Liam Gallagher is reportedly "fuming" after his child support deal with Liza Ghorbani fell through.
The former Oasis frontman - whose five-year marriage to Nicole Appleton collapsed after it emerged last year he had fathered a love child with the New York based writer - is currently paying Liza $5,000 a month to help care for their 18-month-old daughter, Gemma, but she wants to probe the British star's net worth further in a deposition before reaching a permanent settlement.
Following a hearing on Monday (23.06.14), the 41-year-old rocker's lawyer Raoul Felder claimed Liza kept changing her demands and told the New York's Post Page Six: "She's a very hard lady to satisfy."
He added: "This has been a tortuous route."
A source close to Liam told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Liam just wants the deal done and to move on. He was fuming they couldn't get it sorted out as it has been dragging on for a long time."
But her lawyer, Ira Garr, insisted: "We're still trying to settle."
A source close to Liza also said: "Liza is living with her parents, and they are the ones providing for Gemma and doing Liam's job."
The 'Wonderwall' hitmaker, who embarked on a romance with Liza after she interviewed him in 2010, was not present for the hearing in front of a Manhattan Supreme Court judge, but phoned in from London.
Liza first sued Liam in the city's Family Court, but the case was dismissed.
Another hearing has been scheduled for late September, but Liam may be allowed to phone in to the proceeding again.
The 'Fade Away' singer also has three other children, daughter Molly, 16, with former flame Lisa Moorish, son Lennon, 14, with ex-wife Patsy Kensit, and 12-year-old son Gene with Nicole.

Kaley Cuoco thinks her dogs have taught her how to be a good mother.
The 'Big Bang Theory' actress - who recently claimed she was "born to be a wife, born to be a mother," but insisted she wasn't planning to have kids with husband Ryan Sweeting "anytime soon" - believes her plants and animals have made her more responsible.
The 28-year-old actress told E! News: "I think if you can take care of a plant, then you can take care of a dog and then you can have a baby. It's all in the order."
She added: "I can't wait actually to have kids surrounded by all the dogs at our house too and the horses, and raise them with animals and [show them] how to treat them correctly. It starts from the very beginning with puppies and with babies, and showing them how they need to be treated."
The blonde beauty, who married Bahamian-born professional tennis player Ryan, 26, in December after six months of dating, isn't pregnant yet and plans to make the most of her toned figure before she is.
She said: "I'm trying to get those crop tops in before the day comes where I'm pregnant because you can't wear those for much longer."
Kaley recently chopped off her long locks and her husband is a huge fan of her new hairstyle.
She said: "I chopped it all off and I'm very happy that I did.
"Ryan loved it too. He likes the neck, they [men] like the neck, so he was like, 'shorter, shorter, shorter!' "

Ashton Kutcher's twin brother thinks he'll be a strict father.
The 'Two and a Half Men' star is expecting his first child with fiancée Mila Kunis later this year, and Michael Kutcher has no doubt they're ready to start a family together.
He said: "They're going to be great parents."
The 36-year-old actor already has a lot of experience with children and is an "amazing" uncle to his nephews because he's "full of energy".
Michael added: "He never wears out. He always goes, goes, goes."
He also predicted that Ashton and 'Black Swan' star Mila, 30, who are rumoured to be expecting a daughter, would "maybe [be] a bit more protective" of a baby girl than a boy.
But he added: "[They are] going to be able to set the right discipline in their child - sometimes you have to be tough!"
Michael and Ashton are still extremely close and the actor was by his twin's side when he had to undergo a heart transplant when they were 13.
He told E! News: "I think it brought on the value of each day-- how much we all cherish each day.
"To this day, if I'm texting my brother, the last thing one of us will say is, 'I love you. It's so important. And it's not just heart disease. You can go outside and get hit by a taxicab. It's the reality of life. It's so short. You've got to enjoy every single moment."

Noah Wyle has got married to Sara Wells.
The 'Falling Skies' star - who started dating the blonde actress and singer in 2011 - has revealed they tied the knot in a secret ceremony at their ranch in Santa Barbara, California earlier this month and recently returned from their honeymoon in Paris.
The 43-year-old actor told 'The View' today (24.06.14): "It was beautiful. It was great. It was a very small ceremony--we have this little farm in California. We got married on the ranch in front of the barn and then took a honeymoon."
Asked about their French honeymoon, the former 'E.R.' star said it was "incredible" and "very romantic."
Noah was previously married to makeup artist Tracy Warbin for nine years until October 2009.
The former couple have two children, Owen, 11, and eight-year-old daughter, Auden, and a source previously insisted they had remained on good terms since their divorce.
The insider said: "They're cooperative with each other and have put the interests of their children ahead of anything else."
Noah and Sara, who previously had small roles in 'Nip/Tuck' and 'Californication,' met during a production at The Blank Theatre Company in Los Angeles, where the actor is an Artistic Producer, and got engaged last year.

Iggy Azalea's boyfriend claims she is "very, very moody."
The 'Fancy' hitmaker has been dating NBA star Nick Young since last November, and he doesn't think she's perfect even though he is besotted with her.
Speaking at the Calvin Klein Collection Menswear Spring/Summer 2015 show during Milan Fashion Week on Sunday (22.06.14), the 28-year-old athlete agreed with the 24-year-old Australian rapper when she said: "women are moody."
He replied: "Very, very moody."
Iggy was discussing her personal style and whether she sees herself as "the Calvin Klein woman."
She told UsMagazine.com: "I think I am every woman. I mean, it depends on my mood, and women are moody."
The couple arrived at the fashion event in colour-coordinated outfits, but she said: "We didn't [plan it]! I wanted blue shoes for a pop of colour, and he came out wearing a blue jacket, and now we are one of those awful matching couples."

Mark Wahlberg no longer goes out socialising.
The 43-year-old star - who has kids Ella, 10, Michael, eight, Brendan, five, and Grace, four, with wife Rhea Durham - decided to make a sacrifice in order to be able to juggle time with his family along with his responsibilities as an actor, producer and restaurant owner, as well as his charity work with his self-named youth foundation.
Asked how he juggles his responsibilities, he said: "[I] just stopped going out at night. It was a process to find out how to manage my family life with my professional life."
Mark can next be seen in 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' and is pleased to have finally made a movie that is suitable for family viewing.
In an interview with 'ET Canada', he said: "It was cool to make a movie that my kids can see and that they want to see.

Jenny McCarthy doesn't want to be a "busty" bride.
The 41-year-old former Playboy model is preparing to tie the knot with New Kids on the Block singer Donnie Wahlberg and she doesn't want her cleavage to draw too much attention on the big day.
She said: "You know what? My boobs have been bugging me lately! I think me moving into morning talk and wearing conservative clothes, it's hard to get the girls to lay as flat as possible!
"They sag perfectly. but they don't flatten out as much as I would like. So I don't want to be too busty in my wedding dress. I think when brides are too busty it takes away from the beauty of the bride. It will be form fitting, but not too over done."

"My stylist said, 'Please, please consider a very feminine designer!'
"I didn't want to go with the styles of Vera Wang - I feel like its been so done. It's my second wedding and with me being older, I don't want to look like a virgin bride. I want to look classy and elegant and age appropriate."

Khloe Kardashian has reportedly been acting like a "real diva" on her new reality show.
The 29-year-old star is said to have surprised the crew on 'Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons' by repeatedly being late for filming and constantly complaining about their new location.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "Khloe has been showing up late for call times, and has offered no explanation for the delay.
"The crew has been left in the lurch because they can't get any work done until Khloe decides to show up. This is very atypical of Khloe, who previously would often turn up early for shooting!
"Khloe has been complaining about being in the Hamptons, and doesn't understand why the locals are so angry about their arrival in town. She is acting like a real diva, and says the Hamptons should be lucky to have her in town, as it's a boost to the local economy."
According to the insider, Khloe's family are laying the blame for her attitude with new boyfriend French Montana - who she began dating this spring, months after splitting from husband Lamar Odom - and her sister Kim Kardashian and stepfather Bruce Jenner are convinced the 29-year-old rapper is "using her for fame".
A source said recently: "He's eager to sit at the cool kids' table and has been trying to get close to people he thinks are popular..
"Being with Khloe means everyone knows who French is now, so he's getting a lot out of it."
