Prince Harry puts guests at ease

Prince Harry puts everyone at ease when they meet him.
The 32-year-old royal – who is dating ‘Suits’ actress Meghan Markle – knows it can be a little "daunting" coming face to face with him and so does his best to "crack jokes" to lighten the atmosphere.
Trevor Rose, who set up the Full Effect programme in Nottingham which the flame-haired royal has visited on many occasions, said: "From start to finish, Prince Harry has been very supportive of our project and he has visited us many times. When you first meet someone like him it can be a bit daunting especially for the kids but when you speak to him he cracks jokes and the kids have a lot of respect for him.
"Managing a big group of young people, there are always going to be a few issues. They may want some food or a drink or have issues at home, but Harry is so good at noticing this and gets them involved."
And royal enthusiast James Taylor believes the Prince is showing how "friendly and approachable" he is through these informal visits.
James told the Nottingham Post newspaper: "Prince Harry in the work he does puts an emphasis on supporting projects which are aimed at young people from deprived backgrounds and helping them to learn new skills. He has really helped raise the profile of the city and people take a real pride in him coming.
"The visits are also very good for him and the image of the royal family. People see him as a friendly and approachable person who can have a joke, and people warm to him because of this. It is not the formal approach that some might expect members of the royal family to make."
