Pamela Anderson was spotted kissing Rick Salomon this week despite filing for divorce from him.
The 'Baywatch' actress, who submitted court documents seeking to dissolve the couple's second marriage couldn't keep her hands off the the 46-year-old poker player during a romantic break in Sardinia.
The couple looked very much in love, according to pictures obtained by RadarOnline, which show Pamela in a skimpy silver bikini while her spouse was topless in just shorts and a baseball cap.
A source previously claimed that Pamela was prepared to give Rick another chance if he curbed his wild partying.
The insider said: "Pam felt the only thing she could do at this point in her relationship and marriage to Rick was to file for divorce because of his wild partying.
"They love each other, but it's always a roller coaster with Pam and Rick. No one should be shocked if they reconcile."
The 47-year-old actress - who split from Rick just after he won $2.8 million in the World Series of Poker Big One for One Drop recently - previously married him in a small wedding ceremony at The Mirage in Las Vegas in October 2007, but requested to have that marriage annulled the following February, citing fraud as the reason.
The duo announced they had remarried last January, but didn't give an exact date and reportedly don't have a prenuptial agreement.

The 'Glee' actress tied the knot with longtime friend Ryan Dorsey at the Las Ventanas al Paraiso resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, earlier this month and her ring is a Neil Lane Platinum Band with 18k rose gold.
A source told E! News: "It could be anywhere from four to 10 carats."
The pair married in front of 12 family members including Naya's mother Yolanda and her stepfather, Ryan's dad Arnold and his wife Rhonda, Ryan's mother Cheryl and her husband David and Ryan's brother Aaron.
Arnold previously admitted the wedding came as a shock to family members, and they only knew it was happening six weeks ago.
He told the MailOnline website: "We knew about the wedding six weeks ago, still, it was a bit of a shock!
"I met Naya a couple of weeks ago, I was working in California and I drove up to her house. She's very tiny, real petite, but real down to earth, not with her nose stuck up in the air."
Naya - who was due to marry former boyfriend Big Sean on July 19, the day she tied the knot with Ryan - first met her new spouse in a nightclub four years ago and they became friends.

Production had already been filming Kendra before the scandal broke, so you're really going to see her reaction to everything from the ground up. Nothing about it is inauthentic. The cameras have been there through it all. It's been devastating."

Kylie Jenner was blasted as "rude" by fans at a meet and greet on Thursday (24.07.14).
The reality TV star and her sister Kendall were promoting their latest PacSun clothing range in Dallas, Texas but fans were not impressed with her attitude.
Mirror.co.uk reports that one Twitter user wrote: "Yessss! They were so pretty! Kylie was kinda rude but Kendall was super nice. You couldn't take pictures though 🙁
"Kendall was nice! She was really social and she told me I was cute and she said something nice to everyone...but Kylie didn't say anything. she made eye contact with me twice and just starred at me like I felt offended tbh but I don't know(sic)."

Kendall and Kylie recently said their latest fashion collection is "bohemian inspired".
The reality TV sibling have been influenced by their home state of California for their back-to-school designs.
18-year-old model Kendall said: "Our back-to-school collection blends bohemian inspirations, and we think our fans will love it!"
Her 16-year-old sibling added: "All of the pieces are so versatile ... we're so excited to see what our fans think!"

Daniel Radcliffe dressed up as Spider-Man so he could explore San Diego Comic-Con undetected.
The 25-year-old actor is promoting his new movie 'Horns' at the annual gathering and since it was his first time there he came up with a novel way of exploring his surroundings without causing a fan frenzy.
Daniel told MTV News: "You don't go to Comic-Con without going down on the floor and seeing it all. And the way I came up with doing it was Spider-Man.'
Explaining his reasons for choosing that particular comic book character, he said: "It's a great superhero and covers the face, so it was perfect."
Daniel also revealed that he has been working hard to move on from 'Harry Potter' although he acknowledged that some people will never see him as anything other than the famous fictional wizard.
He said: "There may have been, and I'm sure there still are, a lot of people who just see me as Harry, but it only takes one director to not. And I've been lucky so far in that I've had four or five directors who have taken a chance on me and wanted to see me do something different."

Charlize Theron has gotten the seal of approval from Sean Penn's daughter.
The 38-year-old actress has been dating Sean, 53, for the past eight months and his daughter Dylan, 23, from his marriage to Robin Wright, is thrilled that her dad has found love with the blonde beauty.
Dylan told Us Weekly: "They're a great couple. They're both very happy and yeah, I love it. They're both extremely strong personalities and they're very intelligent so conversation lasts between them."
While Charlize sparked speculation about an engagement when she was spotted wearing a ring on her left hand earlier this week, Dylan insisted she has no idea if they are planning to tie the knot.

It was previously claimed Charlize - who has two-year-old adopted son Jackson - is keen to adopt a child with Sean shortly after they've exchanged vows.
An insider said: "Charlize always intended to have another child."
Sean has also been bonding with Charlize's young son.
The insider added: "He is a father figure to him."

Liberty Ross and Rupert Sanders have finalised their divorce.
The former couple formally ended their marriage on Friday (25.07.14), two years after he was caught cheating with Kristen Stewart, according to TMZ which obtained a copy of the court documents.
The website reports Liberty, 35, received "the family house, two other London houses, £18,000 a month in spousal support for the next four years, £10,000 a month in child support for their two children, 15 per cent of profits Rupert gets from movies, with the exception of 'Snow White' and half of their bank accounts and retirement funds."
Rupert, 43, got their Malibu beach home and a VW van.
Liberty - who starred alongside Kristen in 'Snow White and the Huntsman', which was directed by Rupert - previously admitted she was devastated when she learned about the affair.
"I have no words to describe what we went through. But I think, for me, something always has to completely die for there to be a rebirth. And, for me, I feel like I'm going through a rebirth.
"It was horrible. It was really the worst, really the worst."
Liberty - who has two children, son Tennyson and daughter Skyla, with the director - found it difficult to end her marriage but felt she "didn't have any more to give".
The actress - who filed for divorce in January 2013 - explained: "I'm not a quitter. I've done everything I could to be the perfect wife and mother and really support my husband. But I didn't have any more to give, you know?"

Susan Sarandon says she had a love affair with David Bowie in the 1980s.
The 67-year-old actress fell for the singer when they worked on the movie 'The Hunger' together in 1983 but split up because she didn't want children.
She told the Daily Beast: "I wasn't supposed to have kids and I'm the oldest of nine and had mothered all of them, so I wasn't ever in a mode where I was looking to settle down and raise a family, so that definitely changes the gene pool you're dipping into."
However, Susan had nothing but praise for her former love.
She said: "He's just a really interesting person, and so bright. He's a talent and a painter, and... he's great."
Despite her reasons for splitting with David, 67, Susan gave birth to her first child, Eva Amurri, in 1985 with Italian filmmaker Franco Amurri.
She later had two sons with Tim Robbins, 55.
David and supermodel Iman, 59, married in 1992 and have a daughter together.
Susan also opened up about her past drug use, telling the publication: "Yeah, I'm not new to the idea of mushrooms. I don't really like chemical things, really.
"Timothy Leary was a friend of mine, so that acid was nice and pure, but I'm not really looking for chemicals, and I don't like to feel speedy. But I've done Ayahuasca and I've done mushrooms and things like that.
"I like those drugs in the outdoors - I'm not a city-tripper. My attitude about marijuana or anything is, 'Don't be stoned if you have to pretend you're not,' so I'd never do drugs if I was taking care of my kids."
