Piers Morgan thinks Sharon Osbourne is "utterly insane".
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ presenter is backing his friend to return to ‘The X Factor’ this year and thinks she is perfectly suitable to the panel because she is so "unpredictable".
He said: "Sharon Osbourne is an utterly insane creature. She loves drama, she’s drawn to it on and off screen.
"I would bring her back to ‘The X Factor’ tomorrow because she’s so unpredictable.
"It looks like there’s an element of truth that she’s been talking to [producers]. She’s great TV."
The 51-year-old star has seen a glimpse of Sharon’s wild side up close, when he woke up to be greeted by ‘America’s Got Talent’ host Nick Cannon filming her bare breasts.
He told new! magazine: "I was on a private jet once when I was doing ‘America’s Got Talent’, with Amanda Holden, Nick Cannon, who was married to Mariah Carey, and Sharon.
"Before I fell asleep, I saw Sharon drinking and I’m thinking, ‘Not a good idea’ and when I woke up I saw her naked breast and Nick Cannon videoing it. It was of her recently reconstructed breasts, which have been increasingly enhanced. It was quite a shocker waking up to that."
