Cressida Bonas - the ex-girlfriend of Britain's Prince Harry - is to star in a three-night theatre production.
The 26-year-old actress will play the female lead Cecily Cardew in 'The Importance Of Being Earnest' at the London Oratory.
The show is being put on by Band of Others, a London-based theatre group which is raising money for the Action on Addiction charity.
Cressida's acting career has gathered pace over the last few months, as she has been cast in 'Tulip Fever', which also stars Dame Judi Dench, Christoph Waltz and Cara Delevingne.
However, earlier this month, Cressida confessed she is "paralysingly" shy.
The actress finds it hard to understand why she's short of confidence in her daily life when she's able to perform in front of large crowds.
She said: "I don't really understand it; in real life I'm often so shy - paralysingly so, but when I'm performing, it's totally different. I feel free."
Cressida dated Prince Harry for two years, and the pair were rumoured to have reunited last year, when they were seen attending a London cinema together.
However, Cressida has since thrown herself into her acting, while the prince recently announced plans to quit the Armed Forces.

The charitable work of Britain's Prince Harry is to be recognised at the Life Ball event in May.
The 30-year-old royal, who recently announced his decision to quit the army, set up his Sentebale charity with the help of Prince Seeiso of Lesotho and is set to receive the 2015 Swarovski Crystal Of Hope Award after the organisation built the Mamohato Children's Centre, which supports vulnerable children through healthcare and education.
Life Ball founder Gery Keszler says the charity is a worthy winner of the award, telling the Daily Mail newspaper: "We always select programmes to receive this award that are relatively unsung heroes, doing interesting, innovative and important work but not yet well-known.
"This award not only donates substantial funds, but also brings an international spotlight to the work. I will be visiting the programme in April, which helps children living with HIV/AIDS educationally, emotionally and physically - it is really exceptional and we are proud to be working with them."
Life Ball takes place in May and is the biggest charity event in Europe supporting people with HIV/AIDS.
Keszler explained: "Life Ball was born out of the energy and environment prevalent across the world in the late 80's and early 90's - particularly in the fashion industry - that saw AIDS as a daily issue profoundly effecting our friends and colleagues who were dying, but that no one understood or was willing to talk about.
"There was this undercurrent of urgency to do something: to help, to get involved and make some noise.
"My main goal with the first Life Ball was to bring a spotlight to the disease, the fundraising aspect was a secondary consideration."

Britain's Prince Charles is to attend a premiere of Sir Hubert Parry's previously unplayed works.
The royal is a self-confessed fan of Parry, who is recognised as one of the country's most influential musicians, and will be among those in attendance when the event takes place in May.
Speaking during a BBC documentary about Parry's music, Prince Charles once said: "It gives you tingles up the spine and tears in your eyes."
The acclaimed musician's setting of the anthem 'I Was Glad' has been heard at the coronations of every monarch since Edward VII, while it was also performed at the wedding of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge.
Adrian Partington, who chose the two pieces at the premiere on May 19, told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "The pieces are beautifully well-written for his age and show a talented young composer, but they are not exceptional. I think he was writing stuff for his chums to perform at Eton and Oxford and he did it in a hurry.
"They were probably only performed informally around the piano and I suspect he just forgot about them, which is why they have been gathering dust for all these years."

Britain's Prince William paid a secret visit to Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire on Thursday (19.03.15).
The 32-year-old royal, who is currently preparing for the birth of his second child with the Duchess of Cambridge, travelled to Britain's most secretive building, where he was shown how the communications of suspected terrorists and foreign spy agencies are tracked.
A GCHQ spokesman said: "The prince paid a visit to GCHQ on March 19. As it was a private visit, we cannot go into the details of his itinerary."
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Kensington Palace confirmed the visit had taken place, saying it was a "private visit" taken in an "official capacity".
She added: "The travel costs for it will fall within the official Royal Travel budget."
Elsewhere, an eyewitness explained that the royal turned up in a helicopter.
The onlooker told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "William was dressed casually in a shirt and V neck sweater and what looked like beige chino trousers.
"We guessed it was going to be a member of the Royal family on board when we saw the helicopter, but it was quite a surprise to see him."

Britain's Prince Charles has been described as "the greatest" by Muhammad Ali.
The royal, who has been touring the US with his wife the Duchess of Cornwall, was welcomed to the Kentucky Centre for African American Heritage when the letter from the iconic boxer was read out.
Ali wrote: "(My wife) Lonnie and I welcome you to our hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
"We are honoured that you have come to explore, share and learn about new sustainable initiatives that are so close to your heart.
"As you travel back to your homeland, we hope you know how much this city respects and admires the many contributions you have made in the world. We think you are the greatest."
Earlier in his four-day tour, Prince Charles met with US President Barack Obama, who said he was more popular in the US than American politicians.
Obama said: "I think it's fair to say that the American people are quite fond of the royal family."
To which Charles responded: "That's awfully nice to know."
Obama then added: "They like them much better than they like their own politicians."
At which point, Charles replied: "I don't believe that."

Britain's Prince Harry could be set to effectively emigrate to Australia.
The 30-year-old royal recently announced his plan to quit working for the Armed Forces and friends of the prince have claimed he intends to spend "a lot more time [in Australia]", following his planned four-week trip that starts next month.
A friend told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "I wouldn't be surprised if Harry spent longer in Australia. He'll be living and mixing with Australians, working with the Australian Defence Force and will get a good look at life out there.
"If he can find a function out there, perhaps some kind of charity military tie-up, that would work. He's discussed it with friends and colleagues and they say he'll like it there."
Another unnamed friend said Harry is a fan of the Australian way of life, and because he doesn't have a girlfriend in the UK, there's no reason why he couldn't relocate.
The insider explained: "He loves the fun-loving Aussie girls and there isn't anyone in the UK holding him back."
In 2003, Prince Harry spent time working as a jackaroo at a cattle station in Queensland, Australia, while he is also known to be fond of South Africa.

Britain's Prince Harry decided to quit the Armed Forces because he wants to "go where he is needed".
The 30-year-old royal announced his decision to leave the army earlier this month and according to one of his close circle, he is keen to follow in the footsteps of his mother Princess Diana.
The unnamed source told the Daily Mail newspaper: "He wants to go where he is needed, just as his mother did.
"He feels he can achieve something worthwhile rather than spend the next ten years sitting at a desk."
Among the projects Harry is currently working on is devising a way to mark the 20th anniversary of Diana's death, in 2017.
A long-time friend explained: "It is only a couple of years away and he has been thinking of making a major statement about it.
"It might be establishing a new charity or beefing up an existing one. It might even see him unveiled as the head of a non-government organisation, provided it was not just a ribbon-cutting position."
In the more immediate future, however, Harry is preparing to spend four weeks living and working with the Australian Defence Force.

Prince Charles went to visit a class of students learning English while in Washington DC on Thursday (19.03.15).
The British heir-to-the-throne and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, are on a three-day visit to the US and stopped by the Carlos Rosario Public Charter School where they witnessed Spanish-speaking and Ethiopian immigrants learning the language.
As he entered the classroom, Charles said: "Sorry, I've come to ruin your session."
As he and Camilla arrived at the school, the couple were greeted by a mariachi band playing traditional Mexican music and a throng of well-wishers all hoping to catch a glimpse of the prince and his spouse.
The education facility is named after Puerto Rico-born Carlos Rosario who went to Washington DC to work with the federal government and started various programmes to help the city's Latino residents.
As well as English lessons, the Carlos Rosario Public Charter School also supplies job training and helps adult immigrants become US Citizens.
Also on Thursday (19.03.15), Charles and Camilla visited the Armed Forces Retirement Home in the city.
While meeting military veterans, Charles tried his hand at ten pin bowling and managed to knock down four pins, and seemed delighted with his effort after admitting beforehand that he hadn't tried the sport for a "long time".
The couple also met with President Barack Obama at the White House on Thursday and will conclude their short American adventure with a trip to Kentucky on Friday (20.03.15).

Kristin Scott Thomas was presented with her Damehood from Queen Elizabeth on Thursday (19.03.15).
The 54-year-old actress went to Buckingham Palace to receive the honour and during their meeting the British monarch discovered Kristin is going to be playing her in the play 'The Audience'.
The queen had a word of warning about portraying her on the stage.
Revealing her conversation with Elizabeth, 88, Kristin said: "She asked me what I was doing next, so I had to tell her and she said it would be quite a challenge."
'The English Patient' star Kristin is steeping into the royal role - originally played by Dame Helen Mirren in the production's initial West End run and move to Broadway - from May when it comes to London again at the Apollo Theatre with previews from April.
'The Audience' is inspired by the queen's private weekly meetings with all of Britain's Prime Ministers during her six-decade reign on the throne.
The damehood for Kristin - who was born in Cornwall, England, but has lived in Paris, France, since she was 19 - comes 12 years after she was presented with an OBE in 2003.
