Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting loves married life

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting finds marriage "awesome".
The 'Big Bang Theory' actress and Ryan Sweeting recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary and she "loves" being a wife.
She said: "[Marriage] is awesome, amazing. I love being a wife, I love being married, I love my husband. I mean, we have a blast together."
The 29-year-old beauty admits there was a period of adjustment while she and her spouse got used to one another's habits but they now have a harmonious domestic life together.
She added to 'Access Hollywood': Marriage is very new for both of us and I love it because I'm like, 'OK, maybe he likes to put his plate the way that I don't like to put my plate that way, and let's compromise a little'.
"It's the living together, because I've never really lived with anyone. So it was OK. But I love being married. We're so happy."
Kaley recently underwent sinus surgery to correct a long-term congestion problem and is feeling much better already.
She said: "I have not been able to breathe since I can remember, so I had to have this sinus surgery, and I had it only two weeks ago."
And the actress admitted she couldn't bear to watch old episodes of 'The Big Bang Theory' because of how her problem affected her voice.
She added: "Every time I watched it I knew I couldn't breathe... But now my nose spray days are done. "

Mickey Rourke spends $400 on dog tattoo

Mickey Rourke has forked out $400 on a tattoo of his dead dog's nickname.
The 62-year-old actor has paid tribute to his late four-legged friend Jaws by getting an inking of his other moniker, Guapo Siempre, which means handsome forever, across his arm.
According to TMZ, The 'Sin City: A Dame to Kill For' star spent two hours getting the tribute done at a New York tattoo parlour on Sunday night (04.01.15) and spent the time showing the artist pictures of the white Chihuahua as well as telling him stories about his canine pal.
It's not the first time Mickey has paid a public tribute to Jaws as in November last year he wore a lanyard around his neck featuring a big photo of his pet, complete with his nickname Guapo Siempre on, when he attended a press conference in Moscow for his boxing match against Elliot Seymour later that week.
Mickey previously revealed the pooch bit him so hard in the face when he was first introduced to him that had to have two stitches and felt as though he'd been hit by Mike Tyson.
He said: "He didn't want to come near me. So I pick him up and he bites me right in the face and I get two stitches.
"I mean, it felt like Mike Tyson punched me right in the mouth; it f***ing hurt.
"My lip was out three or four inches and there's two pints of blood going down my shirt. I'm thinking, 'Oh, f**k', and knew it was my fault because I put him too close to me."
Despite getting off to a bad start, Mickey decided to keep Jaws, who he initially wanted to name Little Mickey, much to the shock of the staff at the dog home and ending up basing his imposing 'Sin City' character Marv on the canine.
He said: "I brought ['Sin City' director] Robert [Rodriguez] to my house one day and said, 'This is Marv.' He doesn't walk around growling all the time, but when you pick him up he turns into Marv.
"So basically, it was really good for me to use the dog. And then all of a sudden he kind of snaps out of it.
"You know how Marv takes medication all the time? That's why. It's when he doesn't take his medication that he gets mental. So the dog really worked for me a lot."

Chris Pratt: My son is like my therapist

Chris Pratt talks to his two-year-old son like he's his therapist.
The 35-year-old actor admitted his and wife Anna Faris' child Jack - who was born premature at 3lb 12oz resulting in the couple being told he might have special needs - is "really smart and vocal" and occasionally leaves his father on the verge of tears when he comes out with mature comments.
When asked if his boy is a genius, Chris replied: "Yes he is, he truly is. He says amazing things, profound things.
"I was sitting down the other day and I said, 'You know Jack, there's a lot of people here, and it's very loud, and people are gonna be having a lot of fun. And there might even be some tension.' And he just said, 'It's family.' I almost started crying. I was like, 'Thank you son, you're right.' He's like my therapist."
While the youngster is currently going through the "terrible twos" stage of growing up, Chris admitted Jack isn't finding it that tough to let the couple know what he wants but the 'Lego Movie' star finds it hard to tell him what to do because he is so "polite".
Speaking on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', the hunk added: "From what I understand most of the terrible twos stuff is the toddler's inability to express what they want. They know what they want, but they can't tell you because they don't know the words yet.
"He's so vocal that it's not that hard for him. It's super frustrating because you're like, 'Jack, I think it's time for you to go to bed,' and he's like, 'I thought about it and no thanks, Dad. Not right now.' He's so polite what am I supposed to do?"

Benedict Cumberbatch to be a dad

Benedict Cumberbatch's fiancée is pregnant.
The 'Imitation Game' actor and partner Sophie Hunter - who he proposed to in November- are reportedly set to become parents for the first time in the coming months and have brought their wedding forward as a result.
A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "Sophie is a few months along, and both she and Benedict are very excited about it. They are also quietly planning to marry in early spring."
The couple were spotted at the Palm Springs International Film Festival last weekend and 36-year-old Sophie was able to hide her changing frame in a flowing Just Cavalli maxidress and a cleverly-placed bag.
Benedict recently insisted he isn't ready to start planning his wedding yet because he is working hard on drama series 'Sherlock'.
as he will be too busy filming scenes for BBC crime series 'Sherlock'.
When asked if he had started making preparations for his big day, he said: "One thing at a time.
"I'm playing Sherlock now - just about to start - so my main focus is going to be on that."
The 38-year-old star also admitted that announcing his engagement to the brunette beauty was the "most important news" of his life.
He previously said: "I've had the most important news of my life.
"That's also sort of private, I don't want to talk about that too much. But my engagement to the woman I love is obviously the most important thing of 2014 for me."

Matt Le Blanc splits from girlfriend of 8 years

Matt Le Blanc has split from his girlfriend after eight years together.
The 47-year-old star and Andrea Anders have called time on their relationship and the couple are thought to have broken up months ago, his representative told Us Weekly magazine.
Matt and the 39-year-old actress were last spotted together at the Emmy Awards in August and he was seen attending his 'Episodes' series four premiere party in Los Angeles on Monday (05.01.15) by himself.
The actor started dating Andrea shortly after splitting from his ex-wife, former model Melissa McKnight - who he was married to for three years and had daughter Marina, 10, with - in 2006.
Andrea appeared alongside Matt in his 'Friends' spin-off show 'Joey' for two years, in which she starred as his titular character's ditzy next door neighbour Alex.
Matt is currently living in London while shooting 'Episodes' and he was recently part of a 'Friends' reunion with his co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry which took place over email.
Jennifer recently said: "We tried really hard to get together for a reunion in September but some of us were in New York and some in London so sadly it didn't happen.
"But we did have a wonderful few days of an email exchange between us.
"Courteney, Lisa and I all have dinners together regularly. We grew up together - we're family."

Stephen Fry’s fiance’s parents happy about engagement

Stephen Fry's 27-year-old fiance's parents are "over the moon" about their engagement.
Elliot Spencer's father Robert Spencer, 57, is delighted that his son is set to marry the 57-year-old TV presenter, who confirmed yesterday (06.01.15) he has got engaged to the writer.
Robert told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "We are very happy. We are over the moon."
Stephen revealed the pair are going to tie the knot at some point later this year but first the happy couple are planning to toast their engagement abroad after he hosts the BAFTAs in London's Covent Garden for the 10th time next month.
Speaking to reporters outside his home in Piccadilly, central London, yesterday he said: "We are off now to celebrate our engagement. We won't be going abroad until after the BAFTAs.
"Now, we won't be giving that [a wedding date] away. And I'm sorry to say you won't be invited. It will be some time this year, as you have to give a year's notice."
The 'QI' host also confirmed the couple got engagement rings that nearly match.
He said: "They are very similar, both are made of Rhodium and are almost matching."
Stephen took to his Twitter account yesterday to thank all of his fans for their congratulatory messages.
He wrote: "Oh. It looks as though a certain cat is out of a certain bag. I'm very very happy of course but had hoped for a private wedding. Fat chance!
"Thank you all SO much for your kind congratulations. Deeply touched xxx (sic)"
The star was previously with Daniel Cohen - his partner of 14 years - until 2010, after which he dated Steven Webb, who was 27 years his junior.

James Corden told to ‘stay looking scruffy’

James Corden has been ordered to remain chubby and scruffy-looking by US TV bosses.
The 36-year-old comedian is set to host 'The Late Late Show' on CBS and ahead of his appearance on the TV network, executives have insisted he doesn't change his current appearance.
A source explained: "One of the key things bosses thought was important is that James actually looks like a normal American, which means he can appeal to the man on the street.
"He is not a glitzy-glam TV host and they feel his appeal will be looking like the man next door. His humour and clever writing will make him very likeable but his image is just as important."
James was apparently prepared to slim down for his US debut as fellow Brit Piers Morgan, 49, did for his role on CNN.
However, bosses of 'The Late Late Show' were happy for James to indulge himself over Christmas and New Year.
The insider told the Daily Star newspaper: "This is the greatest possible gift you could give a TV host."
James is set to begin presenting the show in March 2015 and will earn at least £2 million for his first year.

Paris Hilton adopts her eighth pet pooch

Paris Hilton has adopted her eighth pet dog.
The 33-year-old reality TV star is well known for her love of pooches and is already the proud owner of seven dogs, but has added another to her collection so she can be the "girlfriend" of Pomeranian Prince.
The blonde beauty confirmed the news on her Instagram account, writing: "Just got @Prince_Hilton_The_Pom a new girlfriend from @BettysYorkies. Obsessed! She is so tiny & amazing!"
However, Paris revealed she's still to find a name for her new pet pooch and has asked her fans to help find one.
She said: "What should I name her?"
Among Paris' collection of pets is a $13k Pomeranian puppy called Prince Hilton, while she also has a Chihuahua named Peter Pan.
Earlier this week, the star was seen walking the streets with Peter Pan in California, while she also recently enjoyed a hike up Runyon Canyon with her pet.
Paris shared a video at the top of the scenic spot as she looked out across Los Angeles.
The video, which is published on her Instagram account, was accompanied by a caption reading: "Beautiful day hiking up Runyon Canyon with @PeterPan_Hilton."

Lisa Kudrow thinks motherhood makes her more emotional

Lisa Kudrow says being a mother makes her a more "emotional" actress.
The 'Comeback' star - who has 16-year-old son Julian with French husband Michael Stern - doesn't think parenthood has changed her very much, but believes it has improved her ability to draw on her feelings for certain scenes.
Asked how being a mother has affected her acting, she said: "I don't know if it's changed that much, except it's given me more to draw from, in terms of new feelings. It's filled me up more for emotional things.
"That's a really good thing! With moments like crying, there are so many different things you can do if being in a scene doesn't get you crying. Just about anything about my child makes me cry."
The former 'Friends' star, 51, prefers shooting independent movies than Hollywood blockbusters because the roles are more "fun" and is frustrated that female parts are often just about being eye candy.
She told the UK's LOOK magazine: "[Independent] parts are really fun. The characters are usually a little more layered, especially for women after a certain age. I think that's why.
"Women still have a different place in our society and it's changing slowly [in mainstream cinema] but it's still slow.
"Because we're so interested in the male audience, the requirement for women in entertainment is to turn men on. That really hasn't changed much."
