Nick was previously married to Jessica Simpson for four years but he recently revealed he is not "in contact at all" with the singer.

Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z have been slammed by a wildlife expert after a picture emerged of them watching a baby tiger being fed with a bottle emerged.
Dr. Jan Schmidt-Burbach, a wildlife expert for animal welfare charity World Animal Protection, has hit out at the couple after the image of the pair and their two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy looking on as a little tiger cub was fed with a bottle in Thailand appeared online, on fan Instagram account Beyonce Lite.
The image was posted onto the site on Friday (02.01.15) after the pair's outing to theme park Phuket FantaSea, part of the couple's family trip to Southeast Asia, and while no such picture appeared on Beyonce's official Instagram account, Jan claims they have been insensitive.
He said: "A tiger is not a plaything. Their health and well-being should not be sacrificed for a photo opportunity. When you look behind the scenes, holiday snaps like these support an industry that relies on animal cruelty.
"Many tourists unwittingly contribute to the suffering of wild animals like these. They're simply not aware that their 'once in a lifetime' photo means a lifetime of misery for that animal.
"The tigers used for these photos are often crammed into tiny cages or chained to the floor for long periods. They are also forcibly removed from their mothers to be fed artificially by tourists. All in all a far cry from their natural lives in the wild. But this sordid side of tourism is conveniently hidden from public view."
Despite this, Beyonce and Jay are thought to have had a "marvellous time" at the theme park spending time with the animals.
A post on the Phuket FantaSea Facebook page, complete with a picture of the couple, read: "Beyoncé, the famous American R&B singer, and Jay-Z, one of the world's most successful hip-hop artists, took their adorable daughter Blue Ivy to Phuket FantaSea, where they spent marvelous time with the animal cast of the show at the Palace of the Elephants Theater (sic)"
The couple have since moved onto Cambodia and the 'Single Ladies' hitmaker has posted a number of pictures of various scenery in the country onto her Instagram account.

Angelina Jolie broke down in tears when a fan paid tribute to her for speaking out about her double mastectomy.
The 'Unbroken' actress - who underwent the preventative procedure in February 2013 after being told she had an 87 per cent chance of getting breast cancer - started sobbing during an appearance on French radio station RTL on Monday (05.01.15) after a caller had praised her for having the "courage and bravery" to tell the world about her operation.
In response to the caller, Angelina said: "Oh my god. Thank you for this wonderful message. We are all together in this fight. Not only women, but the fathers, the sons who support us in this fight. I was myself inspired by so many women in my life that if I can in any way contribute to help others, I will.
"I hope we can continue this discussion. Not only ovarian cancer or breast cancer, but all the health problems that women face. As the young woman said, talking about it removes the taboo. I think we should be proud to talk about it."
Angelina - who has children, Maddox, 13, Pax, 11, Zahara, nine, Shiloh, eight, and six-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with husband Brad Pitt - was moved to tears after the woman rang the radio station to thank her for popularising the taboo subject.
The caller said: "I want to thank Angelina Jolie for having found the courage to say it. And to support this fight with all those we have lost, those who fought and who are real heroines facing the disease.
"By this act of courage and bravery, by announcing her choice by assuming, she helps to demystify and popularise a subject that was taboo in France.
"She is not only an extraordinary woman, but also an extraordinary mom."

Rosamund Pike shot her 'Gone Girl' sex scene with Neil Patrick Harris 36 times.
The 35-year-old actress and the 41-year-old star - who played Amy Dunne and Desi Collings in the thriller movie - had 450 gallons of blood, 36 pairs of underwear and 36 sheets on hand as they filmed the violent footage, in which Rosamund's character slit's Neil's alter-ego's throat.
Director David Fincher told Vanity Fair magazine: "I told them to rehearse it for three days, as we're pumping five gallons of blood out of Desi's throat."
As well as spending hours just on one scene, Rosamund - who gave birth to her second child with long-term partner Robie Uniacke last month - believes she appears on screen more in 'Gone Girl' than the rest of her film career put together because of the movie's big filming schedule.
She said: "I spent more time in front of the camera on that film than in my entire career to date, because he's [Fincher] shooting five to six hours of footage a day, and over a hundred days shooting -that mounts up."
Despite spending a lot of time on the big screen last year, Rosamund likes to remain as private as possible about her personal life, rarely speaking about her partner Robie, but she does point out that one of his major qualities is that he is not fame-obsessed.
She added: "The quality I most admire about him is he sees the value in anonymity."
The full interview with Rosamund can be read in the February issue of Vanity Fair magazine.

Bradley Cooper wowed a talk show audience with an air guitar routine to celebrate his 40th birthday.
The 'American Sniper' star donned a huge afro wig to show off his skills to Neil Young's 'Down by the River' on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' last night (05.01.15), after confessing he had learnt the routine as a youngster.
The actor - who celebrated his 40th birthday yesterday - impressed with his energetic mock performance of the 1969 hit.
He told host Jimmy: "I play an air guitar. When I was a little kid I had a lot of time on my hands and I just loved ... there is one song by Neil Young. I'm not sure if everybody knows this and I'm sort of proud that I know it. It's 'Down by the River'. It's just the guitar solo from 'Down by the River'.
"I didn't memorise how to play it, just to air guitar it. It's so meaningless. I'd love to try it."
Bradley was promoting his new Broadway show 'The Elephant Man' on the show and recently revealed he is really enjoying performing in New York and is happy to have more time on his hands.
He said: "I'm the most fulfilled I've ever been artistically. This lifestyle of doing it, being able to show up and tell a story to 740 strangers every day and sometimes twice a day, and you have the rest of your day free. It's ideal, and in New York, it's absolute heaven."

Bryan Ferry's son Merlin is in a "stable" condition in hospital following a horrific head-on car crash but faces a "long period of recovery".
The 69-year-old singer/songwriter took to his Facebook account to thank fans for their support and reveal his 24-year-old son has undergone several operations after the three-vehicle collision on a country lane in Shropshire, central England, just before Christmas left him with a head injury and multiple fractures to his legs, pelvis and left arm.
He wrote: "On behalf of BF and the family, many thanks for all the kind messages of support for Merlin following his road accident before Christmas.
"Merlin has undergone a series of operations and is now stable in hospital, with a long period of recovery ahead of him. (sic)"
Bryan also paid tribute to the "amazing" ambulance service which had to cut Merlin out of the wreckage and the "superb" staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, central England, where his youngest son underwent a life-saving operation while in the critical care unit shortly after the crash.
He added in the message: "A huge thank you to the amazing emergency services provided by the Wellington Fire Service and West Midland Ambulance Service, together with the superb care and attention from all the medical staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham."
Shortly after the incident, Bryan's eldest son, Otis, 32, took to social networking sites to reveal what happened during the collision and described his brother's car as looking like a "mangled box of tin".
He wrote on Instagram: "He had a head-on collision, has lots of broken bones and is having an operation on his heart as we speak.
"He was conscious before he went into theatre and his biggest concern was that he had missed Christmas! He is in the best possible hospital for this type of procedure. (sic)"
Otis later took to his Twitter account to thank Wellington Fire Service for getting his brother out of the wreckage.
He wrote: "thank you for extracting my Brother alive from what looks like a mangled box of tin. We are all continuing to pray (sic)"
Several stars, including US musician Nile Rodgers, contacted Bryan - who also has two other children, Isaac and Tara, and divorced their mother Lucy in 2003 after 21 years of marriage - after news of the accident broke to send their best wishes to his family.

Ozzy Osbourne is set to have a Las Vegas show called 'Hellgate'.
The 66-year-old rocker's wife Sharon Osbourne has revealed she is working on a one-off concert production for her husband to take place in 'Sin City' by Halloween 2016.
Sharon - who has managed Ozzy's career for years - said: "I'm working right now on a Vegas production for Ozzy. It'll be in time for Halloween and be called 'Hellgate'."
Although Sharon, 62, is working on the premise it will be a standalone show, if it is successful there is a possibility it could become a residency at one of Las Vegas' top hotels.
If Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy was to land a long-term performing contract he would follow in the footsteps of Britney Spears, Celine Dion and Sir Elton John who have all had successful residencies in the US gambling capital.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Ozzy has never done a stand-alone show in Vegas and there has been huge interest in what he has to offer. Vegas is an amazing spot, which has been a huge hit with the rock crowd. Ozzy would be a top draw and really do something unique."
Ozzy is due to start work on a new Black Sabbath album - the heavy metal group's 20th studio LP - with his bandmates Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler and producer Rick Rubin in the coming weeks. They plan to follow the record with their last ever tour.
