Rosie Webster to have raunchy fling

‘Coronation Street’s Rosie Webster is set to embark on a raunchy fling upon her return.
The bolshie brunette model – who is portrayed by Helen Flanagan – will return to the cobbles later this month with her innocent sister Sophie (Brooke Vincent) when they get caught in a drugs scam but it won’t be long before she gets her mitts on a new man.
Speaking to the RadioTimes.com, Helen said: "She has a fling, but I don’t know who with yet. It’ll be interesting to see who she hooks up with. I enjoy Rosie being in a relationship because you can really play off that.
"There’s a spark and an instant attraction between Rosie and Adam Barlow (Samuel Robertson) but I don’t know what will happen between them.
"He’s a bit of a wolf and a womaniser and I don’t think Rosie would be very happy about that. I don’t think he’s very nice either!"
Helen, 26, left the soap five years ago to explore other things and has since had a baby girl called Matilda, now 19 months, with her long-term boyfriend Scott Sinclair.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "When I left [‘Coronation Street’], I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to do. I just knew I wanted to have a break.
"I was 21 and I’m 26 now, so it’s completely different. I’ve matured and I’ve got a little girl, which makes you grow up a lot. I see it completely differently now I’ve come back.
"When I was younger I enjoyed it but didn’t really appreciate what a good job I had. When you go away for a while it can make you really appreciate it."
