Eddie Redmayne has a fear of failure.
The 'Theory of Everything' star has admitted that like fellow actor, Rachel Weisz, he worries about ever getting hired again.
He said: "I was reading an interview with Rachel Weisz a few years ago and she said, 'Every time I finish a job, I think I'm never going to get hired again,' and I was like, 'Come on, you're Rachel Weisz.' But I absolutely get it.
"Because I think if you're lucky to do this thing professionally, that you loved doing as a child, and you don't feel like you're qualified - it's that old shtick of waiting to be found out. The idea that you do this job and get paid for it doesn't seem like it should be allowed."
Meanwhile, Eddie has also revealed that he needed time to perfect his portrayal of Stephen Hawking in the upcoming movie.
He explained to Gotham magazine: "I said to James [Marsh, the director] I'd need time [to prepare], and he gave me four to five months.
"Hawking was diagnosed with ALS when he was 21. His disease is entirely secondary [to his life] as far as he's concerned.
"Similarly, I wanted to make all the physical elements of the performance so embedded and second nature. Some of my favourite moments were improvised. The emotional lines of the film came from reading Jane and Stephen's books, but also the patients that I met."

McBusted want to launch their own underwear line.
The 'Air Guitar' singers - made up of Dougie Poynter, Danny Jones, Tom Fletcher, Harry Judd, Matt Willis and James Bourne - are keen to design a range of lingerie and have their partners model in the campaign.
Danny - who is married to former Miss England Georgia Horsley - said: "It would be hilarious to get McBusted underwear and get her to wear it. She's done lingerie ones before so that would be really funny."
The supergroup - formed of members of McFly and Busted - will release their self-titled debut album next month also revealed Dougie's girlfriend, singer Ellie Goulding, has been involved in the making of their new record and encouraged the 26-year-old bassist to sing more.
Danny said: "Whatever she said worked - my missus wants me to sing more too.
"But there's six of us singing so you have to stay out.
"Dougie has a great voice and we've put him up for a lot of parts."
Meanwhile, the 28-year-old singer has also been writing for fellow boy band One Direction but was disappointed to learn a popular track he had penned for the group - Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan - hasn't been properly accredited to him on online encyclopaedia, Wikipedia.
He told the Daily Star newspaper: "I wrote a track called Irresistible for One Direction that had 20 million YouTube plays. But on Wikipedia it has somebody else's name on the credits."

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi will marry in front of 500 guests this weekend.
The former 'Jersey Shore' star will tie the knot with Jionni LaValle - who she got engaged to in March 2012 - at St. Rose of Lima in New Jersey at 3pm tomorrow (29.11.14) followed by a reception at the nearby Venetian, and the couple will have their kids Lorenzo, two, and Giovanna, two months, playing key roles in the ceremony.
A source said: "Both kids will be a part of the ceremony in some way."
The 27-year-old reality star is planning to wear two dresses, while Lorenzo will wear a white tuxedo and Giovanna will have a gown to match one of her mother's.
The source said: "One is traditional and one is for the reception. Both are Gatsby-inspired with two different headpieces from Bridal Reflections."
And Snooki is said to be excited to show off her post-baby body.
The source added to the New York Daily News newspaper's Confidenti@l column: "She's at her goal weight -- very excited to show herself off."
Joining the couple's children in the bridal party will be a number of Snooki's 'Jersey Shore' co-stars, including Jenni 'JWoww' Farley.
The insider revealed: "All of the 'Jersey Shore' girls are in her bridal party, which has like 15 girls in."
However, there was no space on the guest list for Snooki's former boyfriend and co-star Vinny Guadagnino or Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino, who is currently awaiting trial for tax fraud.
The source said: "Everyone was invited except for Vinny and Mike. She pretty much can't stand Vinny."

Drew Barrymore was cited for jaywalking yesterday (27.11.14).
The 'Charlie's Angels' actress was stopped by police as she left a yoga class in Beverly Hills and issued a ticket for her reckless crossing of the street.
The 39-year-old star - who has daughters Olive, two, and Frankie, seven months, with husband Will Kopelman - appeared to nervously play with her hair as she was addressed by a police officer on the pavement.
Despite the incident, the 'Blended' actress didn't let it ruin her Thanksgiving and later used social media to express her gratitude for her close group of pals and her family.
She posted on Facebook: "I'm thankful for my girlfriends. Who were my first family. And now I am lucky enough to have another! And my girlfriends are there for my daughters. And it makes me overwhelmed with joy. Happy Thanksgiving to all the friends and families out there. Drew."
She also used her Instagram account to share an adorable photograph of her youngest daughter with her blonde hair spiked up.
She captioned the image: "Happy Thanksgiving. #mylittleturkey.(sic)"
Drew recently admitted she is a very disorganised person and is trying to change for the sake of her kids.
She said: "[I'm a] very traditional [mother]. I'm not organised in my life, like, I lose everything and I'm a complete disaster. With my kids, I really don't accept that for myself because I think kids learn from example of the way you live your life."

Coco Austin is looking forward to becoming a seductress in her burlesque show.
The television personality - who is married to rapper Ice-T - will appear on stage in 'Coco & the Vanity Vixens', which takes place at the Gramercy Theatre in New York on New Year's Eve (31.12.14).
She explained: "People just think it's a strip show - this is the art of seduction ... I believe you have to be 18 to see the show, just like in Vegas. It's just such a beautiful thing."
The 35-year-old model - famous for her bountiful booty - hopes her burlesque performance will encourage other women to appreciate their bodies as they are.
She told the New York Post's Page Six column: "My ass is pretty out there right now! So I don't look like the typical dancer's body.
"Girls can look at me and say, she's not stick thin. She's like us. I am dancing at their weight, 145 pounds."
Coco - whose real name is Nicole Marrow - recently took to Twitter to reveal that her bottom had grown two inches.

Kim Kardashian West has thanked her sister for hosting Thanksgiving dinner.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star and her family all celebrated the festivities at 30-year-old Khloe Kardashian's house.
Kim took to Twitter to thank her sister, writing: "Happy Thanksgiving! I'm so thankful to have spent the day with my whole family over at Khloes house today! Khloe cooked so much yummy food!
"Thank you for starting a new tradition Khlo! Thanksgiving at Koko's. (sic)"
Kris Jenner - who is also the mother to Rob and Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner - also thanked her daughter for having all the family over.
Next to an image of the table decor, she wrote: "Just Amazing @khloekardashian !! Thank you for having us Khloe I'm so proud of you...and OMG @jeffleatham for how beautiful the flowers are and how GORGEOUS the table is......

Meanwhile, Kourtney, 35, - who is expecting her third child with her partner Scott Disick - shared a Mickey Mouse cartoon on Instagram and praised the love and strength of her family.
She wrote: "So very thankful this year most importantly for my FAMILY.
"The amount of love, laughter, strength, knowledge, magic, wonder and light they bring into my life is immeasurable. #blessed (sic)".
Khloe was happy to invite everyone over and was "thrilled" that she could host a dinner party in her own home.
Alongside pictures of the decoration and food, she wrote: "My very first dinner party at my house and I couldn't be more thrilled!!!! I couldn't have done it without the incredibly talented @jeffleatham!! You are a flower legend to say the least. #HappyThanksgiving So beyond blessed.

Nadine Coyle would be open to a Girls Aloud reunion.
The 'Insatiable' singer was recently branded "full of s**t" by former bandmate Cheryl Fernandez-Versini - who subsequently unfollowed her on twitter - insisted she doesn't bear a grudge and would happily perform with the group again in the distant future.
Nadine - who Cheryl also accused of causing the band to go on hiatus in 2009 so she could launch a solo career - said: "Why not! 10 years down the line. I would never rule [reuniting] out."
Meanwhile, the 29-year-old singer gave birth to her first child, daughter Anaiya, in April this year and she admits she and fiance Jason Bell are keen to have more children in the future.
She said: "Anaiya is so young, she's such a good baby. I think I've been spoiled - I couldn't get this lucky twice! So I think I have time enough for baby number two. But one day, definitely."
Asked if she'd like a big family, she added: "Yes. I have a huge family as it is; I have two sisters, nieces, nephews, lots of cousins and close friends that are like family."
Wherever she goes in the world, the 'Biology' singer likes to take Anaiya with her and says the youngster already adores travelling.
She told the MailOnline website: "Anaiya loves so travel, she's so well adjusted.
"As long as she has her bottle and her mummy and her teddy bear then she's happy.
"She's a jet-setting baby, she shakes her arms and her legs because she's so excited before we go travelling."

Dakota Fanning thinks she will just "stay home" on her 21st birthday.
The 'Twilight Saga' actress reaches the milestone age in February 2015 but hasn't made any plans to celebrate yet, and she admits she gets so tired of being asked about it, she is now expecting to just have a quiet night in.
Asked how she will celebrate turning 21, she said: "I have no idea what to do. It's been such a talked-about thing for so long, like, what are you gonna do for your birthday, that I think by the time it rolls around I'm just going to stay home with five friends and call it a day."
And the blonde beauty also admitted she prefers crafting at home to partying in clubs.
She told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "Pretty much every director I've ever worked for I've knit a scarf for."
Dakota is likely to spend her birthday with boyfriend Jamie Strachan, who she recently revealed she is "super happy" with and doesn't care about him being 13 years older.
She said: "I'm super happy. I think love is very important and it's really fun to have someone to experience things with. It makes everything a bit more special.
"People love who they love and you go with that. People get so stuck in rules for life. You go with what feels right."

Harry Styles says he and his One Direction bandmates are still growing up.
The 20-year-old heartthrob claims that despite being in the world's most popular boy band, he, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne are still learning how to be men and get self-conscious on occasion.
He said: "I think that people imagine that if you're in a band you kind of lose all normal things. But we still have every insecurity every 19 or 20-year-old guy has."
But despite claiming he sometimes struggles with a lack of confidence, Harry decided to stay in Los Angeles for an extra day earlier this week to go partying after One Direction took home three gongs at the American Music Awards.
Quizzed on why Harry and Zayn, 21, had arrived in Australia a day later than himself, Louis, 22, and Liam, 21, Niall, 20, said: "What happened there was, we'd just won three American Music Awards, and some people wanted to get straight to Australia and Harry here wanted to have a little party in Los Angeles."
While Harry agreed with his pal, he added that he had an ear ache which he didn't want to aggravate by flying too soon.
He told Australia's Kiis FM: "I also didn't feel very well so I didn't want to fly. I wanted to wait out the storm to fly. My ear hurts."
