Sam Aston rushed wife to hospital after ‘crippling pain’

Sam Aston rushed his wife to hospital after she started to suffer "crippling pains".
The ‘Coronation Street’ star’s significant other Briony Aston has recalled a dramatic day in the pair’s lives eight days ago when she began getting terrible pain in her back and stomach while they were lying in bed, and it turned out to be kidney stones.
She wrote on Instagram: "Last Sunday me and Sam sat in bed with a cup of tea binge watching Unbelievable (seriously great show on Netflix) with both doggies under the covers and we discussed having the perfect, cosy Sunday. Then I started to get crippling pains in my back and belly. Long story short: Sam took me to hospital where I was given morphine for what we think was kidney stones and that ruined our Sunday dream so we’re living and loving it this week instead (sic)"
Despite being a yoga teacher by trade, Briony revealed she "somehow forgot to breathe" when she was taken to hospital.
She added: "I hope you’re all having a happy (kidney stone free) Sunday
(PS. before the meds, the nurse basically turned into a yoga teacher and taught me how to breathe, because somehow despite teaching breath-work about 17 times a week I somehow forgot how to breathe) nurses rock (sic)"
And yesterday (29.09.19) the couple made up for their disrupted Sunday a week earlier by making cinnamon buns, having a roast dinner, and relaxing on their sofa.
The pair had some more life disruption in May when their pet pooch died just days after their wedding.
Briony wrote at the time: "Today we lost another member of our herd. Sweet dreams buddy. (sic)"
But Briony admitted she is "so lucky" to have Sam – who plays dog lover Chesney Brown on the cobbles – through such tough times.
She wrote: "Sam I are so lucky to have other through good times and bad thank you for the love."
