The actress and model donned the long, mesh dress, which had star embroidered detailing to conceal her assets when she presented the Hugo Boss Woman of the Year award to Adwoa Aboah.
The outfit choice raised eyebrows as, despite being covered from the neck down, the blonde beauty’s assets were only covered by the thin layer of fabric and cleverly placed patterns.
Poppy complimented her black and silver gown with a black black clutch bag and diamond earrings.
