Britain’s Prince Harry joined wounded servicemen in a game of wheelchair football.
The 30-year-old royal – who is currently on a tour of Australia – got stuck in to the game with the injured men and women of the country’s armed forces during a visit to a rehabilitation centre on Saturday (18.04.15).
The royal – who has been in Australia for two weeks – is said to have been keen to explore how the country aids in the recovery of its injured servicemen, and according to PEOPLE, Harry is planning to continue his work with wounded personnel when he leaves the army this summer.
During his visit, the former Apache helicopter pilot has also been on training programmes with the country’s North-West Mobile Force and 1st Brigade and has learnt how to survive in the outback following a two-night camping trip to the Kununurra region, the military have shared in a press release.
While Harry is set to return to Europe to commemorate 100 years since the World War One Gallipoli landings this week, he will then jet back out to Australia to finish his tour with a visit to army units in Perth and Sydney.
The prince will later travel across to New Zealand to tour on behalf of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
