Pink is selling her Malibu beach house for $12.9 million.
The 36-year-old singer and her husband Carey Hart have listed the plush Point Dume estate property for $1 million less than they put it on the market for last year in the hope of finding a buyer.
Those keen to purchase a piece of paradise may well be interested in the six-bedroom and six-bathroom abode as it comes with a pool, a cabana and some picturesque views.
Potential purchasers might also be keen to note the home comes with a guest apartment with a full kitchen for your pals, which could be ideal if you don’t want to see that much of them while you’re relaxing in your luxury house.
Pink and Carey have four-year-old daughter Willow, who might be hoping they get soundproof walls in their next house as she isn’t a big fan of her superstar singer mother’s voice.
The ‘Just Like Fire’ hitmaker said: "She finds my singing distracting. When she was two, she was, ‘Shhh, mama, terrible voice.’
"First of all, who taught you the word terrible? I’m like, ‘I had a number one when you were in my belly!
"I know everybody with kids says this — that their kid is their barometer of cool — but Willow tells me which songs of mine she likes and the way she does that is she just starts singing them after one listen."
The star also admitted she would love to have another kid, but joked Carey feels like her second child.
Speaking on ‘Good Morning America’, she added: "I feel like I have two kids right now, I would like a third.
"No, I want to say that Carey Hart is an awesome husband and a really good dad, but also like a second child."
