Sam Bailey on Beyonce snub

Beyoncé didn’t thank Sam Bailey for supporting her.
The R&B superstar invited the 2013 ‘X Factor’ winner to open up for her during one of the UK dates on her ‘Mrs Carter World Tour’ in 2014, but the British singer never actually got to meet the ‘Lemonade’ hitmaker.
Asked what it was like support Beyonce, she exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I’ve never spoken to Beyoncé, she wasn’t there. I just nicked her audience for a bit.
"It was incredible, there was 20,000 odd people screaming my name and then I got to watch her show afterwards but I never got to meet her.
"I think a signed poster or a signed t-shirt would have been lovely but it just weren’t to be. I didn’t even get a thank you for supporting her."
The ‘Skyscraper’ singer previously revealed the former Destiny’s Child star snubbed her at the show.
She said: "I’m not going to lie, anyone would be gutted.
I’d have had the decency to say hello."
The 39-year-old singer – who released her second LP ‘Free Range Piano’ in April – has revealed her only aspiration is to continue to have a career in music for the next three decades.
She said: "I just want longevity and I want to still be working when I’m in my sixties."
