Elsewhere, Dalton Harris teamed up with Emeli Sande for a performance of her hit ‘Beneath Your Beautiful’.

She added: "[Getting to know him has] just been wonderful. You’re such a genuine soul and spirit. And your voice is just like honey, so vote for Dalton!"

Meanwhile, Anthony Russell – who is being mentored by Louis Tomlinson – performed a duet with Scottish star Tom Walker.

All three of the remaining acts will discover their fate on Sunday’s results show.
