Halle Berry wants her child support payments slashed by 80 per cent.
The 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' star was ordered to pay former partner Gabriel Aubry $16,000 a month by a court in May but she has now filed documents asking to reduce the payments to just over $3,000 a month because she claims the model - with who she has six-year-old daughter Nahla - has stopped working and is living entirely from the money he receives from her.
According to TMZ, Halle notes in the documents that her 39-year-old former partner - with who she shares equal joint custody of their little girl - is "perfectly capable" of getting a job and the reduced payments will still allow Nahla to live a comfortable life, supplemented by his own income.
During the hearing earlier this year, 48-year-old Halle - who also has 12-month-old son Maceo with husband Olivier Martinez - was ordered to make the hefty payments to Gabriel until their child turns 19 or graduates from high school, whichever happens first.
A judge in Los Angeles also awarded the Canadian mode $115,000 in back payments and $300,000 in lawyer's fees.
The duo split in April 2010 after two years of dating and reached an initial custody agreement in late 2012 after Gabriel got into a violent altercation Olivier.
The French actor and Gabriel reached a mutual decision not to pursue criminal charges for Nahla's sake after Gabriel originally filed for a restraining order against Olivier, claiming he had threatened to kill him during the dispute in November 2012.
The row stemmed from Gabriel blocking Halle from moving to France with their daughter to escape attention from the paparazzi.

Kelly Osbourne wants to earn enough money to make sure her parents don't have to work again.
The 29-year-old star insists her "shopaholic" mother Sharon, 62, and 65-year-old father Ozzy Osbourne - who are estimated to be worth £130 million - have had to cope with "too much s**t" to still have work late into their lives, so she has set her sights on bankrolling their retirement.
She said: "My dream is to make enough money doing what I love so that my parents never have to work again and I can look after them.
"They've been through too much s**t, it's enough already."
Kelly - who was recently left devastated when her 'Fashion Police' co-host Joan Rivers died aged 81 - joked her dad will be "with a Zimmer frame still on stage" if he can so she wants him to quit singing live.
The TV presenter paid tribute to her parents for giving her "so much" throughout her life and hopes they will go travelling around the world when they finally stop working.
Speaking to Fairfax Media, she added: "They run a huge business and I want eventually for them to be able to be that couple on a yacht travelling the world and not have to worry about anything, because they've given me so much. It's time for us to look after them."
The Osbournes have been through plenty of ups and downs in recent years not least when Jack Osbourne - Kelly's younger brother - was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) two years ago.
What's more, Ozzy nearly died in a quad bike accident in December 2003, and last year Sharon - who he has been married to since 1982 - walked out on him after he started drinking and abusing prescription drugs again.
But the 'Talk' host - who also has 31-year-old daughter Aimee with Ozzy - later took the Black Sabbath frontman back and admitted she only walked out to teach him a lesson and show she wasn't "weak".

Nicole Scherzinger fears for her boyfriend Lewis Hamilton's life when he competes in Formula 1 races.
The 36-year-old singer has admitted she often worries about the star's safety when he drives for Mercedes, and she is even more concerned for him after F1 driver Jules Bianchi, 25, was left in a "critical" state following a horrific crash at the Japanese Grand Prix earlier this month.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "It's worrying and taken everybody aback. It put things into perspective and my prayers are with Jules.
"God bless him. I know Lewis feels the same."
Nicole and Lewis, 29, have been involved in an on/off relationship since 2007 and reconciled earlier this year, but the raven-haired beauty admitted she won't be putting pressure on him to pop the question anytime soon.
She told Metro newspaper: "I don't put any pressure on anything. For me, timing is everything. I have a strong faith. And if you ask if my mom's putting pressure on us to get married, no - because my mom is feeling as strong a faith as me."
The star - who previously dated 'America's Got Talent' host Nick Cannon and was romantically linked to comedian Dane Cook - has poured her heart out about her split from Lewis last year in her latest album 'Big Fat Lie' and admits the album also features tracks about other former lovers.
She added: "I wrote the majority of this album last year when I was going through my break-up. But it's about past relationships as well."

Bob Geldof "blames himself" for his daughter Peaches' death.
The Boomtown Rats frontman was left devastated in March when the 25-year-old star died from a heroin overdose and he admits her passing makes him feel like he "failed" as a father.
He said: "She was super bright, too bright. She knew what life was supposed to be and God bless her, she tried very hard to get there and she didn't make it.
"I'm not just blaming the newspapers, of course not. You blame yourself. You're the father who's responsible and clearly failed."
Though the 63-year-old musician admits he did "more than talk about" Peaches' problems with her, Bob - who raised Peaches and her sisters Fifi, and Pixie and half-sister Tiger following the death of their mother Paula Yates from an overdose in 2000 - feels he could have done more.
He told ITV News: "For anybody watching, who has a dead kid and you're a parent, you go back, you go back, you go back, you go back, you go back, you go over, you go over, what could you have done."
And Bob admits he has still not been able to accept his daughter - who had sons Astala, two, and Phaedra, 17 months, with husband Thomas Cohen - is gone.
He said: "The ability to try and understand or to try to come to terms with the immensity of the grief is there but it takes a long while for it to filter through.
"I'm not there with Peaches yet. It was all too soon. It was all too sudden. It was unexpected."

Jennifer Lopez doesn't want to find another boyfriend because she is concentrating on looking after her children.
The 45-year-old star - who has six-year-old twins Max and Emme from her seven-year marriage to Marc Anthony - insists ensuring her little ones feel loved is the "most important thing" in her life, but that hasn't stopped her friends from trying to set her up with the perfect man.
Jennifer - who finalised her divorce form third husband Marc in June - said: "My friends are constantly trying to set me up but I'm just not there right now. It's not something that's a priority.
"I have gone from relationship to relationship but, at the end of the day, I am not ashamed of the path I have taken or the lessons I have learned.
"Right now it feels good to just be on my own and have some 'I love Jennifer' time, which I haven't done a lot in my life.
"I am just spending time with myself and my kids. I still believe in love, of course, but the thing you think about most is who is good enough to come into the life of me and the kids?"
"You just want the kids to know they are loved, that's the most important thing. Being a mother is my number one priority."
Jennifer was recently romantically linked to 'Dancing with the Stars' professional Maksim Chmerkovskiy and choreographer JR Taylor, who is said to be a good friend, but admits she is biding her time before settling down again because she doesn't want to end up with more "misery" in her life.
She added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "You know, I've always believed in that institution but it is difficult. I have a gut instinct and I follow that. When I don't it's when I usually go wrong with people and relationships.
"You make decisions for two reasons: out of fear or out of love, and when you make them out of fear they end in misery.
"I just try to do things that feel right to me," she said. "I don't try to follow or look at what anybody else is doing.
"I am not opposed to having fun, being silly, falling down, getting up ... anything. I am just open for the experience and for whatever comes along."
The 'Booty' hitmaker split with boyfriend Casper Smart in June following a two-and-a-half year romance.
She was previously married to dancer Cris Judd for two years before their split in 2003 and had a brief one-year marriage to Cuban waiter Ojani Noa from February 1997 to January 1998.
While still married to Cris, Jennifer started dating actor Ben Affleck and they later got engaged but a marriage never materialised.

Rita Ora wants to be "in love".
The 'Black Widow' songstress - who is rumoured to be dating the rapper Ricky Hilfiger - has admitted that she is ready to love again after splitting from DJ Calvin Harris in June.
Opening up about her personal life in Teen Vogue's November issue, Rita said: "Without complaining, without being moany, because this is what I have wanted to do all my life, I think it's that people may forget I'm just a 23-year-old girl who wants to be in love.
"And even though I live and breathe my job, I still want someone to want me. That's how every girl feels."
Rita hit the headlines in June when she split from Calvin and things quickly turned sour between the two after he reportedly banned her from singing his song, 'I Will Never Let You Down' at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards.
She appeared to refer to their relationship as she added: "It's like, Will I ever love someone as much as I loved that person?
"You will. You won't forget how you felt, but you will love someone else again."
