Prince Harry suffered panic attacks after Princess Diana’s death

Prince Harry suffered anxiety after the death of his mother Princess Diana.
The 32-year-old royal has admitted his heart would be racing and beating hard like a "washing machine" and he would be dripping in sweat when he was in a room filled with "loads of people" following the tragic loss of his parent in 1997.
Speaking about the panic attacks he endured when he was younger, in a conversation with Paralympian Dave Henson in Forces TV show titled ‘Prince Harry: My Journey’, the flame-haired hunk said: "In my case, suit and tie, every single time I was in any room with loads of people, which is quite often, I was just pouring with sweat, like heart beating — boom, boom, boom, boom — and literally just like a washing machine."
And when Harry would start to feel unsettled he would desperately want to run out of the room and leave the event immediately.
He continued: "I was like, ‘Oh my God, get me out of here now’. Oh, hang on, I can’t get out of here, I have got to just hide it."
However, Harry found seeking professional help a few years ago for his mental health problems and exchanging stories with people who have endured the same trauma as him has helped him to overcome his anxiety.
Harry – who is currently dating ‘Suits’ actress Meghan Markle – explained: "There’s similarities there and you can help them and you can have a bit of banter. And the moment you have that banter, you can see them relax.
"You help yourself, so you can help others. And I think that is hugely powerful."
