Cher is being sued for allegedly complaining she had too many black dancers.
Choreographer Kevin Wilson has filed legal documents against the 'Believe' hitmaker for racial discrimination and retaliation, and in his claim he states the 68-year-old singer told him to find a white, blonde dancer while auditioning for hopefuls for her 2014 'Dressed to Kill' tour after he said he liked a "minority female dancer".
According to Kevin, Cher said: "We have too much colour onstage" and instructed him "not to cast anymore dark skinned black dancers on the tour."
According to the lawsuit documents obtained by TMZ, a male dancer invited a female fan to his hotel room after a show in June and got "sexually aggressive" with her, an incident Kevin claims Cher tried to cover up.
The choreographer alleges he and two other whistle-blowers were fired, while the dancer was kept in the show, but they were told they were being dismissed due to "budget cuts", despite the tour grossing a reported $54.9 million.
A spokesperson for the singer branded the allegations "ridiculous" and any suggestions Cher said anything racist is "absurd".
They said: "These are ridiculous allegations. They couldn't be further from the truth."
Her lawyer said of her alleged racist statements: "[These are] untrue and categorically denied. To attribute such a statement to Cher is absurd."

Joan Rivers left a big part of her $150 million fortune to her dogs.
The 81-year-old comic - who died earlier this month after suffering a cardiac arrest while undergoing throat surgery - wanted her four rescue animals to continue to lead lives of luxury when she passed away and so her will asked for her assets to be given to her daughter Melissa, grandson Cooper and her beloved pets.
A source told the New York Daily News newspaper's Confidenti@l column: "Those dogs are her family. They meant the world to her and Joan wanted to make sure that if anything happened to her that they would be taken care of."
However, the pampered pooches will no longer live in her $35 million New York apartment but will move in with Joan's longtime assistant Jocelyn Pickett.
Melissa is planning to sell her mother's penthouse apartment, as well as another in the same block which Joan bought for her daughter and grandson to live in while in the city, because she finds it too "painful" being in New York.
The source said: "Melissa is based in L.A. and has no need for a place in New York any more. It's also too painful; Joan loved the city so much.
"Melissa is a West Coast girl and Cooper is in school in L.A., while her mom was East Coast-based. Additionally, Melissa is planning to sell Joan's amazing home in Connecticut."
Meanwhile, it has been revealed Joan had been working on a new show, 'Ask Joan', with Andy Cohen and his Most Talkative production company before she died.
A source said: "Joan loved Andy, she loved his talent. "She thought he was a producing genius and was excited that he was going to produce a new show where Joan would answer questions. Andy has a deep relationship with NBC, which is now run by Ted Harbert, who loved Joan. It was all positive stuff happening."

Iggy - who has denied the tape even exists - made reference to the problem during her sell-out concert at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in London on Wednesday night (17.09.14), telling the crowd: "I've had a hell of a week."

Jenny McCarthy's son gave a "beautiful, spontaneous toast" at her wedding.
The 41-year-old beauty was walked down the aisle by 12-year-old Evan - her child with ex-husband John Mallory Asher - when she married Donnie Wahlberg on August 31 but she wasn't prepared for him taking on extra duties in his "important" role.
She said: "He came up to me and said, 'I have the most important job at the wedding, and I said 'You do,' and then the time came where he walked in the door in his little tuxedo.
"Donnie helped him get dressed, and then he met me and said, 'You ready?' He put out his little arm, and we walked down the aisle, and the officiator said, 'Who's giving away this girl?' And he raised his arm, 'I am.' "
"[At the reception, he made a] beautiful, spontaneous toast. He grabbed the microphone and said, 'Can I say a few words?'
"He was like, 'I love my stepdad, I'm so glad for my mom, we're going to make a great family.' And it was really beautiful."
Jenny admitted she hadn't fully realised how important it was for Evan - who suffers from Autism - to have a father figure in their home.
She added to People magazine: "I knew who I was marrying, but what was surprising to me was how much Evan appreciated it and loved it so much, and I could tell that he had a comfort level of safety now in the house.
"I didn't realise, as a little boy growing up with just a mom, there's some fear associated with a little boy feeling like he has to guard the house at a very young age, and I think Donnie coming in, he had a sense of security that he'd never seen before."

Jaycee Chan, 32, was detained last month on suspicion of possessing cannabis and official state media has now confirmed Beijing court prosecutors took the allegation further yesterday (17.09.14) and approved his arrest, the next step in the legal process as police need official administrative permission to detain subjects.
Officers claim the actor was found with over 100g of marijuana, which could see him indicted for drug dealing.

The 33-year-old beauty splashed out $13,000 on her pet pooch earlier this month and she has wasted no time in putting her four-legged friend into the spotlight by taking him in front of the camera, and she insists the canine is the "perfect model".
Paris took to her Instagram account to post a video of herself holding Prince while they were being pictured at a photoshoot and attached the message: "On set of prince_hilton_the_pom for his very first photoshoot. He is the perfect model! (sic)"
But it wasn't just professional pictures being taken of Prince as she also shared several selfies of the pair being affectionate with one another.
In a message attached to one picture, she wrote: "On set with my baby love prince_hilton_the_pom. @ Quixote Studios (sic)"
One image showed the crafty canine giving Paris a big sloppy kiss on her make-up covered chin.

The pair recently went on a cinema date to see comedy film 'Sex Tape', and following the successful trip to the movies they are thought to have rekindled their romance five months after the 25-year-old beauty ended their relationship.

The singer was thrilled when her former Girls Aloud bandmate tied the knot with French hunk Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in a shock ceremony in July and is delighted that Cheryl has found happiness.
During an interview on 'Good Morning Britain', she said: "It's great every time somebody gets married and you're all swept away in emotion, so I think it's great."
Although Cheryl - who was previously married to soccer player Ashley Cole - has walked down the aisle again, Nadine isn't sure if wedding bells are in her immediate future.
When quized about her own nuptials, the pop star - who is engaged to former NFL player Jason Bell - replied: "I don't know when, some point in life I'm sure I'll get married ... I have to get it all figured out."
