Police have reportedly been called to Justin Bieber's new home twice already.
The 'Believe' hitmaker is renting two apartments in a new complex in Beverly Hills - a penthouse and a property directly below - and even though he only moved in earlier this month, he has already ran into problems with his neighbours.
According to reports, the HOA (Home Owners Alliance) have been contacted because of excessive noise and marijuana use, and police were called on two occasions.
One resident in the building told TMZ: "The smell of marijuana was permeating the floor, especially my hallway which is shared by [Justin's] unit."
According to the website, the 20-year-old star threw a party last week which went on until 4am and on Monday (23.06.14), he threw a small bash which saw his deck set up with bongs and a bar, and his entire penthouse was 'hotboxed', meaning it was sealed off to maximise the possible high from smoking marijuana.
In March, Justin sold his Calabasas home in Los Angeles to Khloe Kardashian, following a string of complaints from neighbours over his wild antics, the most controversial of which was an alleged egg throwing incident which has led to the pop star facing criminal charges.

Coleen Rooney visited Brazil's famous Christ the Redeemer statue yesterday (23.06.14).
The 28-year-old star enjoyed some sight-seeing in Rio de Janeiro with parents Tony and Colette and sons Kai, four, and 13-month-old Klay ahead of their return to the UK following the exit of husband Wayne Rooney's team England from the World Cup.
As well as posing for a selfie with the statue in the background, Coleen also posted online a photograph of herself, her parents and Klay in front of the statue.
She captioned the happy family picture: "I appreciate my life so much and am thankful for the things I have and have achieved over the years."
A third picture yesterday showed her and Kai enjoying the sunset on the beach, in what is expected to be their last evening in Brazil.
It is expected the family will travel back to the UK today (24.06.14) after England's game against Costa Rica.
And Coleen recently admitted she was looking forward to a holiday with her spouse once the tournament ended.
She said: "If England won the World Cup we'd go on holiday. We'll find out dates of when Wayne has to be back in training, so from whenever they get kicked out they get three weeks off.
"Out of the year, three weeks holiday is not a lot, but because they play for the country they've got to be proud. We need a break. Wayne's had a big season."

Lana Del Rey insists she doesn't find dying young "glam".
The 'Ultraviolence' singer has defended herself following a twitter rant from Frances Bean Cobain - the daughter of late rocker Kurt Cobain, who committed suicide aged 27 in 1994 - who slammed her for "romanticising" early death in a recent interview.
In a series of tweets which have now been removed from her account, Lana, 28, wrote: "it's all good. He was asking me a lot [about] your dad I said I liked him because he was talented not because he died young.

In her Twitter posting, 21-year-old Frances - whose mother is Courtney Love - urged the 'Video Games' singer to "embrace" life after she said in the interview that she wishes she was dead and thinks it's glamorous to die young.
She tweeted: "@LanaDelRey the death of young musicians isn't something to romanticize (cont)

Ed Sheeran thinks Taylor Swift is like a "middle-aged" woman.
The 'Sing' hitmaker - who showed off a Drake-inspired needlepoint made for him by his famous friend in recent documentary 'Nine Days and Nights of Ed Sheeran' - thinks the 22-year-old singer's choice of hobbies make her seem old beyond her years.
He said: "I know she's 24 but she's a sort of middle-aged woman trapped in a 24 year old's body. She hangs out with her cat and sews things."
And Ed admitted he never made a gift in return for the canvas, which hangs on his wall.
Asked if he made anything for Taylor, he told TIME magazine: "No, but I'm not a very crafty sort of person. She's very crafty."
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old singer claimed his own "soul age" changes day to day, depending on what he is doing at the time.
He said: "My soul age differs from day to day. It can be 8 or 80. It just depends on what I'm doing. If I'm working it's usually pretty spot-on for work, but if I'm with my friends and the clock's off I'll go back to being young."

Katie Price wants to help set up a theme park for disabled children and adults.
The former glamour model has a 12-year-old disabled son, Harvey, who was born with a limited pituitary gland and suffers from a range of disorders, including Autism.
Katie claims current attractions don't have enough for people with physical limitations and learning difficulties to enjoy and she wants to change that with a park designed specifically for them.
Speaking on her new FUBAR Radio show which aired today (24.06.14), she said: "In the summer holidays, when you've got kids that are able to do things, there are loads of things, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park or Chessington [World of Adventures].
"What is there for disabled kids or adults? There are no rides for wheelchairs, there is disabled access but I wish they would tag on some kind of theme-park on the side that stimulates their brain."
Katie, 36, added: "[It could] have rides that wheelchairs could go on, so they wouldn't be left out. It would be something I would love to do. I have looked into and obviously it's millions and millions but if the government could get behind it, I would so love to do that, set up a theme park for families with able and unable children to go and enjoy the day."
The brunette beauty is pregnant with her fifth child and her second with estranged husband Kieran Hayler, and as well as Harvey - whose dad is her ex-boyfriend Dwight Yorke - she also has Junior, eight and Princess Tiaamii, six, from her marriage to Peter Andre, and 10-month-old son Jett with Kieran.

Channing Tatum doesn't like his wife filming sex scenes.
The 'Magic Mike' star is uncomfortable with the idea of Jenna Dewan-Tatum - with who he has 12-month-old daughter Everly - getting close to her male co-stars on 'The Witches of East End' but she thinks it would be "weird" if he felt any other way.
Asked if it was true her spouse "doesn't like her having sex scenes with other men" on TV, she said: "So true."
She added: "It'd be weird if he was like, 'Ah, I'm cool with it, do whatever,' you know?
"It's never fun [shooting love scenes], but you just get really used to it, it's weird."
And the 33-year-old actress admits shooting the scenes are even more "weird" because she and her spouse are so close to the rest of the cast on the show.
She told E! News: "We're all friends, this whole cast, we hang out all the time.
"They are, like, really good friends, so it's even more awkward. 'Yeah, we have this love scene, but we were just hangin' with our wives and husbands...' It's acting, you know--it's weird."
However, Jenna insists her 34-year-old husband - who she met on the set of their 2006 movie 'Step Up' - has nothing to worry about when it comes to her male co-stars.
She added "I've kind of got the best at home."

Taylor Schilling had a "painful" time at school.
The 'Orange is the New Black' actress was singled out by her classmates because of her appearance and admits she found growing up "tough".
She said: It was tough at home, and it was tough at school... And my experience was painful, so painful. There was a period of time I had very short hair, and I had glasses, and I was very tall for my age."
These days, the 29-year-old star is more comfortable with herself, and is happy not to feel "bound" by her appearance and thinks she has better things to "offer the world" than her looks.
She said: "I don't feel bound by my face or my body. I don't feel like that's the biggest gift I have to offer the world. I feel like there are more parts of me to offer than that."
Taylor plays incarcerated Piper Chapman in 'Orange is the New Black' and finds the role "liberating" because she wears a prison-issue orange jumpsuit for most of her scenes.
She explained to the new edition of Allure magazine: "It's totally liberating. There's freedom in not having to make it about how my jeans fit or what my boobs look like in a top. All I have to do now is play."

Dolly Parton claims she looks "like hell" without make-up.
The '9 to 5' hitmaker, who is known for her big hair and extensive use of cosmetics, admits she's not a natural beauty and understands what people expect her to look like on stage.
She told Radio Times magazine: "If somebody says, 'What do you look like without that make-up?, I say, 'I look like hell!' But that's OK, who doesn't? I'm not a natural beauty, that's one of the reasons I'm over-exaggerated.
"I feel better when I put on a little make-up - I don't like looking in the mirror and thinking, 'Who the hell's that old ugly woman?'"
The 68-year-old star insists she doesn't feel like "two Dollys" both on and off stage but she likes to look her best for her fans and for her friends and family.
She explained: "I'm always Dolly, because my heart is always the same, my head is always the same. And my look came from a very serious place. I wouldn't dream of going out like some of the artists do, come into a meet-and-greet with hair rollers and Clearasil on my face."
Even when Dolly is at home with her husband of 48 years, Carl Dean, she still puts on some make-up and uses a few hot rollers in her hair.
She said: "I don't want to look like a slouch with him. I'm not two different people, but I am responsible for the persona of the person that you know as Dolly Parton. I know what people expect me to look like. But I can also go home, take off all of this junk, and still be the same person."
