angelina also admitted she was "very scared" of taking on such an iconic character because she didn't want to "disappoint" anyone.
She said: "I was very scared to take it on that I would disappoint the fans and I'm one of them, I was a big fan of hers when I was little and then when you get into it you just want to make sure you make some bold choices and there's no going back with a character like that.
"You just have to really think of the audience and really try to be as entertaining and as full on as possible so you don't disappoint and everyone has a good time watching the movie."

Katie Price will ‘bounce back’ following ’emotional rollercoaster’

Katie Price has been going through an "emotional rollercoaster".
The 35-year-old star revealed she was six months pregnant with her husband Kieran Hayler's second child just days before it emerged he'd been having an affair with her close friend Jane Pountney, but she insists she's got the strength to "bounce back".
In her column with Now magazine, she explained: "It's fair to say the first couple of weeks haven't been particularly great for me. It has been - and still is - an emotional rollercoaster. But as with everything in life that's been thrown at me, I will deal with it. And, as always, I'll bounce back once again. It just may take a while this time."
Katie - who has son Harvey, 12, with former boyfriend Dwight Yorke, son Junior, eight, and six-year-old daughter Princess with ex-husband Peter Andre and nine-month-old Jett with Kieran - doesn't understand why she's had criticism for mothering children from different men.
She added: "I've taken a bit of stick because I have children by different men. I wouldn't be the only person to find this rather woman-hating - how often are men criticised for the same? I haven't cheated, or walked out on, any of the fathers of my children. Like many other mums who've been left alone, I've got on with my life. Maybe they think I should have curled up and given up on life? No chance!"

Peter Andre can’t bear to be apart from family

Peter Andre says going on tour is going to be his biggest challenge yet.
The 'Mysterious Girl' hitmaker is nervous about hitting the road at the end of September because it'll be the first time the doting dad is apart from his fiancée, Emily MacDonagh, and their five-month-old daughter Amelia.
He said: "I think it's going to be the biggest challenge we've had to face. I'll be on tour and Ems will be back at uni, and of course Amelia will be with her. I'm going to try my hardest to get back to them as much as I can, but I know that won't always be possible.
"We will make it work, though. And most of my early tour is near to Emily's family so I will be able to go home then."
The reality star will find it tough missing out on his morning cuddles with his older children Junior, eight, and Princess Tiaamii, six, who he has with his ex-wife Katie Price.
Discussing how important it is for him to be present in his kids' lives, Peter told Britain's OK! magazine: "I miss them so much otherwise. It's really important for the kids that I'm there when they wake up and again when it's time to put them to bed.
"So Junior and Princess are at my house, my management makes sure that I'm not filming far away, which I'm very grateful for. I really don't like being away from my family."
The 41-year-old star's parents recently flew over from Australia to meet baby Amelia for the first time.
Peter gushed: "You should see them, my parents are in love! My mum particularly can't stop cuddling her. When they look at the kids, for them it's like looking at us again as kids."
